Drinks as always, good. Service too, knowledgeable server. Unfortunately the Grazing platter, “the feast” was poor. Fries cold, southern fried chicken overcooked and dry, see picture. And what on earth were those cucumbers???? Spicy burger however was bloody lush… Will we come again, absolutely for the beer, but will eat first….. 🤷🏻🤷🏻🤷🏻😜

Great BrewDog bar. These bars are all over the country and I've been to quite a few. This one has a great atmosphere with really nice, friendly staff who are always happy to help with beer recommendations and offer tasters. Staff are also helpful in making changes to a food orders, editing items etc. The bar itself doesn't have anything like arcade games, pinball, shuffleboard etc that a lot of ither bars have, but there are the various bar games, cards, monopoly etc. I feel that the Norwich bar could do with something like arcade games etc as upstairs is a large space that is used for comedy or quiz nights, but would get used a lot more if there was something to encourage people to use it. Highly recommended as a great place to relax in a good atmosphere with fantastic beers.

Had the Patriot Burger and that was lush. That would get 5 stars. But the chips were soggy and you don't get a lot for £3.50. That is a bit of a con really. The chips would get 1 star. The onion rings however were good and worth the money. They would get 4 stars. Generally, lovely food but avoid the stingy, soggy chips!

Me and my partner came in for lunch, and we had a wonderful time!! Burgers were so juicy, fries were the perfect combo of fluffy and crispy, and the mac and cheese is to die for!! The food came out quickly so wasn’t a long wait at all. The huge range of beers kept my other half happy 😃 overall amazing time and the staff are so friendly. I’d also like to mention Will who looked after us today, he was so helpful checking on us, making sure everything was all good with the food and seeing if we needed anything else.

We went on Wednesday for "unlimited wings".. Well it's not unlimited.. We had 17 wings each! We asked for more, and they just never arrived....!(apparently this is what they do according to other people it has happened to) Not the best atmosphere, I was not impressed by the staff to be honest. The fruit beer was nice though.

Chicken wings are incredible! The all the trimmings burger was dry and hard to eat, the Christmas loaded fries were alright, but the death by chocolate cake was beautiful. Overall it was okay.

Cool looking bar with a great selection of beer to choose from. Lady was very friendly on arrival and service was quick. Will be back. 🍺

I have ADHD and although I was tipsy I was refused service as I slurred my words. I slur my words at the best of times as i speak to fast. Ceryse Was excellent and very helpful.

We have been coming to the Brewdog regularly for the last 7 years. The place was often run very well, with various superb beers on tap. I have recently noticed, since the previous manager left, that the quality of beers went down, including spoilt Punk IP last week, with today Hazey Jane off as well. The staff is not bothered, all on their phones, etc. Regarding payment, I requested to apply the discount on the bill due to being a shareholder, but ABBY the waitress, refused it and physically stopped us from approaching the other member of staff, who knew us from before. All in all, the place went downhill, feels like being run by the kids, and since it has always been my favourite pub in Norwich, I hope, somebody would take notice and remedy the situation. Downside:accessible toilet not available 28/9 - no visible sign, else I may have visited somewhere ( a nearby cafe),else for a loo-break first. Is there an accessible entrance, if so not obvious...

Have decided to award the full five stars as had three different beers this evening along with a plant based burger and all were superb. A enjoyable, yet expensive treat

Avoid!!! I’ve been a keen Brewdogger and EFP member for years but the service I got from Barstaff Jamie was absolutely appalling!! Feeling very different about Brewdog following my visit.

The pints are a little pricey, but worth it. Wing Wednesdays is a must. Love their Buffalfo Wings, would 100% recommend.

Great selection of beers but sadly let down by their toilets not working properly, 7 years on and they still have the worst toilets in Norwich.

Really enjoyed the food and craft beer. It would have been good to let us know , how the beer flight worked, rather than the young lady, coming back about three times, telling us what we needed to do next. Because the young lady, serves it all the time, she shouldn’t assume, we would know how to order. The experience was tainted, the young lady, wasn’t helpful, she appeared a little fed up with us.

Great pub front and restaurant back. Friendly staff, obviously great beer and at competitive prices for city. Will try the food next time as wings look amazing.

Ok so bit of a mixed bag with this one. Went for wings Wednesday. Basically took 45 minutes before our first set came out. Secondly, everyone else around us seemed frustrated with how long things were taking but the staff were very good about this. But then they took away our sauces and we asked for some more. They never told us we’d have to pay £2 for each sauce. The server should have let us know because if we’d know we have to pay then we wouldn’t have bothered to be honest :/ Also dragon wings were far too spicy not sure if they do that on purpose so you don’t eat loads of them. Other 2 flavours were really nice though. Blue cheese sauce was definitely not fresh was quite processed. Aperol spritz was also teeny

I am a Justeat courier. I came here today to take an order. They said it would be ready in ten minutes. They kept me waiting for exactly thirty-five minutes. The customer probably got fed up with waiting because he canceled the order and I was left waiting for half an hour. Think twice before ordering from here, you may go hungry.

Food was alright, ladies on staff were amazing... bloke seemed a bit like he was putting on a fake smile...the atmosphere was ok, we did notice the plated were damaged and like they had been melted. The hoppy meal... online it stated would contain "goodies" but all we got was a tiny colouring book which I thought oh ok would have at least thought would have come with some crayons or something to complete it as would have helped keep my autistic child entertained but instead just threw it about as couldn't do anything with it. As for the toilets! Rank my kids had to wipe with wet toilet rolls which made them very uncomfortable and disgusted ! Could be a great place but needs a lot of work and improvements. Won't be back any time soon unfortunately.

Didn't have food as was already booked elsewhere for a birthday do, but met here for pre-meal drinks. They looked after us brilliantly, great beer, good atmosphere and a great start to the night.

The GOAT chicken burgers and such a cool vibe. It's like seeing a band live, yes the beer is nice in a can, but enjoying a proper draught is proper amazing with their chicken. Please go and support a carbon negative brand

Been there a couple of times, foods good, drinks are good, its very expensive and when you have a price for something they add on a hidden service charge (basically theft) so its always more than you originally agreed on, and im sure they'd have a problem if you decided to just pay less than the agreed amount at the end of the meal.

Nice place. I like having a beer there with friends, though it's tricky finding one for my personal taste.

I ate here last night (21/02/24), the food was amazing but was sadly let down by very poor and somewhat rude service. We sat down at our table and waited nearly 40 minutes into a 2 hour slot without being serviced by a waiter and even then I had to ask a waiter who was walking past only to be met with a rude response. We would've like more wings but ran out of time in our slot. The advertised price is £12 and the bill came to £13.95, I didnt realise this till after I left I suspect the extra cost is a "service charge" which clearly I didnt want to pay but would've been nice for that to have been made clear to me. I would love to taste the food again but i wont be returning due to the poor service I recieved.

Although the food is lush (despite one hassleback potato being frozen in the middle), the portions are tiny and still expensive even with the offers. I can't believe burgers at c.£14 don't come with any sides! Understaffed, so staff were outwardly stressed. Charged incorrectly but rectified upon complaining. Queues and wait time for food was ridiculous (although we were warned, and I believe a lot of unexpected customers were there pre-football match!) Generally stressful and not worth the money.

THE place to go for a selection of beers. My boyfriend absolutely loves the wide range of beers they offer at brew dog. I love the rustic decor and the dog friendly elements of the bar which really allows it to live up to its name, they sell dog treats for your pooch and always have water for them. The last time we went we decided to order some food too, admittedly I wasn’t expecting much for bar food, but I was blown away! We ordered the truffle fries and they were absolutely delicious and loaded with toppings. Perfect bar snack. My only whim is perhaps a better a selection of cocktails could add something? For non beer drinkers like me it’s nice to have something nice to drink, they do offer a few cocktails from cans and Prosecco but it would be nice to see some more bar-made cocktails. I understand the taget audience is mostly beer drinkers but it would be nice to offer something more for us dragged along girlfriends ;).

Horrible service, had to wait 10 minutes to be served.Came for unlimited wings finished my first lot and waited 40 minutes just to ORDER my next round until I had to call the waiter over , don’t recomend if you want wings on Wednesday… go Zack’s

Had a great experience at Brewdog Norwich, server Will was very friendly and food came quickly. Even got to do Rock Paper Scissors to win a free desert for the table woohooo. Also great vegan options :)

Wasn't a great experience, especially with one of the staff. My order took 45 minutes, and some of our group waited over an hour. One of us didn't even get his order and he was one of the first people in our group to order, so he walked out. Then another person asked where his order was after over an hour wait, and the kitchen didn't have his ticket. What's worse is the server said that it "wasn't their fault because they didn't have his number", even though it already charged his card for the order, followed by a frustrated "you don't have to give attitude, we're doing as best we can". Not only did we wait for our orders for a long time, items kept running out, which wouldn't have been bad if we weren't waiting so long for our original orders. And there were delivery drivers waiting for their orders and one of them walked out, most likely canceling the order since he was standing there for almost an hour as well. I'm usually patient with things, especially if there's a shortage of staff, but the attitude that we got from the staff was both uncalled for and unprofessional.

Spent £9 on 5 chicken wings that had no sauce or chicken on them. Got a vegetarian sharing platter for £16 with cold chips and raw onion rings. Terrible value, terrible food. Would not recommend.

Great place for hamburgers and beer!

I got all of these vegan nuggets for £3 today from the Veganuary menu and honestly they were the best meat substitute I’ve eaten in the past 13 years! The service was so friendly, the space was clean and the nuggets were soo delicious on my walk home. Thanks Brewdog Norwich. ❤️❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brewdog is brewdog and I've been in a few for better or worse. With a chain, you want consistency. I had the all you can eat wings and although the buffalo was passable, the Korean was terriblé. The place needs a bit more application to be good enough.

sound venue but got completely mugged off on new year’s eve. paid £15 entry to not get served any drinks thanks to the absolute state of the queue. no good. pretty nice otherwise but feeling pretty ripped off.

Good place to drink craft beer on tap in Norwich. In addition, the bar is very cozy and the waiters are very friendly. I recommend trying the Elvis Juice beer! Very good!!

Living very close to Buffalo, NY (where chicken wings were invented) for the first 20 years of my life, I can say I’ve had some fantastic wings. Wing Wednesday in Canada (where I’m from) is a tradition where you can have unlimited wings for dirt cheap. When we saw BrewDog promoting unlimited Wings on Wing Wednesday, naturally we assumed to have a similar positive experience. Unfortunately that was not the case. The only chicken wings available are coated in a buttermilk batter (which I unfortunately could not have as I’m allergic), and two Vegan options (Cauliflower and Seitan). There are also only two sauce flavours (Korean BBQ, and Buffalo) which is also disappointing. We ordered the Vegan options as we had no other choice and let me say, it was shocking. My seitan wings were bone dry, with a thick sludge of Korean BBQ sauce hiding underneath (which tasted awful). My partner ordered cauliflower wings with the Buffalo sauce which was alright, but each wing was nearly the size of a tennis ball; making each wing mushy and very sickly. We could only stomach about 1/3 of the meal before asking staff for the bill, leaving hungry and let down. BrewDog, if you’re going to have Wing Wednesday, do it right because this was seriously disappointing. Sad to say but we won’t be returning.

Couldn’t wait to try the wings Wednesday! I was massively restricted on the amount of wings I could eat by the length of time they took to come out. you can only order 5 at a time, twice I waited half an hour for the wings to come out. The waiters seemed to be avoiding the table, so when I wanted to order I had to go to the bar. The restaurant was very quiet so having to wait half an hour a time for 5 wings completely ruined the experience for me, I certainly won’t be returning. I left the restaurant hungry

Our first visit, our waiter Chris was a fantastic host! He made our experience there so welcoming & enjoyable. The chocolate cake dessert is INCREDIBLE. Loved the atmosphere, great music & very tasty food. Highly recommend, we will be going back.

Visited with my colleagues last night. A good place to drink and chat. Quiet music on so a nice vibe to chat. Cherry cider was lush. I got to taste before I brought a pint. Recommend here for a chilled night.

The staff in here were all really friendly, they seemed to have a good understanding of the beer on offer and made good suggestions. The food here was great, burgers are really good, wings and cauliflower tasted great. There are games here that you can borrow and play at your table which is nice, the atmosphere wasn’t super lively on a Friday night but the time spent here was pleasant. I’d recommend coming here, I will be returning when I am back in Norwich.

Visited this restaurant for wing Wednesday. We booked ahead as it was our daughters birthday and you must book if you want wing Wednesday. Apon arrival to the restaurant we were shown to our table which had our family name and a note wishing my daughter a happy birthday which was quite nice. We placed our order for food and unfortunately from that point forward things took a turn. we waited almost 1 hour for our food to come with no mention that there would be such a long wait for food even after been served by the manager. With kids being with us made it worse as they have no colouring or anything to keep them busy. So it's an extra challenge to keep them from causing havoc. After me and my faience ate our 10 wings I had to go to the bar to order more as no one came to check the table. yep you guessed it another 45 minute wait and even then they brought the wrong ones to my faience. look I get it when its busy you may have to wait but to wait that long without even a glimpse of an apology or maybe a free gesture. After our meal I did call the manager over to speak to him about our experience and explained the above. He was apologetic and offered to let us return and make it right as we had already paid. Gave him my email but not recieved anying as of yet. disappointed in such a big companies behaviour towards customers. Really disappointed!

We all missed an important work meeting because 4 x chicken & chips and 4 pints took over an hour to serve. Small portions, rushed. Rude service, very little in way of apology. A £60 bill too, not a cheap lunch. No wonder the place is empty every week and Brewdog is struggling. A shame because the quality of the beer and food has been great in the past. We normally come here every week but won't be returning.

To be fair, I visited on a Friday afternoon so the atmosphere wasn't exactly banging. The drinks were on the more expensive side but I was served very quickly and my drink was nice. Had a couple of games of speed using the cards that were available, alongside a good variety of board games (even monopoly if you're in it for the long haul!). I can see the gents getting busy during busier times as there was only 2 urinals and a cubicle. Nice pub, just pricier than I would normally go for.

We had a bit of a hiccup with the app but it wasn't a worry- the food was absolutely amazing and we really enjoyed it! John and Alex were so helpful ans fixed our problem straight away, but all of the team members were very friendly so well done to everyone :)

Been to Brewdog Norwich a number of times and always a fan of the beer and food whenever I have it, but last time I went they had board games and card games available to play which I hadn't noticed before on previous visits. These are a nice addition and definitely added to the experience in Brewdog, having a nice pint and playing a game. Makes me all the more willing to come back again

Ordered wings on deliveroo and they took well over an hour before they were ready to be collected. It was a Wednesday night. When they arrived they came with mayo instead of blue cheese sauce and tasted like they had been fried with fish. Some of the wings had hot sauce, some didn't, but there was a big pile of hot sauce and batter in the box. I threw them away. Brewdog took my email address to get in touch, but I haven't heard from them. I did get a refund, but would rather have just had some decent wings.

My dad and I very much enjoyed the beer and cheese tasting experience - absolutely does work as a combo! Thank you Will for putting up with all our questions 🙂

Disappointing!!! Such a shame this has gone down hill. We are regulars here and have found prices have increased but quality has gone down. We recently had the chicken wings which tasted sour, felt like they were cooked from frozen and they were overcooked and smoothered in a hot sauce which tasted artificial and ruined what is usually a great dish. Selection of drinks has become limited but prices have significantly increased. What makes this worse is we had complained to management over two months ago but have not received a reply. Will not be returning which is a shame as it usually a regular haunt.

Had I been to the toilet before food I wouldn't have eaten. The unisex toilet absolutely stank. It's a health risk. So much so, I won't return and will be reporting to environmental health.

This is a very good place to go and drink alcohol it has a wide selection of alcohol and also can serve food, it is in centre of Norwich so there isn't really any parking near it but it is in walking distance of car parks.
