Brewdog Plymouth in Plymouth

Great pub. Lots of beers to choose from. A big group of us did the pub quiz but we really struggled to hear the quiz master and the kitchen was blasting drum and bass music the whole time. The amazing bar Staff did ask them to turn it down and they did but not for long. Food was ok but, over priced. The batter is gross and flavourless.

We wanted somewhere relaxing to watch the rugby, have some good food and a couple of beers, brewdog did not disappoint 😁

Fantastic BrewDog bar, great food and great choice of drinks. Bonus being child and dog friendly, our pooch enjoyed her visit this week along with her owner!

Great service by the bar and waiting staff. We enjoyed our burgers and drinks and would definitely recommend the Patriot and Buffalo burgers. Our toddler had a great time playing with his cars on the long tables and having a little run around in a bar that was big enough for him to do so without disturbing anyone

Beers always good, kinda goes without saying. This is primarily relating to the kindness of the bar staff. They brought out a dog blanket for our pup, a bowl of water and some dog treats in a bowl. 10/10 Thank you! 🐶😁👍

1 hour wait on food without being told there would be a wait. Then the order was wrong and another 20 minute wait on top of that. We got offered a free dessert but had to leave before it came. Front of house were very kind, just a bad kitchen team I guess.

We had a delicious lunch and the staff were amazing. We booked ahead and left a note to say our puppy would be coming too. They seated us in a quiet corner with a dog blanket and water bowl - very thoughtful.

Food was lovely. Really impressed. Obviously the beer is good. Toilets unfortunately disgusting. No toilet roll, bad odour and messy with water on the floor. Servers were polite, not at all rude but it seemed understaffed.

Went for the buy one burger get another for £1 deal in Jan and found out you can only get that if you book in advance, not really sure what difference that makes... So paid full price for below average burgers and the Mac and cheese was worse than the "just add water" packet mixes you get in Tesco's. Wish I'd taken a picture of it actually to show how pale and mushy it was. Would not recommend

We decided to celebrate a birthday here on Burger Night when you get the second one for a Pound bargain The Staff are great the meals came quite quick and were delicious Had the Chicken Burgers the Spicy one was great but the other one was very dry Excellent beer and a very enjoyable Cider Looking toward to next time

The curiosity and novelty of her first visits have warn off. The formula - craft style ales, shopping/entertainment precinct, surrounded by franchise eateries - and the vibe of the customers, isn’t something that appeals or can remotely compete with the taproom bars that we now use all the time.

My partners burger was succulent and hot (patriot) My burger (chuck norris) was tepid and really tough. This was part of my birthday gift Brewdog vouchers and taking advantage of the £1 burger deal.

£6.75 for a pint of 4.1% stout!!!😳

Excellent burger and food, 5* service from Andras, and I even won my rock, paper, scissors match for a free dessert! Definitely will be returning when I next in Plymouth.

Andras was great, matched some beers to my preference and was really friendly!

One of my favourite places to go for food although it is very expensive if don't go on one of there deals!!

Had a terrible experience at Brewdog today. A young waiter who was wearing a black t-shirt and dungarees with light short hair was incredibly rude when serving us. We had multiple problems with our food, including an over 60 minute wait time for food to come out. When we asked where the food was after 40 minutes, the rude waiter ignored us. We then went to the bar and the waitress told us that she would get it ready. It then took another 20 minutes for this food to come out. Credit to her as she offered a free dessert to say sorry for the long wait time. When we all ordered dessert, we all waited various times to be served, with the free dessert appearing immediately and the longest wait being another 30 minutes AFTER we asked where it was. I won't be coming back to Brewdog after this terrible experience. I hope this message reaches the managers so they can lead on how to make the customer experience more enjoyable at this establishment.

Hello guys dan molland here, Came here with my 6 best friends for a wing Wednesday challenge! I had been so excited for this experience all week long! Because i am a man with 2 loves in life wings and Wednesdays so booking this seemed the perfect thing to do for my 22nd birthday! And yes before you ask i didn’t manage to finish both plates of wings infront of i was absolutely stuffed after the first 5 wings! Unfortunately the next day i felt really ill and was really touch and go throughout the night i had to call in sick to my scaffolding job the next day. But would definitely recommend and go again

We had an amazing time - Andras was our Barman and he was lovely!!! Shame to hear the 50% off for under 25s is over though!!!

Great service as always from Andras. Although disappointed to hear they are ending the under 25s deal on Sundays as we have been going every week.

Typically great brewdog atmosphere and like normal the bar staff have good music taste. Impressive guest drinks selection, and awesome food menu. Love the buffalo sauce they use here. Really do like the atmosphere. If the drinks were a little cheaper I’d sit and drink for hours.

What a great place to visit! Updated! *****This is still more goto place for the best beers in Plymouth........ No other location comes close!! ***** So many lovely beers on tap. 30 to choose from and some extra Xmas ones too! Plus a fridge full of takeaway cans and bottles for every fan of really great beers and stouts! The food menu too is really impressive and looking forward to a quick return visit in the next day or two! Tasha really looked after us with her knowledge and generally a really cool egg!

Audras was amazing with service, he gave us fabulous recommendations and told us about the latest deals!

Audras, one of the barman was absolutely lovely. I am a student and came in Sunday evening, he told me about the amazing deals for those aged 18-25. He also recommended me several drinks and told me in depth about the upcoming events and how to book them. I will definitely be returning!

Visited with friends on Halloween. The beer is vastly over priced: £6.55 for a pint of IPA that is less than £4 in Wetherspoon. How can you justify that in your own pub? Food also over priced £15 for a burger without fries or salad. Also ordered cocktails for the ladies and again that’s a joke as they came out of a can! Overall very underwhelming and disappointing, no wonder it was nearly empty. Won’t be back.

Never disappoints. My only issue is who do chips separately? You charge enough for the burger to add chips to the meal ...

I had the best birthday here with free drinks all night!!! The food never disappoints, servers are always amazing especially Andras who was really helpful with questions and suggestions about drinks, we got a really good board of 1/3 pints!

I visited the Plymouth store for the first time for bottomless brunch and had a great time. On arrival, the table was reserved in a nice booth. Gin who was working behind the bar had a bubbly personality, which fitted well with the product that was being sold, she was a great host and was really nice to engage with. Gin worked hard to keep the orders flowing for all of the customers and was a credit to the company. The other staff confirmed that the areas were kept clean and tidy when customers had finished drinking. It did seem that they were slightly understaffed for a Saturday lunchtime, with a few queues waiting for service but nothing unusual visiting pubs and restaurants in the current climate. The food arrived quickly and was well-presented and tasty. At the end of the brunch, as everything was pre-booked on a voucher, where I thought that everything was settled but it seems that it was not. My fault and not the staff's for not checking when we left as they were busy. Fortunately, we had not gone too far, and with a call from the staff we were able to return to resolve with no issues. Good beer and really friendly staff helped to make this an enjoyable birthday experience and I will return. I would recommend the brunch as not having to drink fast, with the food included you can easily cover the cost of the brunch £30 in the allocated 90 minutes.

The atmosphere was great when we got in, and only got better. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They made us feel very comfortable, and catered to our every need and query. The menu is simple. Mostly a burgers and wings kinda joint. But they catered to our vegan brother sufficiently. Our dad wanted a drink that wasn't on the menu, but we asked if they did it, and he said that they could probably make it anyway. They would have if they had the ingredients to do so, and shows how willing they are to cater to customers. When we got the food (which took around 15 minutes) it looked amazing! I wish we'd taken photos, but it looked way too good to not dig into right away. And it tasted better than it looked! All of us had zero complaints about it. The food was cooked to perfection. The combination of ingredients were exquisite. And the portion sizes were good too. We played some board games whilst we waited for our food, and afterwards, whilst we washed it down with some great drinks (I'm now buying Brewdog IPA for home). We also played our server with a game of rock paper scissors, and if we had won we'd have gotten a free desert. It was a great place with the only complaint being that the toilets were kind of neglected. Not a problem for a guy, but considering it's unisex, I worry for the ladies that have to come in where the dudes have sprayed the toilet as if they were marking their territory, lol.

Me and my family went here for the Frist time. It was AMAZING!!! the food was great, the people/ customer service was great and the food was great. It was a great experience. You can also play games there as well. I can't folt this place at all. 100% recommend it. The dessert OMG it was AMAZING as well so yummy.

Gave up trying to figure out gluten free options so won’t be eating here shame as they are one of the few places with draft gluten free beer

We went for bottomless brunch. It was amazing.

Food was ok, but overtly expensive and small portions. Two of us ordered The Feast, which was considered a sharing platter, with 3 wings, 3 hassle back potatoes, a chopped up chicken burger, a small portion of chips and a couple of bits of sliced cucumber for £16. I was really taken aback by the portion, really poor value. The food was ok but it’s not exactly cheffery. My advice is go elsewhere, wouldn’t say it’s any better than Wetherspoons, in fact spoons is better value and a greater selection.

Lovely central location ,very friendly staff the food was also very nice a bit of a wait but if its nice its worth the wait .

3rd time doing wing Wednesday. Staff were very attentive and could see they were the same with the other customers. Always working hard to keep the bar tidy but with good awareness of the bar at the same time. Very friendly

The bar space is very good and the drinks selection excellent and reasonably priced. However, the unisex loos were a complete nightmare! Every stall I checked was splattered with urine. I doubt very much if females did this so I can only think the lack of urinals for males can only be put down to slavish gender ideology. Men and women have different physiologies and so require different loos. Give us back our 'male' spaces please, Brewdog!

We visited for the first time for their dog pawty today and we’d highly recommend Brewdog! It’s very dog friendly with blankets for the dogs to lay on as well as a doggy menu and bowls of water. Tables weren’t packed in tightly which meant you had space with a variety of types of chairs (higher stools/sofas/benches/chairs). The food came out quickly as we ordered via the QR code and was delicious - I would recommend the deep fried Oreo’s if you have a sweet tooth. Most importantly the service was outstanding - all the staff were very friendly and happy to help if needed. The food and drink were reasonably priced for good portion sizes. We’d recommend a stop in as Mako enjoyed his biscuits and dog beer!

Normally great. Hate their online ordering though. Ask for too much personal information that has nothing to do with ordering. Tonight the all you can eat option was a complete failure. Took an hour to get the first order and the second came after 1.5 hours after I ordered. Unacceptable. Very disappointed. Will not to wing night again.

Someone peed all over the bathroom floor and our service took 2 hours

Terrible service! I’ve waited for over an hour for any of my food and there was absolutely no communication from the servers except that they kept saying another 10mins every time we asked! Absolutely terrible

Relaxing Saturday treat. Food was good as was the service.

Been 3 times now over the last year for Wing Wednesday, twice with the boys and once with the wife. Big shout out to the barman JOE, this lad is totally customer focused and always smiling and grafting. Alot of the staff keep their head down and work but try and avoid eye contact with punters unless asked but this lad is always keeping his head up and making sure everyone is being served and having a good time. Little tip for the wings is to get the sauce poured over the wings or they can be a little dry if u have the sauce on the side in a pot. Each time we've come in there have been little improvements to the experience with last night them putting mucky pup wet wipe sachets on each tray of wings which makes cleaning off your hands way easier, a great idea. Try the fries too as a side they're delish, like posh maccy ds fries. Beer is always good and as I can't drink alcohol due to medical reasons the lucky saint on draught is a really good pint of lager. The music is decent but would love to have a bit of DnB or Thrash Metal just to mix it up, I would request System of a Down - Chop Suey for our next outing for wings 😉 Seats are comfy even on the high tables but if you have to pre book a table 24 hrs before you really should give the option of where you would like to sit, would love to have a booth but they're always taken. Would also love to see a leaderboard of most wings consumed weekly etc for a bit of healthy competition or failing that a pic board of tables booked for wings like you do for the puppy party photo board. Defo one of the best meals out in Plymouth for a social gathering with friends. Can't wait to go back 🙌

I have been here a few times with my partner or with friends. The atmosphere is always good and I like that they have a selection of board games you can play. The beers are always good. And I recommend the burgers which they don’t stint on the portions.

Went in for Wings Wednesday as a couple. We booked a table for 18:30 until 20:00 as we had cinema booked for 20:15. We sat and ordered immediately, it was 19:00 before we got our 1st plate of wings and only after we flagged someone down and asked where they were. We were asked if we wanted to top up and we said yes but they didn't arrive until 19:45, again after we asked where they were. So in 90 minutes we only managed 16 wings each. I notice the record on the website is 100, which at that rate would take 10 hours. The staff were clearly trying but ultimately it was a poor experience for 'Wings Wednesday' and had we known we wouldn't get many wings we would have probably just ordered a proper meal from the menu. Felt a bit conned tbh. UPDATED: I have amended this review after the establishment reached out to resolve my concerns.

Friendly staff, great food and drink

The food was amazing and so were the staff! Despite saying they were short staffed they looked after us (party of 11) for a bottomless brunch and were friendly and accommodating throughout!

Great Father’s Day with 2 kids (11 & 13) in tow. Dad ate for free which we didn’t know when we booked. Also my daughter was buzzing when she won rock paper scissors with our lovely server (sorry didn’t get his name) and won us her desert. Food was fresh, hot and served in great time, bar was busy but again guy serving was soo helpful and friendly. Will defo return soon.

Great selection of craft beers and ciders, we also stayed to eat Korean loaded fries and pancakes are another level, prices are reasonable, would definitely recommend

Amazing evening at brewdog. Lovely selection of sour and Belgian beers and a great place to sit in the sun on the outside area. Served by Andras, Joe and Brad and they were all so friendly and helpful with beer selections and a true asset to the brewdog team. Keep up the good work!

Had awesome jackpot burger and various beers yummy

We went for unlimited wings this evening, had a booking for 5pm for 4 people. It started good and we got the first batch of wings quickly, however we ordered another batch of wings which never arrived as the ‘machine didn’t put it through’ so we waited half an hour for something that wasn’t coming. The server was great and sorted it out quickly and got our wings out to us. We ordered a third batch of wings that again never came, we waited another 45 minutes whilst everyone else was receiving their food. We thought perhaps because it has gotten much busier that was why. We ended up leaving before our allocated time slot was over because whatever we ordered just never seemed to come. In a 2 and a half hour time period we got 2 rounds of chicken wings, hardly unlimited if the items we ordered never even came multiple times. We just ended up giving up. Won’t be back for food that’s for sure, felt incredibly short changed and not many servers asking if everything was okay or doing check backs. I understand one mistake, I’ve worked in hospitality before but multiple times ordering and multiple times not receiving anything and waiting 30+ plus for wings on a wing night was just ridiculous.

The disabled door didn't work, the disabled toilet didn't lock, the mac and cheese was watery and tasted of nothing and there were too few staff. Won't be returning.

We always have a great time when we visit. The burgers are the best in town and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. In my last visit András was really helpful on recommending some great beer!

Big shout out to Brewspoons the latest iteration of the chain pub experience. Where 'Brewspoons' wins is on the fantastic staff and decent beer front. Food? Oh dear... Usually, you can't go wrong with burgers and wings. However, the New Spoons on the block managed to do just that. If I fancy a bite with a decent beer from now on, I'll head on over to the independents around Peverell/Mutley.

Busy Wednesday night, which was "Wing Wednesday" - but our group wanted the standard menu. Used the app to order as the bar was busy, wasn't the easiest as trying to add more food to an order caused us to have to reselect the table each time. Initial drinks took 20 mins to turn up , it appeared they may have been understaffed (it was 530pm and all tables booked). Once food arrived, really tasty, albeit a little expensive for the portion size.

Well what a surprise. We already know Brewdog for it's beers but had some food there as we hadn't booked a table elsewhere on Mothers Day. A simple menu of burgers and fries but we all enjoyed it. My spicey chilli burger was fantastic. The staff were very polite, service was fast and it's dog friendly too.

Wouldn't recommend... Burgers were tough and very blackened on the outside, yet we still found some pink meat in the middle. Bacon and onion rings were far to overdone as well. Also took 15 minutes just to get our drinks.

Always cosy but tonight was very quiet and hard to actually buy anything in a pint size glass. Disappointing this visit.

Just got home from a lovely afternoon lunch, 5th march 2024, the food was great but i think the staff were the reason i gave the place a 5 star review, the young guy behind the bar was superb and the lady chef was equally as good...they both really made myself,wife and dog,feel welcome, barman even took a picture of our dog for the wall,Superb effort, many thanks.

One order was not complete and the other was burnt and slathered in an orange coloured sauce, to the point it was barely edible. The tomato salad came in a round container half the size of the picture on the site and consisted of tomato, feta and pine nuts, no honey and no truffle. Actually we ordered a take away and no review was asked for as I usually expect on Just Eat, not surprising. Sadly I can't seem to add a photo of the burnt burger. Had I been in the restaurant I would have sent it back but then I doubt they would have served it. Well you have just one potential customer.

Come to Brewdog fairly regularly and have never had a bad experience, and this time was no exception. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food...the FOOD!! I'm obsessed with the Jackpot burger! It. Is. Amazing!! Both sides were also fantastic, hassleback potatoes and tomato salad with feta, truffle and pine nuts! I'm absolutely stuffed but would eat it again right now! Staff members I interacted with were wonderful! Names were Izzy and Bones. Thank you guys!!

I have always had an incredible experience with the Brewdog Plymouth team, they are so helpful and all know so much about the products, Izzy and Andras on the bar have given me some of the best beer advice of my life, Joe and Matt chatted to me for so long, as one of my first solo trips to eat out they were so supportive and made me feel so at home, I expect they will see a lot more of me. I cannot thank the staff enough for giving me such a good experience of eating out solo. As a vegetarian the veggie options are outstanding, and I have always enjoyed eating here. Massive shout out to the staff, you all make the experience so enjoyable, and i'm sure i'll be a regular customer for a foreseeable future.

EDIT: I originally gave Brewdog 4/5, but after recent experiences I've downgraded my review (I think your experience will depend heavily on what time/day you visit - my negative experiences tend to be during the day / early evenings on Friday to Sunday). Some negatives from my recent visits include no apology or even acknowledgement when you're waiting over 45 minutes for food... and don't assume that if you reserve a table, even once you receive confirmation of your booking, that you'll get one. I didn't tonight! I ended up being told there was no table available, so ended up having to go around the corner to Five Guys instead. Really disappointing service from Brewdog. **** It was my first ever visit to Brewdog, and I loved it! I had a Hoppy Meal, which was great quality and a decent size. I'm definitely going to go back again and try the wings next time as they looked great. The bar staff were great - offering drink samples to help me decide what I wanted to accompany my meal. Great to see a good range of fruit beers too. The only thing that stopped me from giving it a 5* was the cleanliness of the toilets.

Burger and wings, still feel their burgers are the best at any price. Love the bbq crunch on the patty. The staff are always very, very helpful not just in choosing the beer but in always having time to chat. I love this place!

Visitied the restaurant with my family, and we had a great time. The food was tasty, fresh and we received fantastic service from Isabel and Bones.

We had an absolutely amazing lunch yesterday. I am so sorry, I can't name the lassie who served us. She was so professional, friendly, a credit to the company. There were 4 of us, we had just been to court as witnesses for the prosecution and were so relieved it was all over. We ordered 3 Balmoral burgers, and one chicken wings. I also had the Irn Bru spritz. Oh, my word it was all, absolutely delicious. I love haggis ❤️ I had to offer my friends a taste of my irn bru spritz 😭 they all tried it, I was gutted, they all praised it too, though. We had such a wonderful time, I will go back tomorrow, 🤞 this time with my hubby ❤️ What an amazing venue, thank you so much 👏👏👏

The food itself was tasty and the restaurant relatively clean. Besides this, we didn't really enjoy our time there. We ordered using the QR codes on two separate orders at the same time. My friends order (X2 mains) arrived within 20 minutes, whereas my order (X2 mains) arrived after another 40 minutes, which was quite frustrating. In addition to this, where we were sat, we were able to view the open kitchen/area where orders were collected by waiters to bring to the tables. Usually, I think it's nice to watch the food being prepared, but the kitchen was completely disorganised and unhygienic. The staff appeared to be completing orders based on ease rather than time of order, as I could see the staff rifling through tickets and choosing the shortest ones. They seemed to pick all of the burger orders first, and then other orders like wings and salads - I think this may have been the reason our order was so late. As I've previously mentioned, the hygiene standards in the kitchen were not very high. Multiple times, my friends and I saw food tickets and blue roll fall into ready made orders - the orders had the debris taken off but orders were not remade and were taken directly to customers. We also saw kitchen staff eating fries out of the serving bowl; taking mobile phones out of their pockets; and touching their mouth and nose. I didn't see any gloves being used or any hand washing happening. I was quite upset with this and found it difficult to eat my food. I understand that these are not the most egregious things to happen in a kitchen but they still left a sour taste in my mouth. If a restaurant has a kitchen that is clearly viewable, standards of hygiene and organisation should be high.

BrewDog Plymouth - what a fantastic experience! First, I would like to start by mentioning that Emma, Rachael and Gin's service is exceptional. They go above and beyond every-time to make sure that our visits are perfect. It is their friendly approach every time that adds a personal touch and makes us feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Infact, our local BrewDog is Exeter but we prefer to travel to Plymouth for their service. Out of all of the restaurants we visit, including chains, BrewDog Plymouth has shown the best service. There has been no service quite like theirs anywhere else. We have had many family gatherings and a Dog Pawty at BrewDog Plymouth. There are no other places that offer a Dog Pawty like BrewDog does! The staff at the time were not only friendly and accommodating to us but also showed genuine affection and care towards Skylar, the Siberian Husky. It was evident that the staff went the extra mile to create an inclusive and enjoyable experience for everyone, for us and Skylar. Skylar loved her party hats, banner, dog beer and dog ice-cream! She also got to have her photo taken and was added to the Paws of Fame! From the food menu, I always tend to order the Monthly Specials or Buffalo Chicken burger or chips. The September 2023 Special (FRANK SRIRACHA BURGER - Hot honey & sriracha glazed crispy chicken, roast onion & chive Philadelphia.) has been one of my favourite Monthly Specials. The food is always warm coming out the kitchen and yummy! I always feel satisfied with the flavours and the food in general... this is why we struggle to go anywhere else for food! Thank you to the chefs at BrewDog! I think that my family and I, have tried the entire food menu, including the Brunch Menu and dessert. I was sceptical to try the Deep Fried Oreos because it just sounds... weird. But do it! I couldn't believe how AMAZING they are! The Death By Chocolate Cake is another great dessert - perfect for two people as the slice is quite big! The Beer Ice Lolly is the perfect dessert for the hot days in the Summer. From time-to-time, things to do wrong. Kitchen may be slower than usual. But it is how the staff handle it, that makes the difference. The staff are always more than happy to provide drink samples. Fifty-Fifty is one of my favourites during the summer. The hot mulled cider was delicious but the perfect beverage for autumn and winter. Punk IPA, Hazy Jane and Lost are the ones I tend to order. Schöfferhofer Watermelon Mint is also YUM. Great every-time! Even the Bad Beer Vodka and Lonewolf range does not let you down. Tasteless beer which bartender agreed and swapped. Would not allow us to take on the £1 burger deal as we hadn’t booked online. But their system wouldn’t let us. Then served us raw chicken burger. BrewDog replied with a £10 voucher to go back 😡

Absolutely lovely! Great food. The people were so nice and helpful. They had run out of chicken burgers so were awaiting a delivery but they were so helpful with other choices for myself and daughter. Food was delicious. Beer was as always amazing. And the choice of games was good. All in sound order as well. A nice family game of Monopoly while we ate and enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Team BrewDog.

Came here in November and the food and drinks were pricey, but good. After today’s experience I won’t be going back. We ordered burgers and could see the kitchen cooking and getting all of the food orders ready. We watched as about 8 plates stayed under the hot plates for over ten minutes, and lo and behold, two of the dishes were ours 😩 my burger was cold and so I told the waitress who was really lovely, and said she’d get me a fresh one. It took so long for my fresh one to arrive that my husband had finished his meal ages ago, and the waitress was shocked that mine had only just been remade and gave me a free drink. The waitress was really nice, and the kitchen staff were getting the meals ready, so it was basically an issue of being understaffed and not serving the meals quick enough. I’d have gone and gotten mine myself if it had been possible! The other main problem was that the whole restaurant stank of cooking, and we left stinking like cooking too 🤢 and this is the main reason I won’t return because not only do I not want to pay £18 for a cold burger and chips, I also don’t want to leave a restaurant stinking of fried food!

Was initially hesitant to book given it is a brewery and having two children with us as a family group of four I imagined it would be much more adults only vibe but I am SO pleased we did, we visited Saturday 13th January in the mid afternoon and the three team members running front of house were amazing… they were rushed off their feet but so willing to help with our questions about gluten free and were so lovely to our kids. We felt really at home and it was a lovely chilled break in a cosy booth from the hustle and bustle of a busy Saturday afternoon. Gluten free options were great as were the veggie, my only quibble was the allergen information is not clear enough, I could not access it beforehand on the website and the paper copy in house did seem to list most things as containing gluten- that said the team were so helpful in advising and left me feeling confident that our choices would be safe for us. (The company need to look into better allergen info please as it is so important to those that need it- perhaps even offer an ngci menu so it is really obvious, this would also save the team from checking and answering questions whilst busy! ) My real gripe was the company MUST fix the tip tap machine on the bar! Your team are working SO hard for you and really deserve those tips and are missing out because it’s broken !! Luckily I had some cash but given you advertise as a cashless site it’s really not good enough, brilliant employees like the three ladies running foh today should not miss out on tips due to a technical breakdown! Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome ! Ps. The food was so delicious! Your kitchen team obviously nailed it too and so often miss out on positive praise due to being hidden behind the scenes! So thank you!

Great food and beer excellent service, staff were great and easily accommodated my son’s fussy requests!

Visited for the first time today. Staff all great especially manager Matt and Rachel. Will definitely be going again soon. Food lovely and amazing selection of beers of course.

Ordered 3 burgers by the QR code on the table. After we had waited for 40 minutes I asked how long our food would be, I was told there was up to an hour wait on food as they only had one chef on! No where in the bar does it mention this, perhaps it would have been helpful to have a note on each table to inform diners of this. After 55 minutes the food arrived with a complimentary side of fries, which although a nice gesture we would have preferred to have been served our food earlier or at least been made aware of the wait to give us an informed choice. When the food did arrive unfortunately it really was not worth the painful wait or the money.
