We were welcomed by a very friendly waiter. The food (pizza, spaghetti bolognese and hamburger) was all delicious. The problem came at the end, although we realized it late. What we ordered (which was on the special menu advertised outside and on one of the menus they gave us) had a price. Although we pointed out the dishes on that menu when it came time to collect, they charged us for another one, which increased our bill by about 4-5 pounds. Be more careful than us when paying and make sure that what you order has the price it says it has. That fact somewhat ruined the experience, which was otherwise very pleasant.

At the entrance there was a sign with reasonable prices, we decided to check it out, at the table they delivered two menus, a one-page menu like the sign and a larger one with prices much higher, in the end they charged the highest amount in addition to a 12% service charge, What was supposed to cost around £25 was charged at £40, and when we questioned the waiter he said that the menu with lower prices that was given to us (and was on the sign in front) was not valid, I don't recommend it!!!

This place probably has absolutely gorgeous desserts. They are pretty and mindblowing, tasty! The service is also quite good, the beautiful decor adds to the experience of eating desserts at this place. Very highly recommend. Although the place is on the pricier side. The amount I was charged was also different (higher) from what was listed on display.

Nice cafe for breakfast with good service from Saad; for Aussies best to ask for double shot coffee as standard is quite weak. Service charge of 12.5% added automatically.

The place looks stunning and the food reasonable plus. Pay attention to the final charge (in our case the price was 5 pounds higher and only in case we noticed)

We had a very wonderful experience i am here with my wife for the diner and the staff was very friendly they helped us in choosing the food because we are here for the first time so we don’t know about the dishes but they have a very friendly staff who helped us alot the management was extraordinary and the atmosphere was very welcoming Overall they made our night very enjoyable and romantic Strongly recommended and we will visit again soon❤️❤️

Great food and atmosphere, but the service was not good. It took a while to even be talked to initially by the waiter after I hailed him down. Then he was very cold when taking our order. We had so much time we ordered our drinks and food at the same time, but the drinks came after about twenty minutes, which was two minutes before the food. The whole time we only spoke to our waiter to put in our order and request the check.

Came for breakfast. Ordered English muffin Benedict and a vegan toast. Both were okay. Not memorable. Cappuccino was okay. Floral tea was good. Wouldn't recommend especially if you are a tourist for breakfast.

I went a few days ago, August 2024, I ordered spaghetti 《flavorless》, my strawberry smoothie 《about to ferment》 I ordered an omelet with tomato and cheese and they told me 《there is none》 and when paying, I passed a bear, their machines didn't work and they did not read the 7 SEVEN credit cards that 《 ameeican express oro》 carried, the Londoners looked at us with horror, they did not read the card of other diners either, they took a while and in the end they fixed their device. It's the second time I've gone and the last.

Nothing is terrible, the food is not good: too expensive for what it is. In short, go there if you are hungry otherwise run away

Staff not qualified. For the prices you would expect something different. Never again!!!

I visited this place with my family and the food quality we loved so much and atmosphere the staff name parul in the bar she was so good sweet and also gave me good suggestion for food and drinks order she is the best staff i have ever seen in london she should get a raise and the floor staff was also polite and good i would say its 10/10

I visited the cafe today and i promise itz a place where you will love to visit everyday as of the atmosphere and staff there . The staff name parul was seriously a sweet person and treated me like her guest . Best place with best people and food .

The food and drinks looks beautiful. The taste were ok. They also cut the pasta for you. If aldente is a teenager, then this pasta is a great-grandfather. I didn't dislike it. I didn't like the sugar texture in this soft Merigue, it feels like sand in my mouth. Service: Not unfriendly. Not as attentive as you might expect in a café/restaurant like this. For me, didnt worth my money.

Afjal helped me, and he was extremely friendly, he recommended me about the food, and what to order. The food was excellent, excellent flavor and very well served portion.

Picked from bakery selection & ordered to-go during my stay in London. The following day I came back because it was just that good!! Absolutely will be coming back & recommending. The macarons were beyond amazing and one of the best deserts I have ever had!!!!

Food was absolutely great and all five star! Decorations were great as well and that’s the main reason of us deciding to eat here. I do not quite understand why they want to have a table labeled number 13 though; we were directed to this table while there were plenty of other empty tables. At first we were excited and appreciated the quietness as the table is in a corner, although after settling down realized this is #13. Not sure if we are overly sensitive, or slightly discriminated. Service was OK, great attitude and meeting all our needs, although in a very laid back style. We had to wait almost 10 minutes for the female waitress to slowly clean up another table then take our order. There were 3 waiters serving only 5 tables in total. Maybe this is just the culture difference we need to get used to.

After breakfast we take Dinner with family. Wanderfull service from Aziz, Afjal and all. Food is delicious. Thanks all team for feel spcial.

When I keep ordering a dessert they keep forgetting this keeps happening like example today I ordered a salted caramel cake and they forgot

The food was below average. Spent 60 pounds for a food which had no taste - left most of it. The place was smelling of smoke and the staff wasn’t even concerned about it. And they took 12.5% service charge for such poor service and don’t even ask before charging.

We bought our sweets to go and they were heavenly delicious. 100 % recommend. Mădălina served us and she was very polite, helpful with advice and patient with our child.

If you come to London, come to this place and try a passion fruit tea, with very delicious ice, a very fresh strawberry and vanilla cream cake and the truth is that everything is very delicious, I repeat, very very fresh and the water is the truth caught me the tension that is very rich

We went there because we had a wedding anniversary and saw there were good reviews. We were very surprised at how quickly we were greeted and how nice the waiters were there who helped us with the pronunciation of the pastries we wanted to order. The latte was good, no wow feeling on it, a completely ordinary coffee latte. The cookies were good and they felt like they were freshly made, the dough was not rubbery but crispy. The interior was old-fashioned, not our style, but a great contrast to the outside where there were mysterious buildings. In addition to cakes, you could order food and drinks there. The portions of food were right to okay for the price you paid.

I do not recommend having breakfast here.

Stepping inside takes you away from the busyness of the outside completely - the decor is a fancy, if a little gaudy but it’s a definite contrast to the concrete outdoors. The halal afternoon tea was pretty good, quite standard - a nice selection of sandwiches, nice scones and a good range of sweet treats - nothing to really set this place from others. Service was really great- Emon was extremely diligent and went above and beyond. The seats were comfortable, price was fair and the setting cosy - it made for a great friends catch up!

Horrible tarts. Looks nice but the quality is not present.

Had bad experience with pistachio cake. Was very dry, when I challenged it to the waiter about it, said because it is frosted 😂. Seems they need some kind of training on cake's knowledge and don't serve dry cake to any of the customers especially when you charge 7.60£ for it. I found it unacceptable.

Excellent place...very delicious. The afternoon tea is served throughout the day. Excellent service and atmosphere. It is not expensive compared to the fact that it is meters from Trafalgal Square.

I ordered a starter of meatballs, and when we got up to leave after we didn't receive them, one of the people there got them for us and tried to make us stay and eat them. It took basically an hour, and they couldn't simply just be like, "Oh, yeah, sorry. We messed up." Very unimpressed. The rest was alright, though.

I was in hurry and told them but l don’t think it was effective and l waited long time for them to bring the cake but they forgot it and finally they told we ran out of that cake , the staff could be kinder. However I got pistachios dessert and English tea it was delicious.

It took 40 minutes for them to put 3 macarons on a plate for us. The sandwiches were dry as if they were made a day ago and left in the fridge. The staff chatted near the entrance door, ignoring the guests. Very bad service

Rude waiters, we ask if it is possible to eat for lunch, they barely take the trouble to answer us. More than 20 minutes of waiting to get a card, only to end up with nothing. We left without having eaten in the end. I don't recommend this place.

Mr. Afjal was quit kind person for me who are not familiar with speaking in English. I’m really satisfied with this experience at this store.
