Brewers Fayre in Sandwell

The restaurant inside has a very chilled ambiance which is perfect for a relaxing hot drink and meal. Their Hot Chocolate is the best in the area and you can taste its quality. Also they have very extensive opening hours which is an added convenience factor. Food is superb and it’s a pity there are not more Tim Horton’s branches in the UK.

My bank card wasn't working - I said I'd need to put the order on hold and come back with a different card but Sully (the absolute legend) sorted it for me. Cant thank him enough and next time I'm in ill make sure to settle up. Foods always hot, quick and friendly service - definitely worth coming for food.

Poor drive thru experience had to speak to the manager to explain that the member of staff need to be more courteous and respectful when speaking to a customer. The quality of the French vanilla and doughnuts as expected.

Kept waiting having accepted the order for couple of hours for them to say it was delivered even tho it was never prepared, assigned driver or ever out for delivery!

Drink and food was covered in coffee as it was not secured and delivery driver left it

Wonderful service had my hot chocolate and and burger very delicious and service provided by jazz was excellent and humble nature .

I much prefer the burgers to others in the area and think they are better value. I also preferred the atmosphere. It just felt a bit more grown-up. The place was spotlessly clean.

My favourite morning drink is the French Vanilla Latte, I was served by a girl on the drive thru who was very polite, professional and has an infectious smile. Atmosphere inside is relaxed.

Order takes too long, donuts are stale, fries too hard and chicken cold. Nasty, avoid this place unless you have no other option.

Came here to eat inside their restaurant at 2 am as they are open to dine in 24/7. Best place to be. Good food, coffee and staff were friendly.

Desserts seems to be by far the only superiority to take over processed junk food… I will ongoing be avoiding food chains, as acknowledged they’re not always at their best quality when it comes to not making extra love to their food… disappointed how businesses are failing themselves, not very “successful” at all, just money grabbing eh? employees do hate their jobs, so dearly fire them.

As much as I like a McDonald's breakfast, Tim Hortons is just better. It actually looks like the menu photo. Not squished or falling apart. Tastes great and freshly cooked. The coffee is better too .

Just got some food and drinks from drive through The order taker was too slow The drinks taste was not good at all the food was cold and chewy it was not fresh. I would have preferred to eat from McDonalds. Will never visit again at this time I don’t know what’s the point of being 24hours but provide this bad service at night

staff were lovely! thought i’d try somewhere that wasn’t mcdonald’s for breakfast so i came to tim hortons, which i’ve heard a lot about i got an iced capp, hash brown and an egg muffin. the iced capp was delicious, creamy and cold. hash brown was a little overcooked but still edible and had a nice flavour to it. the egg muffin was cheesy and gooey. only problem is that the bread was a little floury but it’s not a huge deal. not as good as mcdonald’s but still a decent breakfast

Oldbury site very slow service considering hoe many staff there are. Ordered sit in sausage and egg muffin meal. When it came was no sausage. Took back and it was taken off me without any communication unwrapped a sausage pattie put on and rewrapped and given back to me again without any communication or acknowledgement. Fair to say I no longer use and go to Macdonalds. Can see this establishment continue trading for long.

Tim Hortons was so nice. I met this Indian lady. She was so nice to me. I was very nice to her and at the end she gave my son free timbits and my son had a cloudy lemonade with a grilled cheese and meanwhile I had a French vanilla coffee 5 Stars 🤩

The best thing about this branch is that it is open 24/7. There are very few places in Birmingham that stay open after midnight. Plenty of space. Great place for meetings or if you want do some work or even study. Good parking area with multiple big stores in the vicinity.

Some rude staff here. Ordered a large iced drink, came in a medium. Mentioned that it’s a medium cup, they said they don’t serve larges and it’s big enough. After me paying for one. Plus in store was a person with what looked the same drink in a large cup. Left because I couldn’t be bothered with the pettiness. Plus they do look like they turn their noses up at customers or speak very blankly. Was a strange thing to watch them interacting rudely to customers whilst waiting. Nice drink just crap staff.

Good coffee and doughnuts , great milkshakes, and plenty of comfortable seating while I waited for my car to charge for 30 minutes nearby. Great for a sugar fix and good value and coffee was good. I hear breakfast is good and great value but so far never been here for my breakfast .Very clean and tidy. Toilets spotless clean . A good visit.
