Brewed Coffee in Bolton

Asked for a flat white and the milk was over heated so the coffee just tested like burnt milk

Excellent mini breakfast - no problem about time. I had it for lunch.

Lovely place, had a lovely tuna salad with a cappuccino, would highly recommend. Will come again great place to go in Horwich with friendly staff.

This is the 2nd time visiting this lovely friendly clean cafe. Purchased a cappuccino, black coffee and some toast. Delicious thick sliced toast and hot coffee. What more could you ask for. Very friendly Staff.

Brewed coffee has been the meeting place of the writing group Cauldron 125 for several years each Frida morning. The group is always looked after very well and is allowed to use the 1st. floor space. The owners and staff are friendly courteous and efficient with their service. The length of time in which we have used the cafe is testament to how highly regarded they are.

Always go here for lunch when in the area . Food is amazing ,Coffee is really good and service is excellent .

Great little local coffee shop. The coffee tastes like coffee and arrives hot. The breakfast was delicious. It took a while but it was hot, fresh and tasty. The last who runs out seems lovely and polite. There does airways seen to be someone say in their on their laptop chatting away on the phone which is a slight distraction in an otherwise wonderful establishment

Went in for breakfast. Freshly cooked and very enjoyable. And a good cup of coffee.

Only second time I've been but wasn't disappointed. The owner works really hard at making you welcome and the meals taste like real home cooking. The friends I was with are regulars.

Lovely cafe, with nice atmosphere & varied menu. We had a panini, bacon & egg barm & a toastie, with coffee, mocha & soft drinks. All was freshly cooked & delicious. It was a Sunday & the lady was working on her own in the busy cafe but we didn't wait too long to be served or for our food & it was worth the wait anyway. We would definitely recommend this cafe.

Great little coffee shop, had half an hour to kill and popped in for a quick snack. Ham, cheese and mushroom toastie with salad together with a large latte. Saw the fresh pastries and couldn't help but get a strawberry danish.

Best veggie brekkie for a long time And a huge coffee. Gary Neville spotted here aswell. Definitely coming back.

We had the light breakfast & pot of tea each. We left nothing! The plates were hot & full. The food was nicely presented and all good & tasty. The reception was perfect, pleasant, charming and seemed pleased to see us. 3 or 4 other couples in at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely go again.

This little gem deserves every bit of credit where due. The owners are absolutely lovely and have a great knack for customer service and comfort. The food was honestly to die for, with food sourced locally. I went for the hungry breakfast and was treated with a free coffee to compliment the food. The interior design outshines any other coffeeshop food chain i.e Starbucks Costa etc. I will definitely be coming back for more.

Went in with a few of my friends at dinner time. My friends got drinks & a sandwich however I didn’t, I had my own lunch with me. I started eating it whilst my friends were eating theirs and someone came over telling me to stop eating my OWN food because if the owner comes in they won’t like it. I was so shocked to be treated this way, especially since my friends had bought their food & drinks from there. It’s also come to my knowledge that the owner is known for spreading hate of other horwich businesses all over his personal Facebook so I definitely won’t be going back.

Went today with friends, great full English breakfast, clean and good service, but please leave radiator s on next time!

Lovely little cafe, staff very friendly and welcoming. Coffee is good!! with a great selection of snacks and pastries. Even a little funky shelf shop section.

Bought a barm; the cheese was very plain & tasteless, the bread extremely dry and cheap margarine seemed to be used. Defintiely not worth the £3 charged. Most went in the bin as extremely disappointing.

Got shortchanged here. When I got home item I bought was out of date! Will NOT be going there again.

Never been here before but was steered in by the company I was keeping. It was fairly busy but a table was found straight away for us. Our order was taken very quickly and our food appeared quite quickly. Everything was excellent. I do recommend the beef burgers.

Called in on off-chance we could get the veggie Tali platter. We were in luck! Usually the chef only does this food Thurs-Sun but she had enough food in for us. We were thrilled because the food was utterly delicious and we enjoyed every mouthful! I’ve already told my friends. Can’t believe the cafe doesn’t make more of this feature! It is the only place for miles around that offers freshly made Tali. Wonderful! Will be back!

Very disappointed by the food and the service here. Not particularly good value and on the occasion we visited the server seemed more interested in gossiping with another member of staff who had popped in for a chat. We won't be returning.

Friendly local cafe which serves the usual cafe fare - full English breakfasts, sandwiches, jackets etc. We had the lovely surprise of spotting that they also do Indian veg or meat Thali at the weekends too (Thurs - Sunday I think it was). I had the veg Thali my wife had the meat one (chicken) and they were amazing!! What a lovely treat. The owner was so friendly too. Will return 🙂

From the outside it looks like any other cafe but it has a hugely extensive menu. The only problem is deciding what to choose. Good value. The staff are friendly and the lady who runs it is very accommodating. Also sells gifts such as mugs,jam, biscuits and coffee. Has a dementia friendly sticker in the window.

There was a group of us who went for a coffee and cake. The coffee was good, the cake a mere slither, but the concerning part of the visit was we were seated at the back next to an open door leading to the kitchen. As they serve breakfast there was alot of greasy food being prepared and at one point can only be described as something burning to cinders. The owner after one of our party notifying her of the strong burning smell did open a fire door and eventually turned on the extractor fan, but by that time all our clothes had soaked up the overwhelming smell of grease and burn. Upon getting home the smell was unbearable so off came the clothes and into the washing machine. Moral of the story, either sort out where you seat your paying guests, or offer a free bottle of fabreeze per purchase.

I go here regularly for a coffee, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is kept tidy and clean.

We hold a writing group in this venue every Friday and the atmosphere, food and drink are fantastic. Bacon sandwiches on the best granary bread. I like this place so much, I've asked them to cater for our book festival later in the year. Well recommended. Friendly. Comfortable. Great Food and Drink!

Called in for lunch with my 2 granddaughters,I have been before a few months ago and enjoyed it and this time it was just as good.I had the cheese toastie with a cappachino and my grandchildren had a ham sandwich with crisps and a drink for £3 each.The staff are very friendly and the owner even had time to have a chat with us.Lots of choice on the menu.The prices are very reasonable.We enjoyed our lunch

I loved it. I was there with Dad and sis, then with my nieces, and with my husband. I went there also to do some work. Nice cafe with good tasty sandwiches. Clean place and friendly atmosphere to socialise with friends or family. The lady and cute daughter were helpful and cheerful, the father came after to help. No smell of frying or grilling, lots of variety of snaks and sweets, free WiFi and quite place to work if you want.

Great place got the nice and spicy chicken wrap ask the lady about it she said it wasn't really that spicy but she could have some Gora masala and some jalepenos was lovely and for £3.50 fantastic value this is our second visit and I would definitely go again

First visit here for me and my granddaughter,as soon as we went in a lady greeted us with a lovely smile,we only had a drink with a cookie ,and a coffee with a pastie both were very good and reasonably priced,my granddaughter couldn't eat all the cookie so the owner put the rest in a bag to take home.Very welcoming place and will definitely go back again when in Horwich.The only criticism is you can only pay with cash and not card payment.

I love this place me and my husband have gone back multiple times in the year. Lovely warm friendly staff and their food is gorgeous. They have a lovely variety of coffees. The prices are really good I'll keep returning.

Brewed coffee is a great place to go for just a coffee or have a meal.all delicious of course.the staff are always polite helpfull and friendly.

No point in going! Ordered a cheese sandwich, crisp, and hot chocolate and the only good thing was the bread on the sandwich! the hot chocolate was powdery, the cheese was ready grated, cheap and rubbery and I didn't even get a proper packet of crisp but a few on the corner of the plate!!! The friend I went with got a coffee that tasted like dishwater! In fact dishwater would have been better! She paid £2.50 for what was pretty much dirty dishwater! The staff were rude and aloof! paid £5.00 for that!!! Never going EVER again! It doesn't even deserve a star! The prices are far too high especially considering what you get! Don't go! It was like a bad dream that you just want to forget!

Imaginar mi decepción cuando pedí el croissant de queso y tomate sólo para que nos dijeran que no tenían! Encima de eso pedí el té especiado, cuando solicité zumo de limón que en vez de leche - Sorpresa sorpresa! No tienen nada de eso.En lugar de la pedí un croissant de queso, tomate y cebolla que venía con guarnición, sandwichera y ensalada de col - o debería decir un teaspoonful de había tan poco!No hace falta decir que no vamos a volver! !

Called in for lunch earlier and ordered a beef and onion baguette plus a can which came to £5.10. The staff were very friendly and the baguette was tasty and well presented with salad and coleslaw on the side.

Called into this wonderful Coffee shop on Saturday, it was a lovely atmosphere and so nice, new menu available, I had to try the special.Home made Indian curry with all the trimmings, it was served in a beautiful steel Indian serving plate. I would really recommend it, so authentic home cooked meal.I did not get a chance to take a photo but will be going back for more and hopefully up load an image from my next visit.Oh and nearly forgot that the shop has loads of gift items some very unique, really worth a visit.

Popped in with my mum and fiancé as we happened to be in Horwich. They did soya milk which we needed and the coffee was great and service was friendly. Can't fault it.

I went into the coffee shop for something to eat and drink. Whilst my lovely meal was been freshly prepared I was looking around the shop and there was plenty of lovely Christmas gifts and ideas. I picked up a few gifts and ordered a Christmas hamper with exactly what I wanted to have in it.Its always nice in here and the staff can't do enough for you.

Called in for a quick coffee and a sandwich, nice clean surroundings. Staff polite and friendly, coffee was excellent, if i had a criticism it would be that the cheese tasted like a very cheap brand, only a small point. Definitely worth a visit.

Was not sure what to have for lunch, called onto Lee Lane and I could smell the Waffle, so I opted for Ham and Cheese Waffle. It was made in front of me and I was able to take it out.Place is very clean and amazing, staff very pleasant and polite, saw one of them helping an Older person sit down and assisted him with explaining the menu.Recommend a visit to this place.

Had our American cousins over from Miami for a few days until they flew down to London. Decided to book a table for 6 at Brewed Coffee as I remembered on our last visit the staff informed me that they catered for private bookings, Theme night was to be Italian.The choice and presentation of the food served was superb. Well done!Our American cousins were certainly impressed.From dropping in for a coffee or a cake to arranging a special occasion Brewed Coffee is worth considering as the venue.

The brewed coffee shop is a regular pit stop for people like myself who enjoy quality coffee in a relaxed fresh clean and modern environment. They have wifi which is an added bonus. Staff are well presented and professional and very attentive. Good range of food on offer from the menu. Also ice cream and divine cakes. I regularly get a coffee to go and it's served in good time with a smile.
