Lovely Pizzas as usual, shish kebab very tasty as was the Peri Peri Chicken...asked for extra chilli sauce tubs and were sent...Definitely fresh, lovely food.. 👌👌

Ordered 2 extra large pizzas and received 2 large instead tried contacting the restaurant for a partial refund but no answer went through just eat and because the restaurant did not attach a receipt I couldn’t sort this never had a problem before but both just eat and restaurant have annoyed me

The pizzas were not X-Large it’s just the normal 8 slices. Not happy about that at all.

Food was delicious. was let down with only 2 chilli sauce tubs for a xl pizza. should have been at least 4. but once again great tasting food.

Received normal donner instead of the hot peri donner meat ordered. food was little cold

Terrible service. Driver did not read the note and rung the bell which was quite alarming considering that it is late and people were sleeping. And YET AGAIN the large fries are missing from my order. Absolutely appalled by the service from this restaurant. Going out of their way to miss my large fries on numerous different orders, even when I have left a review saying that it is missing. The food quality is good, but the service was not good at all. Disappointing.

i was very surprised by the fact that my naan was burnt all the way round the edge and because of that it was very hard and chewy its never been that way before i order from here all the time, my son's nuggets were also over cooked also dry and chewy. ☹️

Tasteless - both Donna and chicken meat was average but no favours and the pizza was very average with hardly any bnb source -was better off making my own ! Very disappointed!

Keema pizza was delicious as always. Chicken and lamb donner were fresh and tasty. Only thing was the Pepsi bottle. Don't send Pepsi next time. Keep up with the boycott.

Food took an hour and a half to turn up, driver turns up with no drink and looks at me confused when I ask him about it. Keema in the calzone was rubbery and horrible. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from you guys again.

I had a few bad experiences before but seems the ship is sailing in the right direction now and quality and customer satisfaction seems to have picked up again so I'm really happy with that

want to say thank you very much for delivering my pizzas with my order being placed so late during the peak hour of iftari time and delivering them super fast pizzas were 10/10 no fault whatsoever ... another plus is you ain't stingy with the sauces even if I pay for extras myself you throw in many more which not many shops do these days

I decided to order pizzas again for iftari they were so good the first time we had to do it twice and a replica of my other order full of flavour and freshness and open handed sauces on top of what I ordered no kanjusi from the Brothers here at broadway 2 if it was any other shop they'd be having issues so glad to have a excellent quality shop in the local area

fantastic great quality peri peri chicken lamb tikka was full of flavour slightly on the chewy side but expected fries hit and miss sometimes but won't complain to much on those overall 9/10

Really upset that you had clearly dropped my chicken in the oven or on the floor and then just picked up and decided to send it to me. It was full of grit and even had some rubber string on it, while half the chicken was in peices. Clearly from being dropped :(

Food was delivered preety late even thought i pre ordered it by the time it came it was slightly cold and wife was asleep due to haveing to work early so she missed out on it as it was so late resulting in half the food going in the bin

They did not deliver when I phoned in they were very rude and said they would cancel it two hours later

First time ordering from here and the last time, took 2hrs for a pizza, chips and kebab, terrible service.

I'm so disappointed with the service I have recieved from this take away. From the order having 15mins added time to it but to then be further late by 30 minutes. I contacted the restaurant over the phone and didn't even get an apology for the further lateness of our food. Instead was received by what seemed like a frustrated worker/manager who wasn't even trying to listen to what I was saying. What a shambles and a disappointment. For this to be a week day and you can't get food out on time

As always food was excellent. Both chicken and lamb donner was fresh. Chicken wings were grilled to perfection and flavoursome. Sauces and separate salad as requested. Drink bottle was missing, but driver returned later to delive. Exceptional customer service.

My large fries were missing in the order but since the discount took near to the price of the fries off the bill I had decided not to make a big fuss about it and report it being absent. For that reason I had stated it as poor service even though the food was pretty good. Burger did seem to lack the amount of Donner meat that was on it compared to other times, as well as having replaced my drink with Barr without any notice or anything. Overall, wasnt too great in comparison to past orders.

Food was great. Decent amount of toppings on pizzas, wings were very flavoursome. Donner wrap was delicious and meat wasn't greasy. Great drink alternative to the Pepsi. Keep up the great service and high standards.

With order instead of Pepsi restaurant sent Signature Cola which has very weird taste. If Pepsi is not available you need to find some better alternatives

Daddy burger was well enjoyed the kids cheese burger was rock hard as were all the fries tasted like they’ve been made in really old oil too with black bits stuck to them. Chicken tikka wrap was nice but sadly it was stone cold. Very disappointing.

Don’t just replace drinks to what you think someone will like you ring me up and ask me if an item is not available don’t try cut corners on that and at least put decent amount of toppings in the pizza instead of being stingy I’m paying money not like your sending them to me for free

Pizzas were delicious. Wings were grilled to perfection and flavoursome, nice charring on them. Cheeseburger was on point. Good portion of fries and selection of sauces. Drink bottled was nicely chilled. Order was fulfilled. Keep up the great service.

By the time food reached my house food was cold pizza for the children was really cold had to be reheated when you have an autistic child that can't wait and is in routine how can you explain to them the food hasn't arrived and she had toast and went to bed food was 20min late from the time that was given

Ordered from here quite a few times, usually everything is on point. Apart from today... Ordered food, was delivered in the stated time frame however, one of my children's meals were missing. Phoned restaurant, as to which they said they will send the missing meal which is fine, except it took a further hour and a half for it to arrive. Also,ordered a kids daddy burger but it was just another normal chicken burger ?!?! Won't be ordering from here again...

Garlic margherita was good but lacked garlic. Everyone thought it was regular cheese and tomato. Californian chicken pizza should’ve been creamy, but it was quite dry and the toppings overcooked. Would try again if you listen to the feedback

Delivery driver forgot to give the milkshake with the rest of the order but he returned with the milkshake very quickly when he realised. May Allah reward him.

They didnt apologise and ended the call quickly when I said theyre late. Had to call a few times. I had guest over. Pizza wasnt nice and my guests ate cold pizza. Also they showed it as delivered on the app. even thought the delivery was so late. I found that very crafty.

Order was as usual, great just they forgot one thing I ordered 2 ginger beers got only one, other than that brill

Pizza was okay however chips were shocking and could not be eaten. Some over cooked some burnt.

It wasn’t that great , fries were not fresh at all they were so hard I didn’t eat them. And both pizza’s were exactly the difference was one pizza had jalapeño .

Great food delivered on time by Shakheel and his team - known Shakheel since the 90s back at the original roadway in Perry Barr - he has continued with the high quality and tasty food always delivered in time, highly recommend Broadway Stratford rd Sparkhill
