Brewers Fayre Aire & Calder in East Riding of Yorkshire

Really enjoyed the food! We had a mixed grill, smothered platter and a kids festive menu. The manager was lovely. He was so helpful and clearly takes pride in his job. Thank you.

We regularly pop in to the Aire and Calder because we know we’ll always be accommodated. The foods great and so is the service. Aleisha was on today to look after us, she’s a lovely girl who always makes us laugh. Keep up the good work.

Once again Aleisha was outstanding in her attention to detail,as my wife has an allergy she brought fresh cutlery and napkin. Food wasn’t as good as usual hence the four star rating.

My experience altogether was very lovely. Alesha is such a polite young lady and i’m very glad she made my experience better thank you Alesha for been such a kind person i will be sure to visit again. Mr Tetley

Very nice hot breakfast with great choice, lovely staff I believe their names were Ann and Mellisa nothing was too much trouble even though they seemed to be low on staff we never once felt rushed and they were so friendly to my kids, One of them was clearly heavily pregnant and was rushed off her feet, I really did feel for her as I certainly couldn’t of done that when I was pregnant. My husband and I will definitely be bringing the kids back again what a bargain for all you can eat and that the kids eat free!

We often go here with family for a Saturday evening meal. We are always made welcome, staff helpful with excellent service. Robert J is a lovely young man so helpful and polite. Food is good value for money, arrives quickly even though they are often busy. Would always recommend Thank you Collette and all your team

Rung up to book a table for breakfast was answered by Kayleigh . Called in at 7.30 am was shown to table by Kayleigh friendly smiley nothing 2 much trouble for her 5 star service . Food spot on

Where do I start great food great atmosphere and staff that always welcome you with a massive smile!!!! My wife and I visit 2 a week for food and been going many months and NEVER EVER had a bad meal!!! Massive shout out to ALEISHA who runs around and always has a massive smile and always there to help!!! Also ROB who does every job going and like them all must walk miles here there and everywhere!! Honestly no one cares about how your meal was because it's that bad they don't want to ask. Everytime i come here and stay at the premier Inn I'm reluctant to eat here but with little options you say ' I'll just eat here cos it's easier ' Food is an absolute rip off , the food is so poor the portions are abysmal and it all tastes like poor quality produce . Its that bad I couldn't even cut through my steak with a steak knife it was held together with some kind of mastic . You feel like you would prefer to get two portions of rubbish just to feel like you got what you paid for. Brewers fayre and all the others are a con now and we all need to realise it especially when you work away and want good food. I will spread the word as I'm that annoyed about my experience for the seventh time

Great selection on the continental side, don’t bother with the cooked (my opinion) the bacon is poorly cooked and oily, although unlimited don’t ask for more than 2 rashers (from the look I received this is a sin) only got given 2 anyways, beans bland, scrambled egg mediocre and not one person around us ate there tomatoes 👎🏻 However 3 stars for the continental selection USA style pancakes, crumpets, croissants, pain aux chocolat, brown/white bread, plain & fruit yogurts, abundance of fruit and spreads and at least 6 different cereals to choose from. Unlimited hot drinks and a choice of 3 cold juices well done for this side

Went for Sunday lunch with family ranging from 12yrs old to 78, good choice on the menu, we were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the food, trio of mini pies was a big hit! Great value for money but special shout out to the staff who were so warm and friendly, felt like going to your local pub not a "chain". Clean and comfortable surroundings too, very enjoyable meal out!

Stopped here for lunch and the service was top quality from the time we were greated at the door to when we left. Food was hot and tasty. Good atmosphere and a warm environment. Definitely will be back

Absolutely brilliant place to eat, the staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful, especially Macie who went above and beyond when dealing with our requests during our meal. Would definitely recommend visiting to anyone.

I travel quite a lot and sadly have to use so many different eateries. The greeting on arrival here at The Aire and Calder is exemplary. The customer service and "can do" attitude is beyond words from Macie, always a happy smile, very attentive in making sure every visit is made to feel special. This is how customer service used to be and should be mirrored across the country. Macie you should be very proud of yourself, we'll definitely be back and will recommend you to all our family and friends.

This is a handy place to pop into after work. There are some really good, attentive & cheerful staff to greet & serve you, which is nice as well as important! It's nice to have smiling happy staff serve you! One in particular stood out and that was Macie. Thanks for the giggles Macie! It's always a pleasure to see you on duty.

Macie was a great host and provided table service, which isn't the usual for an establishment such as this. Would highly recommend a vist to here!

Fantastic service even though there was only waitress her name was Ann. I took her name as she was absolutely run off her feet trying to seat,serve and take orders but she remained calm and polite. Food and staff was great the food tastes amazing cooked by a lady called terry in the kitchen,great friendly atmosphere clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble for the staff there. The prices are good and value for money. Would I go again yes would I recommend this place yes definitely. Thanks for a great meal and time.

Lovely big breakfast the poached eggs are the best, lots of choice from continental breakfast menu. Wonderful staff, always on hand to help.
