Best food I’ve had for ages. Absolutely awesome.

The shawarma (both lamb and chicken) I ordered were oily, tasteless, the salad used was old and there was no mayonnaise. In brief, it was not as tasty as the usual Lebanese shawarma.

The hummus with lamb was the best I've had anywhere in the world and was an entire meal in itself. Everything else was also excellent as was the service. This place seems very underrated!

The espresso is very good and I haven't tried anything else from them

Hands down, the best kofta I’ve ever had, the flavour was on point, so juicy and tender!

The food is not bad, but it is not of the required quality, and the place is not comfortable to sit

I stepped in to find a table there but before that I needed a toilet, the manager there treated me bad because he thinks that I just came for the toilet, not welcoming at all. Half star from me which they don’t deserve.

Lamb shawarma tasted like dry rubber. And no tap water?? Customer service was excellent though

They have taste food i used to visit it in the breakfast time because they have the shakshuka , fool (فول) -and the Karak. The Staff is friendly

We were on a family vacation back in early April 2024. I forgot to write a review on how good this place was. The chicken shawarma was really good and the chicken soup was outstanding. After a long day of sight seeing, it was a pleasure to have found this place.

A Kurdish and Iraqi restaurant with sandwiches and grills. It cooks Gulf food, and there is a shisha outside. It has a nice location, on the street, close to everything, and its prices are nice and cheap.

They are very respectful and their hospitality is wonderful, and I recommend visiting them

The guy making the shawarmas was very polite and funny, the food was amazing ,had a good variety of halal food and also provided food for the elderly such as liver😂😂. Overall amazing and would come to this place everyday💯😘

The shish taouk here is nice and light which I appreciate. You can clearly taste the meat and the veggies. A bit lacking on seasoning in my opinion. Price is OK.

Went in for chicken shwarma wrap, was upsold the mixed shwarma and trusted them... the lamb was the worst I've ever had. So dry and old, should've been thrown in the bin, and certainly not sold to customers. Awful. Avoid.

The waitor was polite and helpful; he was well aware of my worries (my mum and I were running late catching our train, as well as feeling extremely tired) so he tried his best to make it quickly and perfectly. The chicken shawarma tasted great. Traditionally made like Lebanon, Iraq or other Levantine countries. Not like the ones in a kebab shop where the wraps are just regularly made with British ingredients Would definitely visit here whenever I am around the Arabic neighbourhood of Edgware Road! As a chicken shawarma fan, I finally got to eat a traditionally made one.

Great place for a relaxing shisha

Takeaway order, you might as well put 1kg salt in my orange juice, considering the fact that you put 100kg salt in every aspect of the food. Awful, absolutely awful. I had 3 litre water after eating from this place and I'm still spitting. Avoid even if they offer you for free.

Zero customer service unfortunately. Whoever you talk to, the employee, becomes clear what matters. Eating and reading the Qur’an are not good. The restaurant management must take a fee to quickly improve the restaurant. You are on Ahwar Road

Where to start with this restaurant… Edgware road is plagued with overpriced Middle Eastern food places that offer the same bland variety of dishes with cold service at best. Al-Dhiyafa remains a gem amongst the overhyped and overpriced rocks which offers incredibly humble service and prices for food that is delicious and generous portions-wise. Service is incredibly quick and considering the amount of food ordered I believe a 5-10 minute wait is somewhere you will rarely, if not, never find in London. The chicken shawarma is a staple that was enjoyed thoroughly. Whilst waiting you are also provided with a complimentary dip made up of greens, chili and olive oil which I assumed to be tabbouleh with pickled vegetables. A sweet chili sauce is already provided on the table and our fries were accompanied by a whole bottle of ketchup and mayonnaise each. I ordered the gouzi which is a lamb shank and this came with a large portion of white rice on one side of the plate and vermicelli rice on the other. You also had the choice of choosing a bean, vegetable or potato based stew to accompany the gouzi dish and I chose the potato choice. The meal did not become as heavy as I’d experienced in other restaurants and I was able to happily finish most of it. It was full of flavour and just the right amount of spices which made the meal a delight throughout the dining experience. The meal was finished off with two diet cokes with which we were also given straws. I will definitely return to try more varieties of their dishes and desserts, Al-Dhiyafa truly impressed me and I wish them a successful business. Thank you for the great food and service!

Great little place with a relaxed feel and fantastic fresh juices

Delivery over 1 hour late. Tried to ring the store and it was permanently engaged. Eventually the shop did ring telling me it was the drivers fault, and not their fault. They said I need to ring JustEat as it’s a ‘you problem’, ‘they just cook it’. When I said the driver was assigned and had been over an hour ago, the driver then suddenly appeared whilst I was on the phone. Food arrived shortly after and was cold and inedible. No apology from store. Very unprofessional

Dated backyard cafe, shakshuka was scrambled egg with chopped tomatoes. Shawarma was decent but greasy, no chips - which was shocking. Keep walking further down edgeware rd, you'll find better places to eat. Mango smoothie is cheap tinned mango pulp served in a tall chipped glass.

Qasr Al Diyafah Restaurant said, “It should have been called the Palace of Fraud and Scams.” It is worse than this restaurant. There is no restaurant in all parts of the world. No food, no hookahs, no food or color. This is the first time I comment on restaurant food, but the dry and harsh treatment prompted me to comment so that no one would be fooled like me. Seriously, if you want to lose your temper and throw away your money. Go to this restaurant. May God bless your faces.

Customer service needs revisiting

Very surprised to see all the bad reviews. I ordered greek salad, tabouleh, fatoush, beef kebab and shish touq. We absolutely loved it. The salads were amazing. My mum doesn't eat beef and she liked the kebab. I don't eat chicken and I liked the shish touq. Waiting time was good. Service wasn't amazing or anything but they were helpful enough and we had no problems whatsoever. The environment could've been a little better since it looks like it had cheaper prices. Overall a great experience.

After having a disgraceful treatment by staff and awful food the staff even had courage to yell at us with 3 year old daughter which left in her pieces. Absolutely Shamblic behavior and immensely disrespectful. Worst ever food experience of our lives.

DISGUSTING - DISGRACEFUL - APPALLING - STAY AWAY The most disgusting food experience of my life by far. Food was appalling, food was served with no sauces , when asked the owner was dismissive and came across as Drama King . Table next to us had exactly the ISSUE and were treated even worse. When i went to pay despite the experience the ill mannered staff started yelling at us to leave the shop , that was Infront of my 3 years old daughter and wife, daughter ended up being horrified. An absolute disgrace to food business and Arab culture. SHAME ON YOU lot to even call this place a business.

One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been too. Food isn’t fresh at all. They just heat it up and serve it - you can taste that it’s old. Best word to describe it is probably repulsive. They are pricey so you would expect high quality food not old reheated food. To top this off their service is very bad. It took them for ever to take the order and bring this tasteless food despite the restaurant being empty with only another two tables of customers. Very appalling!!!

Very well made, we got charcoal grilled fish and pacha, we didn't know the fish would have sauce on it which we don't prefer, and there was too much spices in the pacha, and the soup, maybe using less spices or at least use large sizes that can be removed before serving the food. Otherwise, all was good

Excellent food, delicious and generous size with additional surprise goodies. It is also a prompt and courteous service with a rather polite delivery person. This is the second time I ordered and will definitely do it in the future.

Decent kabab, average shawarma, requested tap water but got bottled water that we had to pay for; did not even get cups with them. Bathrooms were not clean and unusable. You should be able to find better Middle East cuisine elsewhere

The lamb hamissa was not to my liking personally. It was a little bit on the bitter side. The biryani was surprisingly good!

Honestly, the best Kebab I’ve tried in London. Large portions taste amazing and are very reasonably priced for what you get. Very friendly staff and great service at the restaurant as well. Highly Recommended!
