Great place visit a little early to will have to return later in the evening.

We had a family reunion here and pre booked a table We were looked after extremely well especially as I am Coeliac and required a GF menu option This was taken seriously and the manager ensured my meal was served appropriately We were advised well on alternative drinks including GF and alcohol free as some of the family were driving The food was excellent Thank you to the team

Nipped in for a quick bite to eat. Our server was lovely and efficient. Food was high standard pub grub, arrived really quickly and was gratefully received! Good selection of interesting beer and cider - an actual dry cider on the menu, yay!

Ordered the lunch deal, beef focaccia. The beef was nice but the focaccia was nothing but. It was super greasy, the top was rock solid and the bottom was as soggy as can be, nothing like what a focaccia is supposed to be. The waiter with the dark hair was kind of bitchy towards me as well, I asked if there was any chance she could put the canopy out just slightly as our table (which was in the shade initially, closest to the windows) now was in the full sun, and she replied 'Well, I'm not going to do that cause there's others who would like to sit in the sun, you can take the table on the other side which is in the shade'. What a rude answer and attitude! That table already had people sat on it as I checked before asking.. the music was too loud to sit inside, but lunch was ok. Wouldn't go there again though..

Delicious food, full of flavour, great portion size. Lovely, trendy surroundings, just a bit smelly but otherwise highly recommend.

We had a cracking afternoon here before the rugby! The team were brilliant! There were 26 of us for lunch and drinks and we were really well looked after by Robyn and the rest of the team!the food was great and the chefs worked hard to get us fed quickly! Not our first trip and definitely not our last! Thank you to the whole team!

The staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout. As you would expect there was a wide selection of beers and lagers. The menu has a good selection of meals and desserts without being overwhelming, with a nice touch of beer recommendations for certain meals. We all opted for meals from the Sunday Roast menu. The meal portions were very big and the food was excellent - nice to have vegetables served that were not overcooked! The location is really good with a quayside view and the option to dine outside. Overall, really highly recommend - especially on a sunny Sunday lunchtime.

Very attentative, but not pushy staff.

Second time we've arranged a rugby club social now. Placed perfectly in front of one of the many tv screens, staff always looking for table service, great day!!!

When my husband and I walked into The Brewhouse we were greeted by Bernie who had a lovely smile and was very welcoming. We came here to have a drink (we didn’t eat) as we were waiting to check into our hotel for accommodation, for a family weekend. I had a coffee which grew into a bigger coffee that had an extra shot! As suggested by Bernie 😉. Coffee was lovely and my husband really liked the Tropical IPA which he has not tried before. He said it was really nice. Bernie and her colleague were really friendly (sorry, I do not know her name but she has great blue hair). I needed to take some tablets and I had my pill pot out on the table. Both ladies commented, saying they loved it. I had a look on Etsy for one but couldn’t find a similar one. I told Bernie who said she could make one. Fab! My husband and I sat by the window talking about lots of things and enjoyed watching the world go by. Quite a relaxing and very pleasant way to spend a Friday afternoon.

The whole dining experience at Brewhouse and Kitchen at Gloucester Keys was excellent. My wife's allergies were carefully catered for by the Manager. The service was first class and the food was well presented and delicious. The only slight criticism would be that there were a few things not available off the menu one of which I may have chosen. The IPA's and Ciders went down really well with the meal. It was quiz night when we visited which we found quite entertaining.

Made us feel Very welcome and the dog was made welcome as well the food and service was excellent and a special thanks to Bernie who looked after us so well

Sunday dinner was out of this world. Beer/cider and gin well what can I say there was a good choice.

Poor service, bill was wrong. They seem to have fewer staff now on a Friday night, so don't expect anyone to show up quickly to take your order. Those who were on duty were great, but they need more staff.

Very poor service. Left without ordering. Ordering on qr code doesn’t work. Hung around for ages waiting to be seated with waiting staff walking back and forth.

Had a brewhouse brewery experience with chris. Was amazin. Would strongly recommend. Definitely helped improve my home brewery and they beer and food was amazing cheers

We only popped in to watch the rugby and did not have anything to eat but the food that your other customers were being served looked very good and lots of empty plates. The drink selection was very good and all 3 of us enjoyed very much - will definitely be back again.

We tried two of their house selections beer, and both were excellent. Alongside our drinks, we ordered a selection of nibbles (halloumi fries, nachos, and croquetas) all of which were delicious. The location by the canal adds to the charm, and the atmosphere is fantastic, with high ceilings, a fireplace, and a mezzanine creating a cozy and inviting space. We’ll definitely be back!

Always have a lovely meal here. The service is always great too. Robin served us today and was lovely and friendly. Love the atmosphere in here too.

Food was good. Service good but slow. Could do with more staff. However the staff that did serve us were fantastic. Atmosphere was good but very loud. Overall good though.

Had a lovely family meal at brewhouse staff were attentive and friendly. Good choice of food, we loved the chicken wings and the beer choices are excellent my husband liked the whiskey stout. enjoyed making use of the boardgames we will defiantly be back

I visited on Monday and the servers were fantastic under extreme pressure. It was busy and there were only two front of house. Serving meals, tidying up and trying to keep a very busy bar moving. Don't know what senior management were doing to put so much unfair pressure on their staff. They were a credit though and kept smiling and doing their best. I would imagine that if you were not aware of the circumstances you might have been somewhat frustrated.

Pint of beer was a bit short on measure.

A nice Boxing Day meal, great service and staff. Food was tasty.

Impromptu visit on a Friday night about 7.15pm. Staff very friendly & welcoming. Chose from the menu but dishes we chose weren’t available, the food we did have was mediocre at best, coleslaw was awful and not like a ‘rainbow’, chicken schnitzel needed seasoning but the chips were nice. Tried to order dessert at about 8.30pm only to be told the kitchen was closed?? Disappointing experience which I probably won’t repeat 🙁

This was our 3rd Christmas day meal at B&K in Gloucester. The previous visits were great - superb food, delievered swiftly and not too busy so it felt quite intimate. This time it was very busy, took quite some time to get served, and my ribeye steak, whilst rare as I had requested, was very tough, chewy and fatty. I left about 70% of it. My Wife had the turkey which was quite dry, with tasteless gravy and very little vegetables. It was a much better experience when it was quieter and the chefs didn't have to get the meals out so quickly. We will be back, but definitely not again on Christmas day. We came away not feeling at all satisfied at £70 per meal, plus £7 service charge. A very expensive and poor meal overall.

The family ate hear on Christmas Eve. The food was great and there was plenty of drink options. The staff were friendly and the service was faultless.

Excellent customer service - They genuinely cared for our group and ensured that we were well-looked after throughout our stay. The atmosphere was fantastic. It had a great vibe and overall feel to it.

Ordered a pint of Legend lager and a Glass of Diet Pepsi for the Missus and was served a full pint of Diet Pepsi so ended up paying more!! Also asked 2 members of staff about the New Years Eve drinks etc which they admitted didn’t know the answer and said the Manager will come over to us in 5 minutes or so and let us know the information we wanted for 31st December . We waited over 30 mins and still no joy, so not a good experience unfortunately!!

We had a great Christmas work event last week at Brewhouse and Kitchen. A big shout out to all the team working, Bernie, Chris, Charlotte, Ty, Hugh, Amber and Dan, Mitch, Ash, Danny, Conner and Mike who were helpful, entertaining (a great Christmas quiz!) and provided an overall great service. Will definitely be back 😃

We attended as a group of 16 people for our end of year meal and we had a fab time. Booking process was smooth, service was great and we all enjoyed our meal, the food was very tasty. Thanks to Bernie for all her help and support for our event. We will definitely go back!

Waited half an hour for drinks to arrive.Needed to Sent fish & chips back as the fish was uncooked. Pie & mash very poor. Waitress didn’t check once if we were happy with our meal.

We didn't eat, just samples a rather fine stout that was on. Loved the place, our first visit but can't wait to return.

Chris gave us a fantastic day learning to brew an Italian lager and giving us all of the background of the beer samples provided throughout the day. Really great experience. Would recommend!

food was really poor. focaccia was stale, the loaded fries had very little topping, the morelle mushrooms were poor....the bacon and spring onion topping was very meagre.....the only plus sides were the fish and chips was good, the service was good and the whisky stout was excellent...would not visit again

Had a lovely Sunday roast (roast pork) here with a friend and her two dogs (dog friendly establishment 😁) Everything was absolutely 100% The service was timely and friendly-nothing was too much trouble, and the food nothing short of amazing. Will definitely be back soon and also recommend to others! You can get cheaper Sunday roasts elsewhere, but to be honest, I'd rather pay a little more (and it's not extortionate) and have a great quality meal and experience! Thank you so much!

Spent a day at Brewhouse & Kitchen at Gloucester Quays for a full day brewing experience. The head brewer, Chris, was the perfect host for my day and he explained everything about the process of brewing and loads about the science as well. As I was part of a small group, I was involved in all of Chris's activities throughout the day and really felt part of it. Big thanks to Ty for her help with the grain shovelling and also to Charlotte for the many drinks, breakfast and lunch which were all included. The haddock & chips were really nice and, of course, cooked in beer batter !! I am saving my 5 litre keg of IPA for Christmas. Thank you Chris - I really enjoyed the day, learnt lots and would highly recommend this event.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We wanted to watch the Welsh Rugby on TV ( don’t judge!) and they sorted out seats for us where we could see the TV . Food and drinks were lovely and service excellent. Highly recommend this place.

I booked a table for 14 people and I can't fault the service - I didn't catch the guys name who looked after us but he was awesome and we were very well looked after! The food was great and the beer was even better!

We were looked after by Jojo, Dan and Kitty. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Did not get 5 stars for food as three of our choices from the menu was not available.

Thanks to Robin the service was quick and efficient and she was very friendly and engaging. Habanero was reallly hot!

The lady that served us was excellent but the food wasn’t as warm a I would have liked. They didn’t have any Sunday roasts so the food was quite basic.

1st time eating here, overal a very nice place, relaxed atmosphere and food is very good.

My partner and I come here a lot, but the other night we were served by Rob who we have never been served by before. He really made our experience amazing, and he was one of the loveliest servers we've ever had. Nothing was too much for him and he took care of us so well. He's an absolute credit to the restaurant, thank you so much Rob!

Had a lovely relaxed Monday evening at The Brewhouse and Kitchen. The Festbier was fantastic and we enjoyed 3 rounds. And we especially enjoyed our wonderful server Robin who was friendly and helpful. Great stuff!

Really enjoyed our lunch at BK. Food was excellent, and our server Robin was outstanding. The best customer service, really attentive and looked out for all little Dog too who was allowed in, we will be back! Give Robin a pay rise!

A great find after trudging through other offerings in the Quays that were frankly dull. Really warm welcome and this was supported by excellent food from a varied good that even catered for vegetarian tastes. Negroni cocktails were superb. Rob looked after us really well as did all of his other colleagues that delivered our food. Faultless. Thank you

Dropped by for a bit of lunch with our dogs Fred & Ginger - staff were very friendly and accommodating - went and got a bowl of water for them which was a nice thing to do. Sat outside by the quayside so it has lovely atmosphere even at first opening at noon!! Off the daytime specials menu, we both had the minute steak and onion sandwich with frites, beer battered onion rings and signature gravy - gravy that you could swim in as it was that gorgeous! Never had gravy like that before - shame I couldn’t take a keg of it home!! Food was so tasty - portion size was just right - prepared fresh and hot - cannot fault any of it!! We also had two lattes each - best coffee we have had in ages just strong enough with no bitterness whatsoever. My husband and I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough

Went for Sunday lunch unfortunately when it arrived it was lukewarm, my wife asked for her meal to be warmed up, when it came back the plate was hot but the food wasn’t, we did speak to a member of staff who spoke to a person in charge who came over and said how sorry she was about our experience We will give it another go to see if the experience improves Nice inside lots of food and drinks to choose from

Visited with friends for food Saturday evening was busy but a nice atmosphere the only thing I would say is they had the music on fab songs by the way but it was very loud the waitress couldnt hear us when we were trying to do order had to shout I did notice it seemed abit quieter later on but still loud, very attentive and friendly staff though and the food was really good chicken was juicy and we didn't wait long either. Will be back for more chicken!!

Fantastic experience brewing beer for the day. Followed the whole process with brewer Chris. Very knowledgeable and passionate about brewing. Learnt a lot about the process and enjoyed tasting the beers brewed by Chris. Breakfast and lunch good too.

Lovely place for good food and real ale drinkers. My husband loved the October fest beer they have in at the moment, Bernie was very friendly and helpful letting him have a try before you buy. Great burgers, recommend having a side of onion rings , really enjoyable lunch *****

The restaurant serves quickly, the food is delicious, the staff is extremely cute, and the decoration style is very unique!

The food was nicely cooked, the place has a lovely warm casual atmosphere, with a modern stylish interior design but, for me, what makes this place is the service which was superb! You can pump a great design into a place serve great beer and the best food but if the service isn't good you still leave with a less than satisfied taste. So again I applaud the team who made this a great experience and I will definitely return and recommend it to my guests.

It was busy so I had to sit upstairs but the steak I had was fantastic and staff were really good really enjoyed it

Food is incredible. we were served by Robin who was amazing she is so friendly, smiley and nothing was too much trouble for her. All staff we encountered were so lovely such a good team.

Great quality and tasty food. My husband loved the ale tasting menu. All staff were great but a little shout out to the service we had from Jojo when we visited on Friday 30th August. Can't believe we haven't been here before and we will definitely be back!

JoJo served us at Brewhouse. She has great knowledge of the beers and food. The beers were varied and poured well. The food crispy, hot and tasty. The chicken spicy and meaty. What more could you want. Conversation was easy and lighting relaxing.

Service was good, the food was disappointing, Iberico ham croquettes were without ham, the salt and pepper calamari lacked salt and pepper and the burgers were very lack lustre, special burger was beef chuck and rib with bang bang chicken, the patty was the size of a Maccy’s 99p job and the chicken piece in it was the size of a nugget!! With no bang!! Shame as we have eaten here before and really enjoyed it!!

Good variety of drinks and beers only let down by the fact that the cocktails are pre-made. When you're spending £9.50 and more for a cocktail you really want it made freshly in front of you and not poured out of a container. That said the bar service was good and the staff attentive and friendly.

Bought my four year son the mezze off the kid’s menu. The BBQ Sauce was packed with chilli and burnt his throat. No warning of heat on the menu or by the servers. Plain stupid.
