Stumbled across this amazing shop, the lady who served us was lovely. Everything about this shop is perfect, we loved the sandwiches they were fresh, the portion was great and the flavours were amazing - great value for money. Exceeded what you’d expect from a sandwich, and has an all around wholesome vibe. Definitely going back!!

Tasty food, good variety, fast and friendly service! Price is reasonable as well. The hot offerings today included pork, stuffing, gravy and applesauce, or chicken instead of pork with cranberry sauce replacing the applesauce. Delicious baked goods as well.

Great sandwiches and all fresh made fillings, has a little hot pastry counter with lovely sausage rolls, the store is always clean when I have been in and has never let me down.

Lovely double frontage shop ideal for a snack area for sandwich of many types with two tables outdoors eating and drinking alfresco I personally had a take away as did my colleague

First of all the positives the place is clean and staff were friendly the bread was fresh too but the sausages were the cheapest and utterly awful why not spend a little more on decent produce as I really would pay if it was decent.

Open before other cafes in the area so if you need an early fix then this is your place. Friendly service from the moment you walk in and the best bacon butty this side of York. Enjoyed my coffee too x

Absolutely fab sandwich shop! Their paninis are delicious, I like ham & cheese with mustard & mayonnaise. For a cold sandwich you can’t beat their chicken and bacon. They also do a breakfast tray that is generous in size and again very tasty. For desserts they have a wide variety of homemade cakes and they also have tray bake pieces and fresh pastry items too! Very reasonable on price because you’re always getting a good sized item and the staff are lovely too. Highly recommend.

I've been going here for years, as have a lot of my work colleagues! Great sandwiches at really good prices compared to other places, The owners and staff are great as well. Can get busy though around lunch time.

Probably one of the best sandwich shops in york. with a massive selection for good prices. I always try and pop in for my lunch if I’m near by. A definite recommend from me.

I used to love this place going after school and getting really nice food and they've gone down hill not impressed on the service any more they meant to close at 3pm on a Saturday and my other half went down for 2 and he got we are closed and not serving any more how rude.....

Sin embargo, sólo uno en la tienda y de carecer de su fama. Estar fuera no parecen ser utilizada a menudo, lo cual es una pena, ya que sería un lugar bastante bonito para tener una taza y ponerse al día. tal vez la cantidad de movimiento de tráfico pone a la gente

Great selection, good bacon sandwiches (although not the best in York), reasonable prices for York, at busy times you can wait at least 30 mins to be served.

Great sandwiches freshly made to order. Quick service even though can be very busy at lunchtime. Can be a bit tricky parking but worth the trouble as the meal deals are very good value.
