Amazing burgers in this place. The meat quality is absolutely top class, fresh and so tasty! There's loads of customisations you can make and plenty of delicious sides. We had the chicken, cheese rings and onions rings!

TBH that was a first hamburger I could finish, very tasty and delicious. Even after an hour the burger still was warm enough. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Definitely order again.

I’ve ordered from this place twice, and both times I’ve found hair in my food. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of hygiene and quality control. While the food might taste good, the thought of finding hair ruins the whole experience. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I would strongly suggest management address this issue before it happens to more customers.

Leaving a 2 star because customer service so poor. We were missing a burger from our order but were advised on the phone that the order had been sent, there would be cctv of this and we need to take it up with the driver. Always check you have you have everything you ordered before you let the delivery guy run off. The food we did receive was delicious.

Brim restaurant it's a very beautiful , modern , clean and pleasant place , where you can eat best burgers ever , very big , juicy and tasty , made from very good quality products with fresh buns from bakery . You can have fries wich are crispy and tasty or other sides and you can enjoy the great milkshake or other drinks . You can choose from a variety of offers and you can customise your orders . The staff it's always there for you , very friendly and quick . It's always a pleasure to eat at Brim Chesham . I highly recommend .

We normally do not complain BUT we didn't even receive our food and couldn't even get in touch with anyone to find out why the app said delivered but no food arrived. We called the restaurant but was told to call just Eat. Just eat just sent a generic email automatically after filling a form in.

The burgers are great 👍 The boys are quick, and even at busy times, the wait is not too long. The place in itself is basic, and there is no real "table" verison of rhe takeway... just a few basic tables and chairs, and this could definitely improve a little.

Ordered plain burger via just eat, add request in notes. It turned up wrong. Called them I was called a liar and didn’t request plain burger and receded to do anything. On the just eat receipt it had my request clearly in it. Will never order from them again.

Ordered the food at 5:30 and had a delivery time for 6:20pm just in time to break my fast, however it took just an hour to prepare my food and finally got delivered at 7pm, my tenders was cold and other than that wasn’t happy with the wait as I had to wait to break my fast. Didn’t expect from brims however quality of the food was ok, just a bit cold but it is what it is. I just know now to to order as they take ages with the delivery time and just to prepare the food. Delivery driver went to the wrong address despite the address on the order being correct and took the best part of 15 mins to find my house. You have to pre tip, which if I had known I had to stand on my door step for 15 minutes trying to navigate this Man I wouldn’t have tipped at all.

Over an hour late. Every takeaway these last few months have been super late and sometimes cold! Brim has always been amazing with delivery time. When I rang and spoke to someone they asked me to never use just eat to order as they are always late… deliveryroo is best to use. Deleting this app and moving over to deliveryroo

Best burger in town... Possibly anywhere, ever!! Chicken burger with sweet potato fries and a Salted caramel milkshake. Delicious meal and you can taste that the ingredients are all very fresh. And such friendly staff too! Could not recommend enough.

Popped in on a whim when little else was open on New Year's Day, and was not disappointed! It's clear the place hasn't been open too long, but they got all the basics right - friendly service, excellent portion sizes (be warned, the 'serious' size is pretty damn hefty!), and flavours that were well worth waiting 2mins longer than one might for a McDonald's. We had a selection of burgers and dogs, all of which were juicy and flavourful without being overly greasy, and some dynamite fries which could have consituted a meal in themselves. We left feeling full and happy, and that is a mark of a very good fast food joint indeed. Definitely recommended if you're after a quick bite after a long walk.

Delicious burgers as expected, but I believe the stars of the show are the sides. We tried commando fries, cheesy tots and mac&cheese bites. All super delicious. The portion size for Mac and cheese bites could be bigger as we couldn’t get enough. %100 reccomend. Can’t wait to order again

Honestly, the BBQ rasher burger was probably the best burger I've ever eaten. Astonishingly good. My Mrs and her daughter are vegetarian and they loved the veggie burger too. Sweet potato fries were fabulous and the tater tots are worth a try too.

Did not respect my dietary requirements, why bother asking for them then? I had to throw away the burger ! Shame on you

The order never went through, the staff was very rude over the phone and initially refused to give our food even though we showed them receipts and evidence of order. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

My mother and I come here quite often. The staff here is very kind and friendly. The food is incredible, everything is always very tasty and fresh. I think it's the best burgers not only in our town, but also in the surrounding area. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Ordered at 18:30, the ETA was 19:15-19:35. It came at 20:45. I had to call the restaurant a few times and they said that Just Eat didn't have enough couriers that night so they were still waiting for one to turn up. The app said the same but didn't let me cancel the meal without losing the money and their customer service is rubbish, no easy way of contacting them. We stuck it out until they finally delivered. If the delivery issue is truly just Just Eat's fault then I want to make sure the restaurant gets kudos as the burgers were absolutely delicious when they did eventually arrive!

The meat they use is so tasty and delivery was 20 mins early, pipping hot! The milkshakes are nice & thick, although they use a lot of sauce in their burgers which gets messy. Regardless everything was delicious!

Visiting chesham, I tried this place before setting off home. Parking is close by. Food was average at best - overpriced for what it is, and I've had a lot better for a similar price. Had 2 burgers with fries, 2 drinks, and a starter, which came to a total of just under £30. You'd think after spending that kind of money, the sauces would come complimentary, nope, they were 50p each. The chicken run burger was average at best. Would I recommend this place? - yes if you've exhausted all other options and this is last resort. The concept is nice but plenty to improve on.

Didn’t receive the drinks we ordered and paid for (they subbed mini squash cartons). Lukewarm food, greasy burgers, bad chips (last time the food was good). Called them re the drinks, very unhelpful staff who refused to replace or refund, saying to contact Just Eat… Will order elsewhere next time.
