We had a great experience! Kenneth was personable and friendly. We had the Korean Chicken burger and Bacon Roll, both were delicious. It was a great way to start our travels.

Came in yesterday for a bite to eat and a drink and i have to admit it was pretty expensive but the service i had made up for it Jamie was so nice and chatty its had to see people working with passion nowadays but here you find it right away i cant thank him enough for taking care of us with a huge smile on his face nothing was too much trouble some places back home could use people like him. THANK YOU

Do not go here are they are rude and insist on ordering via QR code. The place was empty when we were there didn't order as manners cost nothing and usually the customer is king. Not here avoid at all costs.

Server went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, the chef was on a break but he made our pancakes, really appreciate him. Thanks so much.

As soon as I walked to the bar Kenneth had a huge smile on his face, took my order had great banter with me. He went that extra wee bit for us, couldn’t be more helpful. What a great start to my holiday. More places need a guy like Kenneth. Give this guy a promotion 🫶🏻

Super friendly service. where airport food is normaly under par...this was super. Chips crispy outside and fluffy inside. Cheese hamburger and chicken burger are among the best we have ever eaten. thankyou again to the friendly staff.

I went there for the first time yesterday to meet a family member before he flew out. The bar looks ok but the drinks prices are well over the top which unfortunately is par of the course for airport establishments. £11.00 for a Heineken & Half a Guinness. At least 3-4 pounds dearer than some Edinburgh pubs.

I found staff absolutely wonderful and very accommodating considering we had missed our flight. 10 out of 10 for customer service

Standing here at 7.55am Friday 7th March 2025. Can't order food until after 9am as Chef on his break. You only serve breakfast till 11am so I will go elsewhere where Chef is not on a 1 hour break during breakfast service. Having worked many years in hospitality, this issue needs addressing.

Disgusting cleanliness, the bar taps have a thick layer of dust over them as do the glasses which are hanging above the bar, the bar staff aren't very busy just now as the kitchen is closed for update, so you would think that they would be cleaning rather than just standing about, if getting a drink here, check your glass is clean before drinking. Yuk

The kitchen was closed which was out of the company’s control but Jamie who served me made up for it he was so lovely and wasn’t afraid to chat away to us would highly recommend this place just for the customer service the airport should be proud to have him as a worker

First time using edinburgh airport and for 5 of us (2 adult,2 teen and an 8 year old) Food was delicious and was nice atmosphere to grab drinks and a bite while waiting before boarding

Very good service from the solo bar staff covering a large area. Nice clean bar with lots of choice and good seating. Good place to stop and recharge (plug in your phone). Laphroaig whisky recommended and was beautiful. All on same level. Toilet facilities nearby.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burgers, decent coffee and Kenneth was very efficient and pleasant.

Was told by bar staff we could not order at the bar and we would have to scan code and do it at the table but we could still pay cash but unfortunately we could not do this. We received the wrong order and when I questioned it the member of staff stated, with an attitude, that what he gave us was what came up on there system, he proceeded to say this more than once and was determined he was correct. He then came back with the correct order and said he had made a mistake. I appreciate people make mistakes and errors are made but it was the disrespectful manner that was used to deal with the situation that was upsetting.

Qué lugar tan terrible pidió comida y bebidas calientes , las bebidas llegaron primero y se terminaron antes de que llegara la comida , 20 minutos después todos comimos ciabata con jamón y queso £ 14 . 99 añadir patatas fritas calientes £ 2 tenía la menor cantidad de queso en todos nuestros panecillos y una rebanada de jamón decente, pero el pan, a pesar de que estaba caliente era duro y muy seco, el servidor no estaba interesado y casi no pasó la hora del día con nosotros no sonreír o charlar parecía como si no quería estar allí ... absolutamente no conseguir más de mi dinero no volverá

Waited 30 minutes for my fish and chips and had to ask for a refund instead because I had to catch my flight.

Fast service polite staff and good food

Staff were very friendly and Michelle was exceptionally helpful. I don't usually write reviews but had to on this occasion. My wife who is disabled with MS spilt her drink, Michelle immediately saw that my wife was in distress and made her feel at ease dealing with the situation. I could see she was very busy and went out of her way to help whilst managing other staff to step up. I replenished the drinks and apologised but Michelle made us feel easy about it. Very professional service frim a very professional person with people skills. Rare in this day and age.

Debido al mal tiempo tuvimos un retraso y recibimos un vale por correo electrónico de Easyjet. Fácil de canjear escaneando nuestra tarjeta de embarque pero no en Bridge & Castle. Necesitaban un comprobante de papel, que por supuesto no teníamos. Así que compramos nuestro café en Pret a Manger, su vecino en el aeropuerto. No hay problema para escanear nuestras tarjetas de embarque. Así que gracias a be & C por el servicio ¥#%&@.

For us it's a fixed "item" on our return trips from Scotland. Here you can relax just before the security check, eat a delicious breakfast or lunch and drink a beer to combat your fear of flying. You can now order and pay using a QR code that can be found on tables and menus, which is super practical because you don't have to leave the table and your luggage. The staff has always been friendly and it never took long for the order to come to the table. We are already looking forward to our airport beer in October!

Sean was very helpful, making sure I got some vegan grub even though the kitchen was at reduced capacity. Very convenient, in Edinburgh airport, before security.

Disappointed here yet again. My absolute pet hate, cleaning tables and putting chairs up round about us as we had a drink. Expensive too.

Pensamos en darle otra oportunidad a este lugar, pero honestamente desearíamos no haberlo hecho. Nada de ambiente, caro, y parecía que se preparaban para cerrar justo después de las 6 , como limpiar mesas, suelo y poner asientos a nuestro alrededor. Acabamos de salir después de 1 bebida y sin duda no volveremos.

I waited 30 minutes for 2 teas when this restaurant was not full. He didn't serve us sugar and didn't even try to tell us that we have to go get sugar. I recommend to avoid it.

Beyond expectations. Nice place, with snacks and very good beer. I was attended to by Tiago and his instructions and empathy made my experience great. I highly recommend the place. I will be back soon.
