Lamb burger was great, lots of halal options

I was out for shopping and wanted a quick cheeky bite during lunch. I went on a Monday and the customer service was great, it got quite busy, especially after 1pm. I used the QR code to order, they do split the halal and non halal items on the menu which makes it easier to choose. I went ahead and ordered a halal burger as part of the lunch deal. The burger cost around £9. The total cost came to around £16, burger fries and a drink (including service charge). I noticed they had a seperate vegan and vege section which also looked good. They give you a choice of how you’d like the meat cooked in the burger. I went for the default add ons, very saucy burger. I quite enjoyed the rosemary fries. Great for a quick bite or catch up with a few friends.

Restaurant C is not worth trying

Oh God, praise be to you Restaurants that have praise on Tik Tok are often MB Wow and Patty&Bun, including the place. The place is tight, the waiting line is at least twenty minutes, after twenty minutes, half an hour for your order to come, and if it comes, most of it is cold, unfortunately. I tried Brisket fries 🥩🍟 7/10 A little cold, the brisket has no spices Cheese Balls 🧀 4/10 It is missing a lot of things Are Gold 🍔 9/10 Very nice burger, the size and meat are suitable, but the way it is presented is not up to the standard. The staff are very friendly, apologize for the delay, and respect everyone's customs and traditions

Wow! Best burger in town I have to be honest. You get what you pay for

I visit burger places a lot and this has been the worst I've tried recently. The burger was thick and overcooked, with lots of tough bits inside. At the same time, it was very greasy and dripping everywhere, which was even more of problem because they don't bring you any plates, or even trays. The ratio of meat to everything else was way off, so all I could taste was tough, overcooked beef – the sauce, vegetables, and even bacon all disappeared. The rosemary fries were very good, perhaps some of the best I've tried. Their selection of drinks is very small. A word of advice: don't get a second patty if you want your burger to taste of anything else than meat.

First time trying Patty & Bun. Brilliant service, decent burger and fries, but a very loud atmosphere. I went for the Halal ‘Smoky Robinson’ cooked medium well. Overall it was cooked perfectly and tasty. Not that fond of the toppings, didn’t seem that balanced. Price wise, the burger on its own cost £14.56 inc. service charge. Definitely on the pricey side but again, it’s in Soho. Not the best burger I have had but not the worst. We dined in on a Thursday evening so it was busy and a bit too loud for our liking (I’d say a mix of borderline drunks and loud music). Not the best environment but not the worst. Service was excellent and definitely better than other restaurants I have visited. We had a few servers check in on us to ensure all was ok. Food came fairly quickly and hot. Any questions were responded to politely and patiently. Well done Patty & Bun Team.

We were the first customers that day . We have the plates all for ourselves. Employees are friendly food was delicious. I’ll fly again just for it 🙈

Hello, I am a young French guy who came with this family to London to visit. So we tried this restaurant, which like the others we tried was too noisy (I have the impression that that's what the English like to do). Otherwise, for the cuisine, nothing to say, the Burger was very good! On the other hand only point 12£ without fries, it's true not good. The service was quite fast! For dessert you don't want to pay £6. In short, I think you can improve, that's it. Hello, I'm a young Frenchman who came to London with his family to visit. Read that this was one of the best burgers in London and it was disappointing. Firstly, the staff were very good but the food was average at best. Burger and chips lacked seasoning and the chicken wings were cold. Stick with Honest burger or Five guys

I would definitely come back! I ordered the Lambshank Redemption burger. The best description of this burger is that it is a grenade of flavors. I’ve never tried a good lamb burger before, but this one is magnificent. The ingredients are suitable for this type of burger. The atmosphere is good, and the service was good for a burger restaurant.

Really friendly staff and food is always so good !! Everytime I visit London it’s a must go and the 2 for 1 cocktails are great, especially the margaritas !! Prices are very reasonable for the quality you’re paying, got a burger, chips and the PFC to share between 2. Loved the PFC the most so highly recommend

Just nestled into the surroundings but not to far off the main road. Amazing burgers and friendly staff. Amazed by the eco friendliness, burgers served in paper and greaseproof paper place mats. Burgers were stunning and so flavoursome. If I can I will come back.

The food was absolutely amazing - there’s no doubt about that! The service generally okay. We had to ask twice for water but I really wasn’t bothered about that!! The really disappointing part was the toilets! I went to the gents and the urinal was blocked and had accumulated liquid which was both smelly and visually horrid!

Amy on kingly street gave us excellent service. And the food was brilliant. Amy took as through the Halal options she was brilliant.

Heard great things about Patty & Bun and I just had to tick this place off my list and boy it didn't disappoint. The flavours in 'The Don' burger was amazing. The quality of the dry aged beef patties, pancetta, beef butter, american cheese, onions, mayo, and the bun had my mouth doing somersaults. The hype with this place is real and is firmly in my top 3 burgers I've had. I can't forget the chips and the roast chicken mayo, some of the tastiest mayo I've had. I will definitely be retuning to try some other burgers on their menu.

Servers cleared our table away while we still eating. Food was slow to be cooked but was really nice when we finally got it.

My mate and I came here last night after a boozy evening. Service was spot on and very prompt. Burgers were out of this world, juicy and tasty. Special shout out to our server, her name was Demi. Such a lovely person and so friendly. We shared jokes about the music that was playing only to find out that it was her playlist!! Will deffo come here again when in London. To Demi: ROCK THE CASBAH!!

Burgers were average at best. Lamb burger my friend had he said was rather poor and did not enjoy it. Fried chicken and cheese balls were overly greasy. And the fries seemed to have been cooked in old oil. All in all the food was rather diassapointing.

It tasted average, it was tough, it was below my expectations.

A group of four of us ate here on bank holiday Monday. We sat outside and the waitress very kindly asked another customer to move inside when it started to rain so that we could sit undercover. The burgers were amazing. Between the four of us, we had one of the beef burgers, a chicken burger, a vegetarian burger and a gluten-free burger. Chips were delicious too and the lunchtime deal is great value! Would highly recommend eating here if you are in the area.

Patty & Bun is a sure winner if you want a good burger. Never disappoints!

Awful experience. Food cold. Staff with bad attitude. They do not care about customer service. Do not order the chicken wings, terrible mistake!!!! And watch out for your burger, it will be also cold/warmish and not cooked properly. We asked for well done, it was all pink inside. Avoid at all cost!

The burgers were good but I hate that they just point you to a QR code and leave, and then auto charge you with gratuity at point of sale (of which, you have to do all yourself), I assume this is a cost cutting measure so they can skeleton crew the front of house as much as possible, which is absolutely wild as... Pricing has also gotten crazy, £38 for 2 burgers and a single fries, no drinks. I don't think i'll be coming back which is a shame as I used to love P&B

We had the lambshank burger , I advise to have it well done as medium well was still red but it wasn’t bad. We also had the chicken wings which need lots of work especially on the crispy part . They have an outside seating but difficult in the cold , so you have to wait for them to seat you inside . All in all good experience and prices are not bad at all.

I was with my wife yesterday to this branch. The restaurant was not too busy. The ambiance was great and the service by Shabnam added more to it. We were searching for some halal options and the server recommended us the halal optoons available. We tried the lambshank redemption and smokey robinson. It was really delicious with rosemary chips. Shabnam was really accomodating. Will be back again. 👍

Burgers are fantastic and patties are cooked just as you told. Fries are enriched with a little bit of herbs and salt and have amazing flavor. We didnt wait due to the time which was out of usual lunch and dinner time, but i dont expect a long waiting line.

Had the Korean Chicken Burger with fries . The burger was decent. But for £18-20 you could get much better service in several other places in London. The food was served on paper without even a plate & seating arrangement were also not that good. It’s a decent burger place but there are better restaurants in London compared to this for that price point.

The service was friendly and they have gluten-free buns. The burger was nice but the gluten-free buns were a bit crumply compared to others we had. The QR code did not work if you want gluten-free options. The coleslaw did not taste great and I could not finish it. It was also a bit odd that we did not even get a plate and just had to let the sauce to go on the table. My partner thinks honest Burger tastes better than this place and also cheaper.

After ordering two drinks and some fries, they left us waiting for more than an hour for the fries. On several occasions they have told us that 'they would bring them right away'. In addition, we have seen how they served 3 tables with burgers and other starters before us. Also, since you have to pay in advance we lost the money.
