Absolutely disgusting came in Costa as was leaving Emma screaming at me as I'm outside the door in front of customers so unprofessional I entered the store to talk to this Emma who continued to shout at me telling me I had to leave all remaining customers looking at me as Emma was trying to embarrass me and also denied shouting at me from across restaurant I asked to speak to the manager to which she said you won't be speaking to anyone but me now leave I asked again for manager who begrudging gave me Sarah's name who I will speaking to raising a formal complaint If that's how a member of your staff speaks to a member ofa business who works on the retail park I dread to think how she speaks to the customer We spend between us nearly 1000 a week in that Costa I will ensure no member of staff from our company ever returns to this Costa What a disgrace

Quite a big shop with an Iceland and cafe inside quite good prices too.

Terrible food. Cesar sald seemed to be half a bag of pre chopped lettuce, supermarket dressing, barely there bacon and soggy left over baguette croutons. Chicken charged extra on a £12.50 dish. Skinny weitd coloured 'Cumberland' sausage. First and last visit

Disgusting food. Chips obviously from frozen not fresh.. Egg yolk hard and white covered in yellow substance as if it had been cooked in old oil. Mushy peas hard and dried. Fat on gammon not rendered. Left my whole plate and left where staff were sat outside in a group smoking in full view of customers. Will not be returning
