Flo was exceptionally helpful as a server dealing with our queries, a great asset to the pub. Fantastic customer services.

Food was very good and served incredibly quickly.A special mention for Jack who patiently and efficiently sorted out a problem with a gift voucher, when ordering at the bar, and then proceeded to efficiently attend to our table.Many thanks Jack.

Came in for a bite with the Mrs, Jack was everywhere all at once. He worked damn hard and showed how composed he is even in the peak of service. Food was brilliant, Jack was too and he's one of the very few people in this town I'd give £20 tip to. Would always come again

Came in last Thursday with ma wife and kids and was greeted by jack. He gave us a seat with a very nice view (table 29) and when our food came he told us we all made great choices (great success) and he was indeed correct. I would one hundred per cent come back for more food a be served by jack again

Food came out very quickly almost as if it had been pre cooked and in holding draws, staff were friendly no staff check back on table to check meals were okay. Toilets were not the best. Restaurant could do with an update, and the cleaning team need to re look at their work masses of cobwebs in doorways leading to the play area. Menus could do with a wipe down. My menu was sticky and wet. There was a lable of a pg tea bag from breakfast stuck to the corner of my table... made me wonder if there had been any cleaning of the table since breakfast. Attention to smaller details are definitely needed. Didn't feel well that evening after getting home and felt ill all the next day. However apart from the things listed it was a lovely afternoon with family.

Have to pick a table and seat yourself after making a supposed reservation at the hotel. Then back to the bar to order. Never got offered a drink, tried to charge me for food even though I'd pre paid, asked for a drink, wasn't offered a glass. Customer service severely lacking! Hope the food is better

Awful!!! The toilets were filthy. The music coming from the kitchen was so loud that we found ourselves shouting rather than talking. The food was not good value for money, you get more in a value meal at McDonald's. No one asked if our meals were OK. Nor did anyone clear our table before dessert. Save your money and go somewhere else!!

Lovely spot for lunch with children where they can run and play lovely and clean, Great service by Hannah N who was professional polite and very helpful. Will definitely return if we are ever down here.

We had a couple of issues (not to do with BF) on the day we visited and the manager Georgia could not have been more helpful. She was friendly, courteous and professional and ensured that all of our party (five of us including a 92-year-old) had the best time and a great experience. She was an absolute star. It has been a long time since I have encountered such good service. Well done and thank you Georgia.

We love coming to this softplay with my little one and letting her burn off some energy. We are always greeted by Dee who is amazing with my little one and always goes above and beyond, we couldnt ask for more. She always goes the extra mile for the kids from decorating to playing all the lovely Disney songs. We love the fact it opens at 12pm which means my little one gets a chance to play and not be over run by the big kids with the afterschool rush. Thank you Dee for always being amazing!

The lunch was not bad for the price. Dee from the soft play makes this place. She puts a lot of effort into making it fun for the children. My little boy loves going there and even better that it’s open from 12pm each day.

Ordered 5 carvers plates cold ie food cold ,hair in Yorkshire pudding reported nothing done about it?,thought things could not get any worse no wine glasses offered half pint beer glass would not use again,travelled all the way from Yorkshire to see family what a let down mr Robert chaplin.

We regularly pop in here for some after nursery softplay, the woman who runs it (Dee I think...) is great at keeping the kids in line & making sure everyone has fun & no one gets bullied or anything! Obviously we have had food here a few times as well, it used to be super cheap pre pandemic so we'd eat there a reasonable amount, but with the new prices we tend to just grab a drink & snack for the kiddies rather than all have our dinner whilst we're there. I know everything is expensive now though so I can't really fault them for having prices in line with other similar places!

As a family the service is very good Dee always provides an excellent service in the play area. Friendly. However I was here Wednesday 15th am for breakfast with friends. Went to use the disabled toilet for my son. The back of the toilet was dusty, dirty. I came back today the 16th pm used the toilet again due to the men's toilet was out of order. To my horror the toilet had not been clean same dirt. As a nurse the standards of cleaning was unacceptable. Please sort the cleaning. Thank you

Have been here numerous times and commented about the state of this place. Management response is very standard and that it will improve but it never does. Tables are consistently cluttered with empty glasses and plates, tables not wiped down, carpets and chairs very worn, so grotty, it needs a good refurb and staff who can be bothered to clean up. Toilets are not at all maintained, paper everywhere over the floor.

This is a great place for an early evening meal. The food was what you'd expect and very enjoyable. The service provided by Dee in the soft Play area was exceptional. She couldn't do enough for us. She is a credit to the business. I recommend this Brewers Fayre which is in an deal location.

So they told us to seat in the bar as they do need to prepare for lunch. When we got to play with kids and to sit at a table, we were with drinks and all, they told us they do not have place for us. This is the worste place ever! They don't want to serve people! I will not pop in here as they cannot tell! Tell me from start and all, don't put me to drink something and after when to sit at the table, to tell me no space. And one said to stay here one to stay there and move all over. Worse place for kids!!!

Took the kids to the soft play. Fantastic and friendly service. The kindness and dedication of Dee looking after the kids in the soft play is admirable.

Went for some lunch with my daughter and grandkids. It's always a good relaxing time when we go as the kids go in the play area and are always looked after by Dee who works in the play area. She's always so polite and fantastic with the kids. My daughter and I always feel relaxed when Dee is working and we get to enjoy our meal. See you again soon

I have visited twice with my daughter and granddaughter during the past week. It is a great place for children to explore, play and meet new friends. Free refills of tea and coffee. Meals and snacks are all available whilst the adults relax. Dee is there to make your experience more enjoyable. Pop along for the halloween celebrations now and then Christmas is up and coming.

Came up to brewers fayre for lunch today with my wife and sister in law (Saturday 14th) and we were served at the bar by a lady in a black shirt and a young lad (very tall) was serving at the till next to her and I was absolutely shocked by a member of kitchen staff (bleached blonde hair) came out and absolutely shouted at these two members of staff who were both serving at the time to take the plates out, the way she was spoke to them was absolutely disgusting I’m surprised the bar staff kept their cool they didn’t say anything to each other they just shook their heads and it seems this is a regular occurrence because the whole time me and my family were there we could hear her screaming for staff to come and get the food, she needs sacking!! Mains were fine but sticky toffee pudding was frozen inside!!!

I often visit Brewers Fayre's softplay in Cepen Park with my daughter. We are always greeted with the warmest welcome from Dee who always goes above and beyond to ensure we have a pleasant stay.
