I bought a Time Out meal offer and was told to book the table and send the voucher in, which I did. I was then emailed 10 minutes later, to say the restaurant was booked for a private party that night. I couldn't make another date, so I asked for a refund on the £50 voucher I had bought. A month later and 11 emails later and I still don't have a refund, but lots of excuses why they haven't repaid me and hollow promises. What a shame!

Food was ok, there isn’t an option the add sauce or salad in the wrap and then they put mayo and chilli sauce as well as salad. So couldn’t eat it as not a chilli sauce or salad person.

I went last night with friends. It was their first time and they both loved it. £45 each for the tasting menu, plus drinks, was the right price. For me though it was my 6th time at Arabica (4th in Borough). Personally I felt it didn’t have the same finesse as previously (I hadn’t been for 18 months). The chicken, pistachio and lemon was always my favourite dish and previously I dreamt about it. This time I found it less attractively presented (there used to be a good arty smudge of the pistachio and a skewer of nicely cooked chicken if I remember rightly). Now though it’s more like a poussin smeared with a thick layer of pistachio and it was too heavy and also bland. The menu never changes - it was exactly as I remembered it. Some people will love this though. And the staff didn’t seem very happy. They seem professional and they get the job done, but I remember there being more warmth and hospitality previously. More smiles; more feeling ‘hosted’.

Absolutely obsessed with this pub!! The staff are SO lovely and friendly, you can truely be yourself here. We loved it so much we held our wedding here, my husband loves it just as much as I do. The food is excellent, the roasts are my favourite in London. Find the below review a bit odd that it caters only to lgbt, it is an inclusive space which caters to everyone, makes anyone and everyone feel comfortable and creates a safe space to be which is hard to find in London. Would really highly recommend visiting if you’re in London - you won’t find another place like it.

Very average food at extortionate prices. Food ranged from below average to just above average. I had nice dolmas, the hummus was good and I had some chargrilled meat and tomato sauce dish that was good. The salmon was slightly overcooked and was chain-pub food quality at best. Meatballs and pasta dishes were just average. Nothing about it screamed quality Turkish food despite their own insistance that it was. And lastly, we know the area is expensive, we were not expecting it to be cheap, but the price was crazy high for the quality and they add a 12.5% discretionary tip, which you don't need to pay but seriously...!? The gall of adding that on top of over-cooked, salmon that already cost £23?!
