Burger was shockingly terrible! Had such high expectations! Then I took my friend there for his judgement as he wanted to try it. He nearly ended our friendship due to the dissatisfaction he had from this burger joint!

Every mouthful, every morsel and every minute tastes exceptionally satisfying. Burger bro certainly delivers with its brilliant burgers to its sensational sides. The staff are pleasant with consideration to the customer. Food made in mere minutes. Making me coming back for more again and again. Special shout out to the manager, greatest of all time!!! Burger Bro is ultimate destination in small heath.

I took my children here yesterday for a spot of lunch after a quick shop, which is the 1st positive of convenience. The service of staff were friendly, the food was delicious, good feedback from my children. My daughter had said ‘her burger looked like the picture’ pointing to the Morrison seating area collage. My only issue is the seating area is very cold as it’s close to the doors, a suggestion that I would have is heaters in the area or a cheaper alternative (and more eco-friendly-ish) perhaps a clear plastic screen between the security guard area and the food area to lessen the cold breeze.

The food was disgusting waste of my money

Everything was fine except the meat in the burgers. It was overcooked, dry and thin. Nothing like a smash burger. The bun and salads are okay, just not enough meat and not cooked properly. The chips with cheese sauce and chicken bites were good but the burgers need work.

Awful service. I was told food would be brought out to me. I went with my 3 young children. I waited 20 mins only to find the staff playing around with each other only to find my food left there on the side. Would not be coming here again

Ordered bbq chicken burger meal, was delicious and fresh. Highly recommended, can sometimes take a little long for food.
