The worst food I’ve ever tasted in my life . Stay away from this place the owner a total current . How can they serve this food it shouldn’t be allowed. The place needs shutting down

Wow….. what a dump! Dirty, low quality and overpriced. the attitude from the staff is nothing short of appalling. I would rather S**t in my hands and clap than ever eat here again! You have been warned.

If you can give it a miss overpriced cheap tacky food and little food inside. Ordered chicken kebab and got 3 chicken nuggets in a wrap with salad was literally iceburg lettuce hardly anything and a spoon full of coleslaw for £6.50 rip off. Chips were like dehydrated and awful. Wont be visiting there again Chinese down the road better value.

Absolutely horrendous, probably the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Both myself and my wife binned all our food as it was dry & probably re-heated many times.

Extremely small portions. Myself and my partner don’t really eat much and even we found the portion size actually laughable. Rude staff, not friendly at all. This place needs some new management!

I am on holiday so Let's make this quick To start with the attitude of the owners is very poor I feel that they have no customer service skills. Seeing you can't enter the place and have to order though a window and stand out side is very unwelcoming. Asked for a menu as I could not see the prices outside and was no. But I ordered and kabbab and burger anyway and I wish I never did it was One of the worse kabbabs in a long time and I know what a bad kabbab I have ordered from a roadside food van after a long night on the booze with the lads. It was over cooked and like eat and old shoe. Not felt great after eating it and was up most of the not with the trots. If I was to give anyone who is thinking about giving this a try when on holiday, passing or the people of looe is AVOID AVOID AVOUD.

Visited here last week whilst on holiday. Ordered donner meat and chips. charged £10.60!! Was so shocked at the price i paid and walked away. The food was definitely not worth the money. Cold and tasteless. Would not recommend

Stayed in and around Looe a lot, and not been as reviews were not great, however, cold and hungry I gave in and went….wish I had not! Made to stand outside at a hatch like Covid was still a major thing. So stood in the cold I ordered after the man had finished making his coffee. A large mixed doner, lamb doner well not sure it’s lamb? Very dark and pepper taste, would be an interested test to see the meat content, (tasted like the frozen stuff you can my in supermarkets) the chicken was just fat and chewy. Gutted I wasted £10

Popped in on the way home, ordered large doner and chips, walked home opened food, no pitta, doner meat was so peppery ( and cold ) inedible, chips were disgusting, threw it all out to the seagulls, even they didnt seem that exited, PLEASE PLEASE avoid this place at all costs. Oh and cash only, very dodgy indeed

Glad they told me they only do 1 size of kebabs as the chicken in the shish was chewy dry and small chunks. I love a kebab but this was truly shocking quality and so glad they didnt have an option for large, the pots of sauce were a total rip off and the chips were like eating sticks. I also watched the donner turning on the spit while waiting for my order and it had horrible white bits in it. the have no competition for a fair few miles so just sell very poor quality at a high price

Charged over 10£ for chicken burgef chips and colelsaw with a pot of sauce. If that isn't bad enough the food was cold stale and just plain awful. Avoid if possible. Customer service was probably worse than the food as well.

Ordered a chicken chicken burger and chips and a double cheese burger the girl who took our order had the charisma of a death row inmate, when my food arrived the chips were missing and when I pointed this out she got very snotty and said I didn’t ask for them and wasn’t charged, I knew I had and when I pointed out what she charged me was including chips she reluctantly gave me the chips as if I was robbing her pockets. I wish she hadn’t given us any of the food to be honest as when we got it back it was rats, my wife barely touched hers the salad was missing which I also clearly asked for and the quality of the food was awful. Next time I will just leave the pub with a bag of pork scratchings.

Popped here for a quick tea. Ordered and paid for a simple chicken burger and chips with salad and sauce and a quarter pounder beef burger. They couldn’t even get that right. Order came with no chips, had to reorder them and then they argued that we hadn’t paid for them! Chicken burger was disgusting, no salad as requested, literally a dollup of mayo and chilli sauce on a foul deep fried cheapest burger you can buy. Would of taken it all back but didn’t unwrap it till we were home. Save yourself the bother and do not use this horrible takeaway!!

Such friendly people here; quick service and food was lovely too. Very popular it seems with the locals after a few drinks in town, so a lot of banter whilst we waited for our order - made a great atmosphere

Utilizamos el Puente Grill en nuestra primera noche de campingvtrip,. Después de pasar la tarde lanzamiento nuestra carpa y nos decidimos por el pescado y patatas fritas para té, por el tiempo que nos dieron en Looe fue 8. 15 y para nuestra sorpresa no encontramos un "fish and chips" que estaba abierto? ! Así que decidimos probar aquí, la comida era deliciosa, obviamente venden patatas fritas patatas fritas y no sé como ellos pero eran preciosas! Caliente y crujiente y sin grasa excesiva. El kebab mi hijo tenía era precioso, de nuevo no grasienta. Las porciones eran generosas y los precios eran los mismos, ya que pagar por la casa que nos sorprendió parece que parecen tener el monopolio de la comida para llevar en la ciudad después de las 8 pm! Tuve una hamburguesa que fui grande. . . . . . Error! ¡Era enorme! Mi marido tenía un pollo burger también grande, pero logró su ;) nuestras comidas también estaban bien cocinados y gusto, de hecho nos quedamos tan impresionados que volvimos en otra noche!

Trading standards please visit, this place is unclean, look through the window, mess and old food everywhere, salad not chilled, Pitta bread served from bag, meat cooked several times, owner does not care, thank god he had not opened the seating area next door, I cannot explain in words how bad it is, see for yourself but do not purchase however hungry you might be, I'm still feeling ill

Shut it down. Seriously I mean it. I ordered the quarter pound burger and I don't even think it was cooked properly. The roll wasn't toasted like it has been in the past and the juices from the meat were frothy and slightly pink. The chips weren't exactly warm either. More like col. It's a shame really because this place used to be so good when it first came to looe but since the new staff have come along there doesn't seem to be too much care involved.

We'd just moved to Looe and it was about 10pm at night, we hadn't eaten yet so wanted something fast. We decided to go to the Bridge Grill! The chicken burger was really nice and definitely filled a hole. If you have had a few ales in the pubs of Looe previously, this would be a perfect spot for food to soak up the alcohol.

Food is overpriced and every time I go there the staff is rude. I have also heard arguing and shouting coming from the place and have been able to hear it on the other side of the river while walking. I don't like to tell people how to run a business but if you are going to run a business then at least act like you are running a business. A lot the time they are tapping away on their phones completely oblivious to what is going on. The food overall has always been okay but nothing that would want me to come back for. The prices are also too high and the menu is very misleading. On a Saturday night I asked for some chicken because I like the look of the combo meal and the man replied by saying we don't have any chicken here. I walked off thinking well why it on the menu then! I think that these guys really need to improve on their standards. I won't be coming back.

Each time we've visited Looe we've bought takeaway fish n chips here... Really nice good quality ...and being able to salt,vinegar and sauce your own food !!! Excellent work ...great fish which taste of FISH ...nice chips no grease swimming about ..and as far as we could tell a clean looking set up . Recommended.

This is the only kebab place in Looe and thankfully it is tasty. Salad is always fresh, and chips always crispy. The pizzas are ok too, depends if you prefer authentic pizza. The sauce for the pizza is a tad tasteless, but all in all great value

Asked for a large Donna, it turns out to be a load of rank tasting Donna meat in a pre-heated pitta. That was it, no salad, no chilli sauce. Disgusting!

We had a large order, 2 fish and chips, a kebab ,3 kids chicken nugget and chips. Chicken burger and chips and kids cheeseburger and chips! Now my kids will eat anything (almost) but they didn't like there chicken nugget and chips almost left left all of it! I tasted it and was shocked. Chicken nuggets were like bullets, chips were cooked in oil that ain't been changed I a while! Fish was like the the economy crap you get from a supermarket (harsh on supermarkets) it was perfectly cut and breadcrumbed! Definitely bought in! Hoe hard is it to cook fish in batter! Fish Quay is 1 min walk away!!! Burgers were awful! Only thing that was decent was the kebab! And thank god that was my meal! Basically, unless you're off you're face with drink. And want a kebab go there! If sober, avoid like the plague! Go to the the caddy shack!

After a few beverages in looe there is nothing better than some cheesy chips and this place is simply awesome, quite probably the best cheesy chips i have ever had!

I have been to the grill on several occasions and the food is always good. On several occasions I have been with locals and have been charged different amounts for food. This particular time instead of £4 for a kebab I was told £4.80. When I went to say something I was told quite rudely I don't write the menu! Then turned round and laughed at his friends in the back. I'm not disputing the fact that the food is good. I feel they need to work on their customer service. I'm just annoyed that I was treated with disrespect. Don't like dual pricing and don't like the rudeness otherwise dam good food.

We got a ham and mushroom pizza on the last night of our holiday. Don't usually get over excited about pizza but it was fabulous! Chips were really crispy too. Would go again next time we are in Looe.

This place had the worst food of our trip - the soup would have been better straight out of a can. The staff were abrupt and rude and appeared to have no pride in their work. There were 4 of us and all 4 of us had bad meals. Avoid this place.

Ordered chicken kebabs and chips as a take away for my partner and I during a recent stay in Looe. We both like 'take away' food, for all that entails, and don't expect much from a kebab - but this was the first time we'd ever not eaten more than a mouthful. Absolutely disgusting slop.

Ordered 3 portions of chips, served and packed away from view, on being handed the bag I couldn't believe how light it was, when I got back to the car I had a look to find the smallest portion of skinny fries I've ever been served, not enough for me and 2 children. On eating them we gave up as they were American style fries that were tasteless, certainly wouldn't return at all. Seaside chip shops are normally fab but these guys have ALOT to learn :-(

Although it looks like a take away, it is actually a rather nice restaurant. We were the only customers at the end of the season. Usual grilled Turkish offerings, freshly cooked and nicely presented. We didn’t order starters, but were given a small tray of meze anyway – a nice touch. Recommended.
