Excellent food at really good prices! We had their lunchtime takeaway deal for £6 each inc Sandwich, baguette, ciabatta etc, crisps and drink. Excellent value, lots of really tasty fillings freshly made to order. Looking around at the alternative prices in Bradford on Avon this business deserves to do well

Very poor service all staff were rude and grumpy having there own conversation instead of serving customers, the food itself was very basic and overpriced! No staff member had a face mask or gloves on the hygiene standards weren’t great either! Will not be returning!

A huge choice of fillings for freshly baked baguettes and baked potatoes and too much else to read on the board. Definitely something for everyone. They also offer gluten free sandwiches and have prepacked gluten free snacks. I'm not sure about cross contamination as, in agreement with another reviewer we noticed the sandwiches were made with bare hands, no gloves and everything was being handled by these hands. The lad who was serving was very pleasant, and unruffled by the fact he had a constant stream of customers and was on his own. He deserves a medal for how he was working his way through all the requests and still smiling and friendly. The baguettes were delicious and hot and the meal deal was a good price. Would come here again.

Hot day - we opted to eat on a bench next to the river so this was the closest shop for a take away. Can forgive the staff for having appalling customer service as being stuck inside in a small hot shop for minimum wage probably isn’t that fun. Choice is good but it’s not a very efficient service there. One very flushed employee doing everything! Main gripe is handled cash and change. Then proceeded to make sandwich without a) washing hands or b) wearing gloves. For those with sensitive souls or if you’re fussed about that stuff would be appalled. Luckily I’m not that delicate! Food standards might have something to say though. Would not return for the service, hygiene or sandwich.

Unless you know what you'd like to eat before you walk through the door, then don't bother. Rude, rude and more rude. You have not only lost out on todays order but all subsequent business. Get a grip!

Very good food and friendly service. Excellent place to get some lunch and then sit by the river. Also sell drinks, chocolates and crisps. The burgers looked good as well.

stopped here to grab a late lunch for a hungry family. There was a great range of unusual sandwich combinations at good prices. The meatball baguettes were a hit with the kids. Service was a little slow, but this was due to everything being made to order and toasting the rolls. Good value for money and tasty combinations.

Stopped for a jacket potato and a baguette. Not fast food but all cooked fresh and that's worth waiting for. Lovely place to get a baguette and a drink and sit by the river and watch the world go by.

There are loads of places that you can sit in and eat in Bradford on Avon but if you don't have the time I would totally recommend Bread and Butter. Whether it's a sandwich, panini, ciabata... whatever it will be freshly made. We regularly order from here for lunch in the office and the delivery is super fast. There were a couple of times when the ingredients were slightly wrong but they sent a new sandwich straight away and you can't fault that.

Excellent sandwiches, beautifully presented with a wide range of fresh fillings from crispy bacon and avocado to veggie options. What's more, the bread is good too.

Plenty of choice, freshly made whilst you watch. We both had sausage and egg baguettes with a dollop of ketchup YUM. Much better than a subway breakfast baguette in every single way. This is a little gem of a shop, will be revisiting for a lunch time baguette :)

Had a really tasty lunch here on the weekend. The ingredients for the baguettes were super fresh and plentiful, and there was plenty of choice to choose from.

Having ate here before and had a good time I thought it would be good for a birthday meal for 4 on a Monday lunch time how disappointing it was. 2 Steak & Stiton pies ordered although very tasty lacked Stiton and was meant to be served with veg we had to ask for the veg which when it arrived after several minutes the excuse was we only have 2 microwaves not the excuse I wanted, the other 2 meals were fine, unfortunately we will not go back.

We visited on a Sunday for breakfast. Arriving a couple of minutes after 10am (opening time), we queued for a table and then again to order food. There were plenty of tables but appreciated it was busy - not all tables were full. We waited for 50 minutes for our food to arrive, although coffee arrived much earlier. This was prompted by us asking where our food was/checking the order had been made, to which we were told ‘we’d just have to wait because it was busy’. The food arrived 5 minutes later. The food was tasty and we’ve no complaints about the quality or price. But, something about the system here just doesn’t make sense, queuing at every point and then waiting another 50 minutes for scrambled eggs on toast and a bacon sandwich, doesn’t make sense. We arrived at 10 and didn’t leave until 12:15…. People had started arriving for lunch! Sadly, we’d not return. There are just other places nearby that are doing it better.

We booked a table for the opening party, the pub opened earlier in the week with new staff and owners.

The location of this establishment is strange because the shop/restaurant sits within what is essentially a business park in the middle of nowhere but it is not hard to find. The setting was ideal for a summer lunch with lots of variously covered areas to shelter from the sun or rain if it happens. Then you realise that all these covered areas are, in fact, the restaurant! I saw no evidence of indoor seating. The main seating area is fundamentally a plastic marquee attached to a shop unit and all the seats are picnic benches. They have an interesting menu, which changes regularly I understand, and it is obvious that this establishment is not trying be a full all ‘singing and dancing’ restaurant and they do make that clear. It uses locally sourced quality produce for Deli style light meals, specifically lunches, and also snacks. The people running it are personable, welcoming and efficient. We found them very helpful and attentive and the food was delicious. Overall, the food menu is a little overpriced I feel but not excessive. That said, a few dishes do seem “over the top’ for what they are. It is the shop where the prices are eyewatering expensive and I think they have gone too far. I can here them now saying that they are supporting local suppliers and that this comes at a cost but times are hard and I do truly believe they, or their suppliers, need to face reality as the pricing is far too high. We need to support businesses like this but they have to respond too! Did I enjoy my meal? Yes, fantastic, Would I go again? Yes, definitely! Would I encourage you to go? Yes definitely! I just warn you that your visit will be enjoyable but not cheap so be prepared.

Great evening! It did not disappoint! The black rock fillet steaks were amazing. The young waitresses were both lovely, always smiling & nothing was too much trouble for them. The pub has a lovely atmosphere and we all enjoyed the evening. We would highly recommend a visit here!
