Brewers Fayre in Sandwell

Good was delivered with the drinks in the same bag and they’d need wrapped in cling film. All 3 drinks had leaked and the bag was full of coke which ruined the food and what bit we did manage to salvage was stone cold. Absolutely disgraceful service

Food was great thank you! The new Maple Chicken Burger (without Hash Brown) was amazing!!! Only marked down a star because I only had 5 lattice fries and they were stone cold.

Didn’t like the food much. Tim Hortons is my favourite and I absolutely love their frappes but this time it was a disappointment. Food was cold, not even warm, let alone hot. Didn’t have a good experience.

The pub finally opened 6.10 sat down and we finally gave are orders at 18.40. Starters turned up not looking great. Not once did a staff member come over to us and ask if we needed anything. Three main meals turned up and one was missing two meals were piping hot and the steak was sent back as it was cold. Finally after waiting a further 25 minutes the two steaks turned up missing peppercorn sauce asked a staff member to be told the kitchen have got the order. Meal was finished and no peppercorn sauce. The service has been terrible tonight it’s a shame because Friday nite it was spot on

Food was cold and bagels were hard egg was cold and like rubber

We make a point of visiting every timmy's on our route. This one was great and the customer service was excellent with them even giving me a cup of hot water to defrost my windshield on an icy day, now that's what I call service!!!

Worst place Iv eaten at in a long time. Burger looked like it was just chucked together no effort hardly any toppings or flavour, chipotle sauce was like jelly. The lattice fries are undercooked and tasteless, milkshake was just ice. Will never eat here again don’t see how it has so many good reviews tbh.

Great atmosphere! Plenty of space and amazing menu. However, do beware that the vents in the building aren’t great so you do leave smelling like cooked food.

I am regular daily customer of tim hortons pay by card always, I ordered today French vanilla lattee,around 11.25 am asusal, before starting journey to motorway, Served wrong coffee , I have to left half cup , after lunch I came back and complained about wrong served coffee, lady on drive though, 1st argued and denied about wrong served , so I mentioned her I drink French vanilla lattee avey day since 6 month , it's not French vanilla lattee , even I handover them half leftover cup, Then she said we can give you nextone free , u alredy got free one voucher ( how its free when I paid for 9 coffee ) She argued long time and then she called manage ( Permjeet) Who has same argued, eventually he offerd free small cup vanilla lattee, as he was obliged me , and said its faver, HOW ITS FAVER ? I told them I already got luch no need coffee today I will get tomorrow, Give me voucher back , he was really rude and unprofessional, tried to deal with me as I am beggerr, If I am wrong why you offered me for only today, not for tomorrow, Really disappointed customer service, at Oldbury location As he argued me that long I have to left Time hortons without voucher or compensation, Not recommended this location.. Regards.

food is cold, store was extremely rude when I called about the order being late and put the phone down on me the first time. then I watched the delivery driver sit at the shop down the road for 10 minutes not moving.

I go to timmies regularly and staff are always pleasant, welcoming and friendly! Kuldeep in particular was a breath of fresh air; very nice and made my experience very enjoyable! She brings joy to the store with her friendly smile and kindness. Will always recommend to others!

I enjoy coming here, nice and clean with plenty of seating options. In this particular visit I used the drive thru, in which I bought a French vanilla. Still on point and still a must!

Superb, clean modern eatery. Extensive and affordable menu. The best flavoured coffee and delicious flavoured mini donuts (Tim Bits). Huge amounts of choice for vegetarians too.

The restaurant inside has a very chilled ambiance which is perfect for a relaxing hot drink and meal. Their Hot Chocolate is the best in the area and you can taste its quality. Also they have very extensive opening hours which is an added convenience factor. Food is superb and it’s a pity there are not more Tim Horton’s branches in the UK.

My bank card wasn't working - I said I'd need to put the order on hold and come back with a different card but Sully (the absolute legend) sorted it for me. Cant thank him enough and next time I'm in ill make sure to settle up. Foods always hot, quick and friendly service - definitely worth coming for food.

Poor drive thru experience had to speak to the manager to explain that the member of staff need to be more courteous and respectful when speaking to a customer. The quality of the French vanilla and doughnuts as expected.

Kept waiting having accepted the order for couple of hours for them to say it was delivered even tho it was never prepared, assigned driver or ever out for delivery!

My favourite morning drink is the French Vanilla Latte, I was served by a girl on the drive thru who was very polite, professional and has an infectious smile. Atmosphere inside is relaxed.

Desserts seems to be by far the only superiority to take over processed junk food… I will ongoing be avoiding food chains, as acknowledged they’re not always at their best quality when it comes to not making extra love to their food… disappointed how businesses are failing themselves, not very “successful” at all, just money grabbing eh? employees do hate their jobs, so dearly fire them.

As much as I like a McDonald's breakfast, Tim Hortons is just better. It actually looks like the menu photo. Not squished or falling apart. Tastes great and freshly cooked. The coffee is better too .
