Absolute gem of a place. Loads of choice to suit everyone, fantastic little menu fir children to. Definitely worth a visit.

Went in while having phone repaired next door. I saw an offer 2 filling oat cake and a drink £6. Normal price Oat cake with additional topping £4.50 Can drink £1.50 Monster £2.50 I had the food and he said you can have any small can I said to the owner it's spouse to be a deal and all he could say is it is a deal for us and doesn't benefit the customer. Business is business. Oatcakes were hard New lady was professional but owner was confronting. This is the 2 Nd time coming. First time no issues this time I feel I never want to come back.

Hi everyone , i keep coming to britannia for number of reasons first öne iş of course homemade foods at this cafe as always. i must say İTS getting beter n better every time i come in ***** ***** ***** İ love the way i get served by very polite staff and the owner. There's 2 owners of this cafe. N they both very nice but YALL is the top model of business owner. The way he welcomes you,assist you, looks after you i mean his just brilliant. Very funny fellow. His just the king of all. instead of saying hank you very much He says i love you too 🤗 i highly recommend here to everyone. You must go there and try least once to see what i mean the hospitality food price treatment everythings amazing. Britannia cafe god bless you'all Lads *****

Lovely breakfast, great value for money.

Wow! Business away landed me in Stoke and a quick Google of the highest rated restaurants lead me here What a local hot spot, its so busy and after finishing my full English - no tomatoes + tea I can see why. I've honestly eaten in hundreds of restaurants around the world and THIS is right up there 10/10 Don't waste your time going elsewhere, I certainly won't if I'm back in the area!

I went there for lunch and had an all day breakfast. Affordable prices. Excellent atmosphere.

I usually visit this place with my twin uncles and we always enjoy it I love the new layout and the food is always amazing friendly and welcoming staff always look after us and nothing is to much trouble I honestly think there full english breakfast is the best I've ever had we don't usually have to wait long and once the food arrives it's is beautiful, keep up the good work guys your all amazing Kind Regards Chris :)

Hardly anyone in, waited 20 minutes for food, had to ask again about hot drink which eventually came part way through the food, waitress was yawning all the while, very poor service

Fast and effective service Although there are many cafes in Longton and a wide variety of options available, the welcoming staff and spacious seating area made them our top choice for quality. The seating area is good for pushchairs and wheelchair access is available at the side entrance. One thing I did note is that the sauces aren't Heinz, but at least you couldn't see the plate through them as you do at other restaurants where a poor sauce may ruin an otherwise good meal. Overall, very good value for money 10/10 from me.

First time going in hear 4 a long time and the staff that served me was over worked but they were very good helpful n understanding,I would recommend my friends and people I know

3 stars for pleasant staff and tea. 1star for the food, jacket potato with cheese and mushrooms served with salad 🥗. Everything completely tasteless and potato overcooked.

We have always liked Britannia Cafe Lovely food Spotlessly. clean Friendly staff Would highly recommend I had all day breakfast hubby had Chili and chips Both meals were delicious. Will always eat at Brittania. xx ❤

Nice cafe, we had oatcakes with cheese and bacon, bacon could have been cooked a bit more was very fatty. The mug of tea however was one of the best we have had anywhere, hot and strong. Staff very efficient and friendly.

My friend and I love coming for their breakfast most weeks . Our new favourite place , always look forward it . Really friendly and the breakfast is lovely .

Ordered meals via foodhub delivery was a reasonable time order had item missing and replace with something i did not order unable to contact via phone and same with foodhub no help meal went cold waiting ended up in the bin this is the second time items were missing would not recommend.

We are always up for trying different takeaways as long as they have a decent food hygiene rating.Great to have a cooked breakfast so late in the day. The coffee isn't your instant stuff and was nice and warm. The portions were great and the food warm and tasty. Highly recommended. Driver polite.

Visited for lunch again whilst in Longton. Must be 18 months ( pre Covid) since we last visited. Cafe has had a makeover since our last visit, and was lovely and clean and smart toilets. We felt very safe on entry as tables were really spaced out and Covid precautions ( Inc Governments scan and trace app) were in place. Food was spot on and delivered quickly again. Really like this place and the owners are ultra friendly.

Freshly cooked food to order, excellent service and very clean. Food was excellent and fantastic quality cooked perfectly and ample portions no complaints at all would definitely recommend and will be going again.

Popped in here with my daughter on my way home and I have to say was very pleasantly surprised I ordered the Bellybuster Breakfast and it certainly lived up to its name the portions were huge, And it was very busy when we got there but from ordering to on our table was under 10 mins and it was lovely even the eggs were yolky unlike many other places I have visited where the eggs are rubbery, I thoroughly recommend this eatery it was brilliant

Popped into this little café when visiting Longton, Stoke on Trent and was really pleasantly surprised at the high quality of food from a good menu range, the service was excellent, the food was excellent on the grounds of Value for money, portion size, ingredients and taste. We had the English Breakfasts having just returned from a holiday in Turkey we fancied something traditional but not too heavy. Everything was perfect though it was late in the day and most stores were starting to close, we could not find fault with anything from the moment we entered to the moment we left. As a former guest house owner who prided himself on the breakfasts we served and our USP the breakfast were certainly up to my high standards and very freshly prepared with an excellent choice of fayre We will certainly return

Went here for lunch and took grandson aged 8. Service was excellent and the staff especially the owner were very friendly. I had cheese and onion pie with all the trimmings and grandson had fish fingers and chips. However there was so much we were unable to eat it all! What great value.

Very happy with large breakfast roll and sandwiches that we ordered, served quite quickly and piping hot. Looked very clean and noticed they had a 5 star hygiene rating. The kitchen is open to the cafe so you can see your food being cooked. Will call again when shopping in Longton.
