£10 for a full English in Longton 🤔, hard bacon and bland mushrooms. Won't be going back and wouldn't recommend.

Sorry but I have just come in and paid £13 for a breakfast and I'm missy my sausages and the food it's cold it is really disappointing when I'm trying to call the phone is just ringing no one is picking up it's bad when you're paying 13 pound for a breakfast a couple of pieces of bacon some beans tomatoes and two eggs and some chips that's really bad can you please get back to me about this issue thank you

Haven’t been here for a while , went in today it’s been taken over for 2 breakfasts and 2 bottles of pop is £26 quid not adding if you want hash browns that’s extra - we left not paying that for a cafe breakfast

Nice little,local cafe. All the staff are really lovely,helpful and friendly. The service is great. The food is fabulous and it’s good size portions for the money it costs.

Breakfast bap was nice, but vegetarian breakfast had items missing and was of poor quality (rubbery eggs) and for this reason was not eaten.

Huge plate of breakfast for a great value of money! Clean & stocked place. Nice and friendly staff. Coffee was freshly made too which I love rather than one of those instant machine. Thanks for your business, Valentina

Jacket Potato was huge & full of flavour with prawn filling plus tub of fresh salad. Fish, chips & peas well cooked with crispy batter.

Absolute gem of a place. Loads of choice to suit everyone, fantastic little menu fir children to. Definitely worth a visit.

Went in while having phone repaired next door. I saw an offer 2 filling oat cake and a drink £6. Normal price Oat cake with additional topping £4.50 Can drink £1.50 Monster £2.50 I had the food and he said you can have any small can I said to the owner it's spouse to be a deal and all he could say is it is a deal for us and doesn't benefit the customer. Business is business. Oatcakes were hard New lady was professional but owner was confronting. This is the 2 Nd time coming. First time no issues this time I feel I never want to come back.

Hi everyone , i keep coming to britannia for number of reasons first öne iş of course homemade foods at this cafe as always. i must say İTS getting beter n better every time i come in ***** ***** ***** İ love the way i get served by very polite staff and the owner. There's 2 owners of this cafe. N they both very nice but YALL is the top model of business owner. The way he welcomes you,assist you, looks after you i mean his just brilliant. Very funny fellow. His just the king of all. instead of saying hank you very much He says i love you too 🤗 i highly recommend here to everyone. You must go there and try least once to see what i mean the hospitality food price treatment everythings amazing. Britannia cafe god bless you'all Lads *****

The woman was rude they forgot the burger so I rang and spoken to her she was calling me a lier and that she's not doing anything as she's going home now rude ...... 10 pound that burger was and she was horrible

Lovely breakfast, great value for money.

Wow! Business away landed me in Stoke and a quick Google of the highest rated restaurants lead me here What a local hot spot, its so busy and after finishing my full English - no tomatoes + tea I can see why. I've honestly eaten in hundreds of restaurants around the world and THIS is right up there 10/10 Don't waste your time going elsewhere, I certainly won't if I'm back in the area!

Lovely food with a home cooked taste. Really enjoyed our meal. Also, a very big thank you to the delivery driver. He could see my husband - who is in his mid-80s - was struggling to pick up the order & he was kind enough to come back to the door to help. Much appreciated.

Shocking delivery half the food and drinks were missing called restaurant they said the delivery driver must of eaten them shocking won’t order again

Usually the roast lamb dinner is amazing but this time i was sent beef which i dont eat and a tray of about 10 roast potatoes. A phone call would have been nice so I'd could have at least cancel. £17 for the order and now I've gotta chase just eat for a refund

I usually visit this place with my twin uncles and we always enjoy it I love the new layout and the food is always amazing friendly and welcoming staff always look after us and nothing is to much trouble I honestly think there full english breakfast is the best I've ever had we don't usually have to wait long and once the food arrives it's is beautiful, keep up the good work guys your all amazing Kind Regards Chris :)

Very disappointing. Delivery started at 1250 & was altered twice to 1340. Food arrived. Chicken strips very tasty, burger fine but no fried onions.

Just ok, not the best value for £10 plus service and delivery.

Fast and effective service Although there are many cafes in Longton and a wide variety of options available, the welcoming staff and spacious seating area made them our top choice for quality. The seating area is good for pushchairs and wheelchair access is available at the side entrance. One thing I did note is that the sauces aren't Heinz, but at least you couldn't see the plate through them as you do at other restaurants where a poor sauce may ruin an otherwise good meal. Overall, very good value for money 10/10 from me.

Food was lovely and came really quickly, although I would of given full stars but the cheese was missing from the bacon and cheese roll. Just eat sorted this though

First time going in hear 4 a long time and the staff that served me was over worked but they were very good helpful n understanding,I would recommend my friends and people I know

3 stars for pleasant staff and tea. 1star for the food, jacket potato with cheese and mushrooms served with salad 🥗. Everything completely tasteless and potato overcooked.

Normally great and the oatcakes were good but the bacon and cheese roll had obviously been microwaved and so it was rubbery and in edible

Nice cafe, we had oatcakes with cheese and bacon, bacon could have been cooked a bit more was very fatty. The mug of tea however was one of the best we have had anywhere, hot and strong. Staff very efficient and friendly.

The standards are ALWAYS stunning and the drivers are fantastic! I’m disabled so it’s not a simple knock and handover…. Every single driver has always been lovely! I highly recommend this place! And if you have health issues the food can be ordered and eaten later or even next day and it’s still yummy!!!

Tasty food, hot food piping hot. Only taken a star off the food quality because the custard was very thin & leaked out of the container so lost most of it. Very pleasant & helpful driver. Thank you.

Disappointed. Forgot my juice forgot my cake. And the cheese pie wasn’t a pie it was cheesy mash that was lumpy with onions ..

Food was covered in custered and cake where the package was damange and spilts everywere wait time was OK but cake a custered is all over the food not happy with nearly 30 pound order

The cheese was missing from the cheese omelette but it was still fantastic!
