Very friendly staff service excellent

From meeting with Adele and Rob 12 months ago to plan our wedding reception for 170 people, the challenge was on, a sit down 3 course meal followed by evening supper for 200 people all carried out avoiding the entertainment of singer, comedian and caricature, they absolutely smashed it! The presentation of the room was amazing, we had so many positive comments. We can’t thank Adele and Rob (& team) enough and we would not hesitate to recommend them for any function in the future. A lovely clean and welcoming place that is child friendly. Both Football and Rugby was on, so a change from the norm of just Football. Really good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. I'm looking forward to the summer when I can sit outside in the lovely outdoor space.

A brilliant night for our 25th Anniversary at the club on 15 July 2022. Venue was perfect and all staff very welcoming. People have already started calling us to remark what a great venue this is and so accessible for everyone. Disco was agreed in advance and we were asked if we had any preferences. We asked for a 70s disco and were not disappointed. They even dug out some specific requests and Northen Soul to keep everyone up dancing. Brilliant night with great music and a good atmosphere. Thank you all!

What a club that is it looks after its members and the members look after the club may play bowles for them one day when I get better not long now.

Everything, venue, food,beverage were fine,but I found that the tables were in need of a deep clean, having sat down at a few I found them to be very sticky.

Went for a wedding reception and the food was good and as surprising were the choice of 2 real ales

The venue itself is lovely , big and the lights above are beautiful on an evening. I rarely leave a review but this has been playing on my mind after the money we spent. I hosted my husbands 30th birthday here a couple of weeks ago and I can say I wouldn’t recommend to family and friends in the future. The contact from the venue to the lead up was minimal and when we showed up to set up the help was also minimal. We had to find the lights to turn them on ourselves in the venue and rather than any help from the team , we had people being shown round the venue for future parties. A little disappointing and difficult when you’re heavily pregnant and paid a lot of money. The DJ was the most disappointing of all. Minimal interaction/chat with guests and looked gloomy the whole evening as though he couldn’t wait to go home. Guests joked on the evening with that I could have played my Spotify playlist off my phone and nobody would known any different. having guests comment on the DJ was disappointing when you want to give your guests a great party. The food was average , mainly sandwiches and salad with a tray of chips. I wouldn’t have any future parties or celebrations here, just disappointing when you pay £700+ for the evening.

Been here many times over the years watching sport (usually Rugby)...And also been for Birthdays/weddings/funerals.. Always a good do clean tidy spacious place with good spreads on! And good for parking with easy access.

Adele and the team were excellent from start to finish helping me make arrangements for a wake. Food was excellent, bar staff friendly and attentive and the venue is a lovely setting.

Great club house with good choice of drinks and ideal room for private functions. Great in the summer

We hired this venue for our daughters 6th birthday party. It was absolutely fantastic, all the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. We couldnt fault anything from start to finish. The room was perfect. We will definitely be back again and would 100% recommend.

Nice venue for parties, good food and drink with disabled access

Good size venue, with everything for a function. Catering, bar , dance floor, toilets and baby changing facilities. Good size car park and near the motorway network. Outside areas in the good weather .

For local amateur club for rugby league cricket football and and bowls this is a club that is spot on nice folk

Great club but not a fan of the discount for members only system. They buy a round 15 quid you buy one 20 quid 🤔

Top place, bar manager is a top bloke and now things are opening up again its getting better.

We visited the Brighouse Rugby Club(sports club) for my daughters wedding it is a great Wedding venue or a place for any special occasion, The actual room for the celebration was dressed lovely with a good dance floor and lighting system the toilets were near and was spotless. The disabled access was very good the bar staff are polite and the food was good a great wedding venue in Brighouse with its own large car park We had a great time.

Never been here before but invited to friends 40th birthday and going by our past experience of sports clubs we were expecting basic, clean and decent prices. However this place was really nice, modern, clean and well decorated. Ample on site parking and young, friendly team. Could imagine this place for corporate events or as a wedding reception venue.

Great facilities & a top setting.

We attended a wedding party and it was lovely, food was plentiful and staff were very efficient.

It's where I go to do my excersize class, afterwards have a drink socialize with my friends, soda & lime or blackcurrant after class, other choices too!

Absolutely lovely place to hold a venue, big glass window on front gives loads of light. Drinks are a little pricey compared to say a wmc.

Good venue for a wedding party.

Had a great gig here as part of The Time Travellers band. Only 4 stars cos carrying all the gear up the stairs and across the wooden balcony in the rain was a right pain!

A fantastic experience . Everyone who came to our evening was very positive about the whole evening. The food was superb , the bar was priced really well and the staff were all really friendly and very helpful . We would all definitely return should we need to hold another function . Thank you to everyone .

Very nice place, high ceilings and a modern decor

Some of the staff were really nice. However some where not. I understand working in a bar is long and hard as I do it myself but you should always produce a high standard of customer service. Maybe next time...

I went to a christening party there and the place was really very nice.

Booked for a Big Birthday Party. The food was Great with plenty for everyone. The staff were friendly with plenty of them on hand to serve at the bar. Definitely recommend this place

We attended a wedding reception here. Everything was perfect! The food was fabulous (I’m a veggie and it was delicious) the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, the venue was perfect, even down to the beautiful Christmas tree. 10/10!

Bit Late I know. But I had my wedding here and The catering team Rob & Adele was exceptional and food was brilliant. The bar staff was really good too. Resident Do was great. These people go above and beyond to make your event special. Thanks again. It's was a wonderful memorable at and eve. Xxxx

Superb venue for any social function. Great local sports club that has a number of junior and senior sports teams including football, rugby league, cricket and bowls

We have had our Christmas party there 2 years now, it's an excellent venue with brilliant bar staff and I would recommend to anyone

Although I have only been to place once,had my granddaughter's birthday party there,it's a nice place for small function,and watch people play football or cricket.

Went to THIS place for a birthday party..went to the bar I ordered a glass of coke. AND I didn't realise the glass was broken. So when. I did realised. Went to the bar.. AND I told the waitress. The glass was broken. So what she did. Put the half glass of coke. Into another. She didn't even apologise. THIS is the reason I give THIS place a bad review.

Really good place for a quiet drink. Good quiz on Friday night and drinks are very reasonably priced.

Not a bad venue for a party but not the cheapest of places normally clubs are a lot cheaper than pubs or bars but this place ain't..

Great place great people great sports facilities

The newly re-named Party Venue close to the heart of Brighouse makes for a superb venue set in scenic settings... With a fantastic catering team in place the venue can be tailored to your every need - Weddings, parties, funerals, meetings, presentations or awards ceremonies. There's a huge outside area which can also be hired as part of your package including, 2 rugby pitches and various training areas which are ideal to host a BBQ, fun day, inflatables or team building sessions. Management are friendly and will do their best to make your booking everything you hope for. The catering team are superb and the food is wonderful every time!! I have been to many functions and have hosted various occasions at The Party Venue and have never been let down!!
