Brewers Fayre Dunelm Ridge in County Durham

Called in for breakfast on Thursday. It’s was buffet style all you can eat. Service by holly and Fay was great and food hot and delicious

we are regular customers at Dunelm ridge. The restaurant is always clean. Meals are cooked well and service is good. We are especially impressed by karl. He gives exceptional, absolutely outstanding customer service. Mr and mrs Armstrong

Later back experience kids love the play area , Emma is really good with the kids makes them feel comfortable from the get go

We go to Durham brewers weekly and the food is always lovely, service is great and it's a really nice atmosphere. Emma is extra amazing with the kids and always smiling. Nothing is too much for her and she's always very attentive. My little boy loves seeing her each week as she's so lovely with him.

Just had breakfast at Brewers Fayre in Durham and it was awesome! The sausages were spot on, and there's all-you-can-eat, so you won't leave hungry. Holly and Fay were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the coffee was top-notch. Definitely recommend Brewers Fayre for a solid brekkie experience with great service.

Another wonderful breakfast from the Perfect team of Sarah and Hollie. They always welcome you as family and nothing is to much trouble. I look forward to returning.

Came in for breakfast this morning and so glad I did, the chef had cooked my food perfectly so hats off to him! Also, Fay and Holly were lovely and so welcoming. Will definitely be returning.

We visited on Sunday as a family of 8. There was an incident involving one of our children and another child, Gemma was helpful and said she'd go get Emma to come look as she's First Aid trained and better at dealing with hysterical kids, (Gemma mentioned she worked bar more and was covering Emma's break). Amazing customer service from Emma on Sunday, she's fantastic with the kids and parents alike. Emma was so professional and quick to resolve the issue, we did need to complete an accident report form but Emma was brilliant explaining what she was writing and checking with our little boy what happened and answered all his questions and explained what she would do next. Even thought the incident was upsetting for our child Emma did a fantastic job of reassuring our boy the other child was removed from soft play and checking he was ok. Emma did say she was on her lunch break - we do hope she got extra time. As a large family we couldn't fault anything this lovely young girl did for us while dealing with a very busy Sunday Lunch time. We did wait to speak to the Restaurant manager but again it was a busy Sunday and the manager was busy herself. We will definitely be revisiting as we had the best first impression when something goes wrong its deal with so quickly, professionally and with a smile. I have recommended everyone to the soft play to get first class service from Emma. When we mentioned she did a fantastic job she said "its part of my job" No its not part of her job to be an amazing girl that makes everyone welcome and happy. This girl was like the sun on a cloudy day, brightened up the whole room when she's there. As a company you should be so proud to have this young girl working for you, everyone needs a Emma in their life.

What a shame it was that our first time here wasn’t a positive one. We usually go to our local Brewers Fayre however since we were in Durham we decided to try here. We unfortunately waited 50 minutes for our food & it all arrived cold. I understand it was busy as it was half term however there is no excuse for all 5 of our meals to arrive cold. When trying to get the attention of any member of staff they were too busy, obviously understaffed for the amount of customers.

This is one of my favourite places to come for food and to let my son play while I eat, having seating in the play area is much more relaxing knowing your child is safe the main staff for play area Emma is amazing and all the other staff are so friendly

This place is a god send, we come often. Emma the team leader is a walking diamond, even my children ask if she will be working when we go as they love her!

Booked table for 2pm for Sunday lunch. Paid then was told there's no beef left. How can they run out of beef at 2 when carvery is advertised until 6pm? There was gammon and turkey.
