I am a regular customer for coffee and food when I cycle past. Great coffee and tasty snacks, with good service. Highly recommended.

The place is easily accessible from the main road (both directions) and there was ample good parking for our motorcycles, and space for cars and bicycles if you are so inclined. There were a few tables and chairs (some thankfully in the shade as today was a scorcher) but I would imagine Brewster’s CC could do with a few more if it got busier. Several of the other guests looked as if they were enjoying their break from riding and weren’t in any particular hurry to rush their refreshments. We had a very tasty bacon sandwich (cooked fresh) on sour dough bread and a great latte. They had all sorts of food and drink choices to satisfy all but the annoyingly difficult patron. I’m quite sure if you had a problem they would do what they could to set it right if you had a chat with them - they seemed keen to provide a good service. The prices were on the upper end of normal but the quality of food and coffee seemed high and we really enjoyed our visit. I had to do a double take at the lady serving as I thought at first glance we were being served by Kate Beckinsale 🤣 I doubt Kate would have been so polite or even been able to prepare such a decent brew - ultimately it would have been a bit of a disappointment had it been her. The place was clean and well run. An obviously popular spot for local cyclists. Worthy of a visit if you’re passing.

Absolutely awful coffee, under extracted super tart lemony, you can hide this with a litre of milk aka Starbucks / Costa , but as espresso there is no hiding, staff should at least try a coffee to test the set up, grind etc, bloody awful.

After walking our dog, it was a lovely place to stop, rest and enjoy a FABULOUS coffee. I am a bit sceptical about new coffee-pop-ups but this one was lovely. Nice smooth latte, creamy milk and best thing, totally off-the-grid. Will def stop again.

Really nicely located smart looking coffee trailer serving quite pricey drinks. Been twice both times the service is frankly unfriendly. Cakes today were pretty limited, but better last time to be fair. I won't rush back!

Went for a lovely walk on a glorious sunny day but the highlight was the coffee from Brewster's coffee trailer. Seriously good!

Small van serving excellent coffee and some of the best home-made cakes I have had in a long time. The service is friendly and the young man who owns the business deserves to do well.

Quick pit stop for coffee this morning and found Brewsters with the most delicious coffee, cake, friendly and quick service. Incredible hot chocolate menu which our boys tried the Biscoff and the Sweet Tooth and said they were the best they'd ever had. We also wandered down the pathway from the car park and found the most stunning views. A real find. We will definitely return.

Stopped here on way back from Seaford, just to get a brew before going on to my next customer. Quality of the coffee was amazing! The view across the South Downs was also amazing. I'll be going out of my way to stop here again, whenever work allows....

Whilst visiting the South Downs in July this year we came across a coffee trailer parked on the car park on the Alfriston Road, just outside Seaford. I am very glad we stopped there as we had a wonderful coffee and a piece of cake from the trailer, served by very friendly and obliging staff. It made the perfect end to a very enjoyable day.

We were her only customers. We ordered the exact same thing and waited 40min for 2 burgers. The young lady - as nice as she was- was super ditsy and could not remember our order. She came to us after 20 min to confirm, two burgers with vegan cheese and onion chutney + 2 kimchy vegan loaded fries. Before serving she said the burgers were ready but messed up the fries, she only prepared a non-vegan versin which my partner has. I should mention that an old mate of hers was there chitchatting during that time. We were not impressed by the service, it’s poor, borderline unacceptable. She did give me a refund for the fries i never had. Food is good though. Hence the 3 stars.

This is a really lovely cafe and tea room, particularly in the summer when you can use the courtyard garden. The real negative about it is the appalling way they dress their waitresses. They are all in Victorian style maids uniforms with aprons, so disgraceful in this day and age that women are expected to dress in this way. I’ve never seen any male staff there but if there were would they really be dressed as Victorian servants? So derogatory to women I’ve now started to go to the Green Welly down the road which at least appears to treat their staff with more respect. In light of the owners response I would like to add that I had no idea this was a 1940s themed cafe, obviously there’s a Vera Lynne room but otherwise it’s just a quirky cafe. Not sure where the piles of cakes, tea garden, huge breakfasts and avocado smash fit into a 40s ration book theme but these are welcome additions if not the treatment of serving staff.
