Came for a family outing got served by Katie the service was great, Mike and Jake are also polite and helpful and will be coming back to visit.

Lovely breakfast. Great selection piping hot and great service from the girls. Working in area and will be back every week. Thankyou.

Every time we come to this restaurant the service is great. We are a big family with 4 children and having somewhere that accommodates us and the children with great food is always a bonus!

Booked a table for myself and my two children for breakfast. Went to pay before we ate and the lady said it was only one under 16 free with an adult breakfast. Showed her that it clearly says two under 16s free with each paying adult but she was still insistent it was only one. Asked to speak to someone else about this and a member of kitchen staff came out. He just said let it go this time. It's not letting it go that is the deal!! After this the service was just poor as after this was made in to a confrontation. Really disappointed

Not overly crowded on the Thursday lunchtime, so plenty of seating options. Disappointed for a number of reasons.......unbelievably, no draught beer or Guinness available, only obscure and foreign lagers. Small can of pale ale (about half pint) cost an exorbitant £4.50. I decided on the main course haddock and chips. Good large portion of fish, but with the skin-on. I thought "fillet"meant skin and bones removed. 30 minutes for main course to arrive. 3 of us dining, so could not fully benefit from 2 for £11.49 option, since no 3rd person reduction. Staff pleasant, helpful and working hard, but only two serving in bar and restaurant, resulting in delay from clearing 1st course plates away. We are an obese nation, and many senior citizens have smaller appetites, so would be good to have a smaller plates menu, albeit of the standard main courses....then we might have a dessert, if still hungry.

We went for a quick bite to eat last week. The service was good but was being single handedly handled by one poor girl Alyssia! She was working so hard and should be running the place! She didn’t stop whilst we were in there. No management to be seen helping out! The food was tasty and hot and what you would expect. If you are an area manager reading this, sort your staff out and give praise where it is due! The only reason I have given 4 and not 5 stars is because of this.

Visited this Brewers Fayre on the outskirts of Bedfordshire today with no pre reservation. Plenty of free onsite parking easily accessible, the outside looked a little tatty, lots of litter strewn across the car park and empty glasses on tables outside. The menu outside is incorrect and has wrong pricing and descriptions of the menu offered inside the restaurant. Wait to be seated and plonked next to another table with guests when the rest of the restaurant was empty. The waitressing team was poor, no one checked how our meal was nor did they ask when we were finished with our plates, instead just took the plates away. Despite other reviews we were served promptly and the food was warm and good quality, the restaurant also offer 20% Blue Light Card Discount for anyone in that area of work just off main meals. Refillable drinks is all (Sugar free) and the drinks were a little over priced for example an old mout cider is priced at £5.20 from the bottle. The food was good, let down by poor service but would eat here again if I was peckish although the Farmhouse pub over the way is much better value.

Had breakfast here on two days. First day - greeted at the door, after a very long wait, by a girl who gave the impression of not really wanting to be there. Coffee machine broken, so only instant coffee. Food average. Second day - better staff, but even the instant coffee had run out, only decaf available. Food still only average. Tried to have dinner here too, but we were turned away at the door because we hadn’t booked, even though the place was half dead at 7pm on a Saturday. One of the young waiters thought he could find us a table, but his female colleague blatantly told him that he wasn’t allowed to do that! So we went across the carpark to Maypole Farm instead, where we were welcomed very warmly.

Really poor experience!! All week!! I booked food here all week after booking at premier inn. It's a pretty soleless place. After being greeted with a disgusting entrance way littered with cigarette buts and litter strewn around I usually had a lengthy wait fir a table even though the restraunt was pretty empty. In the evenings the three staff were hanging around the bar area discussing social media posts. The chairs and tables were in a poor state and the ceiling had large brown staining where there's obviously been a water leak. Breakfast - really poor contintal choice. Bread stale and curling over, no bananas the fruit bowl was empty most days. I heared a customer ask "Is the England being shown here tomorrow?" Staff - " Don't know" as they walked passed, didn't find out or get back to the customer The food was a reasnable quality unfortunately the venue wasn't upto scratch neither week the staff. It screems of poor management and disinterest. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Met with our friends for lunch, food cooked and served excellently by the always friendly and hard working Alison, Kiara and Abi. Brewers remains very good value for money and is a very pleasant place to meet friends although it could well do with a severe make over as is has become very tacky. Nevertheless thank you for today.

Went in today for Father’s Day with dad, Jenna, kiara,Tyler, Rhys,Aidan,dom,sahill,Betts were very friendly and helpful. The carvey was very tasty thanks guys really appreciate it

All the staff very helpful and friendly. Especially Jenna who went the extra mile when she didn't have to. Staff today were Kiara who let us change tables and Rhys the chef who did a great job on our food, tasty and hot and nicely presented. Thankyou.

Very ordinary food and the service was okay. The staff looked tired on a Sunday evening, probably because of a busy lunch period. We got what we ordered, it was hot and tasty. Plenty of parking, which is always useful. They stop serving at nine, but did push a desert order through at five past.

Went to brewers 27 4 2024 for lunch the meal was lovely the staff excellent gaby kiara and jenna, all lovely! Recommend!!

Average value for money food with very good service by a young enthusiastic team. The young female server Kiara especially looked after as we really well as she usually doe's.

Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food all very nice. Puddings nice. Could do with more choice for vegetarians otherwise no Complaints.

Firstly we brought 4 refillable glasses for soft drinks for the machine to be broken and told we couldn’t have another drink Secondly we ordered our starter then went back to order our main only to be told the kitchen had closed if the kitchen was due to close we should of been told when ordering our starter the staff didn’t seem that bothered So we had to go somewhere else

Very disappointed in the food that we have received and it wasn't even cooked the way wh requested. We had to wait for at least an hour to get the food and to top it off there was less than ten customers in the building. we also had a little kid that was with us that didn't receive the proper cooked food and for an 2 year kid to get this treatment is very dangerous. Very disappointed and hopefully this will change. I'll be honest we won't come back. Very not happy with the service provided

While stopping at the hotel next door for work we visited the brewers fayre daily for breakfast and dinner. The standard of the food was kept high but the highlight was the helpful , friendly staff . I cannot fault them . Katie , Jenna , Demi , Keshell and especially Siobhan were fantastic and could not do enough for us . Credit where its due , these ladies made our stay better by being so good and so helpful. Thank you Gaz Medequip

What a terrible venue. Very nicely set out and furnished but let down by the worst staff ever. I don’t doubt that they are badly paid, badly treated, overworked understaffed and simply do not want to be there. They make that very clear. We left. Fortunately there’s The Maypole opposite which is excellent - great food and happy obliging staff. We won’t be back.

We both really enjoyed the sirloin steak which was cooked to perfection for us , ( complements to the chef Betts) . The two waitresses Demi and Siobhan were excellent , nothing was to much trouble for them . I don't usually leave reviews but I feel I had to this time . Well done all .

We nearly always visit after shopping on a Thursday. Always made very welcome by Alison and given great Service. Food is the normal Pub grub at a reasonable price. Even with the Lunch time meal deal we have found there is plenty on the plate.

Came in for dinner with my husband and was immediately greeted with a big smile by the hostess, Jenna. She was friendly, informative and polite. Kieron then served us at the bar making any accommodations for food that we wanted and quick in doing so. Jenna then brought our food out which was perfectly cooked by chefs Dom and Betts. I had the smothered chicken and my husband had the big stack burger. All round quick, friendly and polite service! Well done guys, keep it up 👏👏👏

I cannot believe how this place is running! Absolutely diabolical! Entered, waited, waited some more until one of us went to the bar and said we are waiting to be seated as we have a table booked for 8 of us. Lady came over to check us in, in the most delightful manner you ever did see (I’m being sarcastic) We get to our table which is FULL of plates and glasses just left from the previous people (the place was not busy enough for this to be an excuse) so we waited to sit at our clean table. It took around 40 minutes for our food to arrive (think I’d rather of had a Burger King) and it wasn’t hot at all! My husband’s steak was full of fat and the eggs looked snotty! We then decided we would have a desert as to be honest we were all still hungry, this took another 40 minuites to arrive and in this time our table had not been cleared (even though one guy is walking around and around doing what looked like nothing) This place has so much potential and needs a strong management as to date it is awful! I do not recommend at all.
