Great place to stop and have a bacon & egg roll . Coffee was great, too. Service quick and friendly. See you next time as it was so tasty.

Awful to have to review such good products on poorest customer service I have seen in years !! Neither member of service staff spoke said please thankyou or even looked at us ! I have worked in retail all my life and would never allow any staff to treat customers in this way. Shocking and ruined the whole experience of a fantastic little bakery

Not the first time we have visited this baker, primarily because it’s got amazing products, beautiful cakes and bread. Sadly however we were extremely disappointed and shocked at the complete absence of any customer service. No please, or smile, no thank you, no eye contact just grunts. This didn’t just happen once it happened twice within a couple of hours. Very disappointing, such a shame as it spoilt what could have been a lovely experience. Won’t be back if these people behind the till.

Good filled rolls & a great variety of bread, cakes pastries etc., good tea & coffee, just what we needed.

Biggest fluffliest loaf of bread and yummiest family has ever eaten. Also yummy beef and sausage pies. Do go early as they sell out.

Stopped for a quick take away breakfast. Coffee was machine made but good. Savory and sweet baked items were delicious. Breads looked great as well, but we didn't purchase any. Would definitely stop again.

We were served by an assistant who’s attitude left a lot to be desired.We ordered mince pies and asked what day Christmas Day was ....only to be told 25th December.......we asked what day it fell on only to be told I dont know..reluctantly .followed by .....a Wednesday.Not impressed with assistants attitude

A fabulous bakers, fresh rolls and baked breads and cakes to die for, we went 3 or 4 times loved it, cakes amazing, staff very pleasant and reasonably prices is opposite the coop highly recommend, they also selll fresh produce too

Came back again to see if any of the negative feedback I or anyone else have had made any impact on the service and attitude of staff. Unfortunately I have to say it hadn’t. We were initially served with a friendly woman who brought our drinks etc but the sullen french woman who brought our food was terrible. I had asked for something extra on my breakfast and it wasn’t there so I asked her for it and you would have thought I asked her to kill her first born child for me. Unbelievably rude and obnoxious. We won’t be returning for another try sorry. The food is good though but I expect a bit of civility when I visit a place

Attended once for a hot chocolate and latte and ended up returning everyday of our stay. The latte and hot chocolate was by far the best we have ever tasted and the food, the staff were more than catering to our needs and what we wanted. Will be visiting again every time we come to aberfeldy..

One member of staff bad attitude needs to be polite to English customers. I felt they didn’t want us there. Would give this a miss on next visit to Aberfeldy, as on the whole we found very friendly and welcoming to visitors.

Wonderful find. Great Scottish Breakfast with haggis and black pudding. Staff so friendly and helpful. The pies and cakes are great. Prices very reasonable especially coming from the south.

The burger was really nice, the sweet potato fries were nice, the donuts are very nice especially the tablet one(Friday, saturday is good for the donut). ,

cannot go past this bakery without indulging ina pie or 2. not sure what the cafe is like but the takeaway pies are great

Visited with baby and dog. Lovely atmosphere in cafe and felt very welcome the whole time. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful!! Even the dog was offered treats and a blanket. Cafe decor was lovely too, loved the wooden lit up pumpkins on the tables, great touch Had 2x breakfast rolls filled with haggis/sausage and eggs. Great start to the day before heading out on our walk. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great breakfast!!!!

Had a couple of cakes and drinks here, it was okay.Cakes didn’t seem at their freshest, boasts delicious homebaking but I’m sure there’s better.Don’t like to see servers in grubby aprons.

What a brilliant place. Prices are very reasonable, food is plentiful and staff are lovely. Ambience is fine for a bakery café. I ate the best Full Scottish brunch I’ve had in years and read the newspaper.

Friendly, family run business with a great bakery - all prepared on-site. Great menu with a good variety. We had breakfast - which was served by a lovely man who we found out was the Grandad to the girls running the shop. Would definately recommend a visit.

Open 07.00 hours Monday through Saturday this is a great place for early travellers to start the day. Cosy and friendly they offer plain but tasty good old fashioned fare to kick off the morning on the right foot!

We stopped here initially as we saw it was a bakery as we were driving past and thought we would stop and buy some pies to eat as we travelled, however, we saw it had a little cafe attached and thought we would take the opportunity for a break from driving. We weren't really ready for drinks so decided to just have food, I had the Brie and Cranberry Panini and hubby had a Steak Pie, we had a bowl of chips to share, like I said we decided against a drink which was not a problem for the server who was really nice and helpful. The food was lovely and so were the staff, I hadn't realised that this was a dog friendly cafe until three other parties arrived, all with dogs. That said It did not put us off as we have dogs (although ours were outside in the car) but anyone who doesn't "do" dogs needs to be aware that it is obviously very popular with dog owners. The food arrived very quickly and was very tasty. After eating our food we decided to buy some pasties (called "Bridies" in this part of the country) to take with us and some "currant slice", both of which were lovely too and eaten later that day. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick stop off.

Popped in to the Bakery to buy a snack for lunch, cakes all looked good but was drawn to the chicken curry pie, recommended by the young lady serving. Absolute belter of a small pie, served warm and not an extortionate price. Will use it as an excuse to visit again

Myself and my wife popped in here on our last day in Aberfeldy before heading on to Pitlochry and it was one of the loveliest places we visited. Not only was the food wonderful we saw they also welcomed dogs! We were met with two lovely young ladies, Shan who my wife just fell in love with her hair colour and a young girl we didn't catch the name of but she was telling us about her university life in Edinburgh! They both saw us through our meal from start to finish and were also very helpful in telling us some things to do around the area of Pitlochry too. Overall you have a really wonderful family run business here and we will make the trip back next summer.

After an unfortunate experience first time we visited we gave Breadalbane another try recently on a Sunday.

We visited for the first time today after reading about your lovely cakes/and food. The shop wasn’t busy and there were 3 members of staff out front. One was chatting to a customer and totally ignored us another was on her phone (she had green hair) and the other (black hair) was serving another customer. We were finally served by a very sullen and snippy french girl. Our pies and cakes were delicious but same can’t be said for the service

Had a pleasant breakfast, from a good menu. And a very good selection of bread in the shop. Helpful staff

Excellent breakfast here. Staff extremely attentive and welcoming. Also prices very competitive and reasonable. You can’t go wrong with this place. Has several awards for their mint slice and scones.

We came for breakfast which was lovely. Opens early so good for a feed before eating out hiking etc. Veggie breakfast Good value and everything delicious. Bakery also looked amazing.

We always look forward to visiting the bakery a couple of times whilst on holiday in the summer. This trip we tried the chocolate mint slice which has won an award and was delicious. Donna was so nice and welcoming to our little dog, she gave her a couple of biscuit bones, which were greatly appreciated.

Stopped in here for lunch last week when we were out exploring. Lovely, tasty food in a relaxed atmosphere, the staff were friendly and the prices are really reasonable. The menu was nice and varied too, and the range of cakes look amazing. There was a steady stream of customers at the bakery, which says a lot about its place in the community, and it’s dog friendly too, as there was a dog in the cafe while we were there. The only reason I haven’t given a 5, is because there isn’t a great deal of space to sit in the cafe without feeling a bit cramped or having to ask other diners to move for you, but that’s not really anyone’s fault. All in, a nice place to eat.

This bakery was fine with a variety of food available. Staff good. Negative only one toilet which wasn't great could do with some frequent chcking and sanitising by staff.

Spoilt for choice when we went here for a 'fine piece' sit in or take away. We chose the take away option and were not disappointed by the goodies

We spotted this small bakery cum cafe on the main street in Aberfeldy as you enter from the East. We initially tried having tea and a scone and our experience was so good that we returned a couple more times for lunch.

I have visited this bakery before for both carry out and sit in meals which were good. I suggested to my friend that we go here to get something to eat whilst we waited on our wives.

Frist visit to this bakery was on Saturday. Food was lovely, service was great and the staff were all very nice.

Went in for lunch and as we went to sit down and the waitress Donna came to clear the table. She ignored us and when we asked her to leave the menu she was removing she threw it bak on the table. She came back to wipe the table, still ignoring us. When my friend asked how she was doing today she begrudgingly replied. An older woman at the next table kept saying excuse me to get her attention but Donna just ignored her. The woman said they were still waiting on chips. Donna snapped back that she hadn't wanted chips and the woman pointed out the chips were for her male friend. Donna had a very unpleasant tone as she told her to make her mind up and stormed off. This group of older people looked visibly upset. My friend and I were not prepared to eat in a place with such a rude waitress who would treat older, vulnerable people so appallingly. As I left I suggested to Donna that she should change her attitude.

When we were in Aberfeldy one Tuesday it seemed to be the only place open so we went in for lunch, some staff were friendly and welcoming, some did seem a bit cold but overall fine.

I ate the most marvelous doughnut in this establishment. It was filled with patisserie cream and covered in chocolate. The coffee is excellent and the staff friendly.

Does what you expect, very well. It is a bakery, also doing meals. Our lunch was delicious and there was friendly chat from the staff for all. Looks recently renovated.

Stayed local, used this twice for breakfast. The staff were friendly & welcoming. Had Full English both days. Good price & includes a tea or coffee. Will definitely go back on our next visit. The cakes looked amazing, unfortunately never tried them.

Stayed locally in Aberfeldy and enjoyed this bakery twice. Not only are the prices excellent but the food is amazing. The sausage rolls are crispy and delicious, especially if you get them hot. There is a vast selection of cakes and we tried several including doughnuts, brownie, caramel fancies and biscuits- they were all delicious. If you are lucky enough to visit at Easter, make sure you try their hot cross buns!!!

Last day of trip and we went in for a spot of lunch. Was quite busy but the staff were laughing and very friendly with all the customers. We were given menus when we went in and we found a seat. Hadn’t even got my jacket off when the waitress was over for our order. We asked for more time and I went to the loo and she was back as soon as I returned. Not a happy wendy when I again said I wasn’t ready but asked for a coffee while We were deciding. We had a lovely meal served by Sophie and had a good chat with Donna about Aberdeen where we are heading next month on our next adventures. All in all a great place to eat. Maybe wendy just had a bad day. Would recommend

My wife and I were in this afternoon just to grab a pot of tea and escape the rain. We were greeted by an initial nice warm feeling and had a wee glance at the counter of cakes and we spoke to a member of your staff (Wendy was on her tag) and just asked her for a pot of tea but she shoed us too sit down and told we'd be brought menus when all we wanted was tea and once we did sit down our bums barely touched the seats before she was back to take our order. We felt incredibly rushed and like a total inconvenience. Unfortunately it made for a bit of a terrible afternoon.

Could not resist stopping for a coffee and a scone in this nice wee tearoom the coffee was nice and the scone was freshly made and beautiful would recommend.

Stopped here for coffee and cake before heading on to find the oldest tree in Europe. The coffee was excellent, as was the gluten free cake we shared, which wasn't too sweet, well-balanced. The staff were lovely and friendly.

Lovely bread and cakes, lovely coffee and tea, lovely pies and pastries. All in all nothing you buy here would be a bad purchase. Buy from here at least twice a week, buy all sorts, the staff are lovely and helpful, always smiling.

Had climbed Schiehallion and wanted coffee and cake. The tearoom is very close to the EV charging point in Aberfeldy so it seemed a good option even for that. However, it surpassed all expectations. The cake choice, even late on a Sunday afternoon, was excellent. They all looked excellent - taking two scans to chose. But cake density per £ meant the tiffin cake won but the Crunchie Rocky Road was a close second. Well worth a visit. Not often up in that part of the world but will be back!

I had a Scottish breakfast and my wife had a baked potato with coronation chicken. She was quite ambivalent about her choice. I, on the other hand, was very impressed with the quality of my choice. Service was friendly and timely. Very reasonable prices.

We ended up here as everything else in Aberfeldy seemed to be shut and my partner needed the toilet! We had lunch and sadly will not be returning or recommending. We were met with surly and a bit intimidating service. After being given about 30 seconds to read the menu before being asked what I wanted, the server seemed a bit put out by me asking for more time, especially as my partner was still on the loo. She arrived back to ask our order the second time my partner came back from the toilet and again seemed less than impressed when we asked for more time. We definitely felt rushed, which is a shame when they have an extensive menu to read through and were not busy. Third time lucky, and we order when a different server comes. I order a small breakfast and coffee and my partner a chicken panini and a milkshake, only to be told they have no chicken - not great when lots of their options are chicken (chilli chicken, coronation chicken, bbq chicken, tikka chicken etc), so he had a sausage and bacon roll instead. The coffee was not drinkable - tasted like dishwater as they use a machine to make all variations of coffee. My partner said that his milkshake was the “worst he had ever had” as it was warm, for a start! The breakfast was okay for a reasonable price - fatty bacon, a nice egg, nice beans and disappointing sausages. I’d have liked a cake but was so put off by the meal that we went to Habitat up the road instead for friendly staff and good food. Overall, a really really disappointing visit - definitely won’t be voting them best bakery in Scotland like they were advertising us to do.

After filling the car opposite I asked the lady at the petrol station where she'd recommend for breakfast and she said "The Breadalbane".

We popped in at 3.20 today for coffee and cake and initially got the impression we were a bit of an inconvenience but then the waitress warmed up and thawed a bit! We had a delicious fresh scone and tray bake served with two great coffees. Apart from the food smell this was great and we would return. Bread looked brilliant too.

We visited here for lunch when we stayed in Aberfeldy for a week. We had been into the bakery a couple of times before we realised the tearoom was dog friendly. The food and service was great and the benefit for us was we were able to take the dogs in with us.. I would highly recommend here to anyone but especially dog owners.

This was our second time here and we loved it as much as we did our 1dt time. Friendly staff with plenty of choices and reasonable prices. Our pooch was welcomed in too 🐾🐾

On a traverse of the End-to-End trail (Glasgow to Cape Wrath) this summer we stopped in for a warm bite to eat and a charge-up of our electronics. Delicious goodies (meat pies recommended!) and wonderful friendly staff, even though we clogged up space with our packs and stayed for a couple hours. Cheery spot, love it!

Popped in for a takeaway lunch and wow, what delicious food. Just got a sausage roll and chicken and ham pie, but both were a decent size with plenty of filling. Oh, also couldn't resist a Viennese Whirl. Yum! Took me three attempts to finish it as it was so big. Well worth a wee visit.

came in yesterday after 2pm. member of staff think she had glasses totally ignored when filling up thr fridge with juice. was standing at counter for ages. shouldn't have to ask to get served.. other woman ignoed me too clearing tables. she evenyually came over . no apologies. I asked for 4 cakes which I received. NOT ONCE DID SHE WEAR A GLOVE.i work in a bakery ,left the shop after paying and threw cakes in nearest bin..

An early morning walk around Aberfeldy we stumbled across this bakery, opposite the petrol station, popped in for a coffee, got a lovely welcome, the place was clean tidy and organised, also clean toilet's. The coffee was gorgeous, nice hot and tasty, we were going back to the b&b; for breakfast before moving on. Very busy place with people popping in for freshly made breads cakes pies and breakfast items! Next time I am in Aberfeldy I shall go there again and eat! Great place! Award winning!

Each year for a decade, we buy as well as visit this great bakery. The multigrain fresh made Bread is our weekly buy [they will slice it for ya], brownies of all kinds, cookies, and other treats we will include. We come from Las Vegas to enjoy now the next generation of Bakers since Old Bobby is probably retired and working on his golf game. Dr. Daniel S.

Wonderful bakery with to go and to stay options. We came for coffee and cake. The cappuccinos were large and served hot at the right temperature. The walnut brownie was fresh and delicious. They also serve breakfast and lunch. Wifi works well. Fast and friendly service.

What a lovely gem in Aberfeldy as I was camping 5 mins away I was delighted that I found somewhere that opens from 7am offering full cooked breakfasts and many other choices. I decided on full cooked vegetarian breakfast and included was a hot drink for £6.50 it was excellent value...The service and cleanliness of the cafe was perfect as was the food...I noticed a huge selection of homemade cakes. I would recommend 100%

Were spoilt for choice for something to eat in here. A bit like a kid in a sweet shop not knowing what to have with a cuppa. Lovely cakes and friendly staff.

We always stop in here for lunch when we’re in Aberfeldy. The food in the tea room is very good and there is a good variety of dishes on the menu. It’s also an award winning bakery as well as a tea room and is obviously very popular locally as it can get quite busy. Unsurprising as the bread and cakes are excellent.

we visited this bakery twice, once for a snack lunch and the second day for cooked breakfast. Most of the staff were very friendly. The first day was quick service but the next day was very busy, but pleasant to sit and wait.

Visited the bakery and tearoom during our recent stay in a nearby village. We started with a sit down meal of freshly baked panini’s, very generously filled, and left with pies and cakes to try. The best bakery treats I have tasted in a long time and had to visit for the following 4 days before we went home. Very sorry that I will not have your carrot cake on tap and my husband is sure going to miss your pies!

We were amazed at how many dog friendly cafes there were in Aberfeldy but looking in the door at all the delicious cakes we decided to give this place a try. Service was very friendly and my sandwich and my wife’s cake were fresh and delicious. Whilst we were in there was always somebody in the shop, obviously locals, buying cakes and Artisan bread. Not to be missed if in Aberfeldy.

If you are in the area, this place is a MUST. The staff are really lovely and friendly. There is a great choice of food to eat. We visited on 2 occasions for brunch. I can honestly say we ate the best breakfast rolls ever. A fine selection of fillings. I can heartily recommend the haggis. It is busy which is testament to the place. We also bought a loaf of sour dough bread and cakes. YUMMY. I wish I wasn't 600 miles away.

From the welcome, the service and the quality of the food was the very best. Cakes were delicious. Only one thing .... I wish I lived closer!

First time in, we had Coffee and Cake. A better Yum-Yum I've still to taste and my wife had a Strawberry Tart which she said was lovely.

Popped in Saturday morning of the weekend we were in aberfeldy,although we were two my partner and I decided to share the exorbitantly priced breakfast so I ordered one.after an agonisingly long wait I received a pot of tea and 1 breakfast as per menu.my partner requested an extra cup so we could share the included in breakfast pot of tea.the breakfast was terrible with badly cooked egg fatty and watery bacon this however doesnt seem to stop them charging like a wounded rhinoceros!when paying the bill I was informed I was being charged an extra two pounds for the extra empty cup????? So all in all terrible service,terrible food and rip of pricing strategy avoid this place at all costs the Tay cafe 50yds up the road far superior.
