Brasil Vegano Cafe in Guildford

Great little vegan cafe / lunch spot. Had an amazing black bean and pickle burger served on a ciabatta bread. Nice wedges with rosemary on the side and a delicious smoothie. Lovely family business as well. Would definitely recommend, not just for vegans.

We’d never experienced Brazilian food until the first time we went to Brasil Vegano in around summer 2022. Verdict: Fabulous. Lovely friendly owners and staff, the cafe is super clean, light and airy with great decor. Characterful. Short walk from Guildford town centre/back of train station or there’s free 1 or 2 hour parking nearby. The home made veggie burgers are delicious accompanied by yummy home made wedges, sauce of your choice and tasty good quality ciabatta roll. Delicious Paz desert, never seen anything like this before, a delight. We’ve also enjoyed the variety of savoury street food, crepe-folded tapioca pancakes and Samba Snacks. Tasty coffee. Good value for the quality and quantity. Thanks for our lovely meals. We’ve so enjoyed every time.

What a great place. Lovely smiley people and the food was great! They love dogs too and it was right by the train station. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this cafe strongly enough. We only discovered it today when we stopped in for a quick brunch but will be regulars from hereon. Lovely ambiance, the friendliest of owners and the most amazing tasty Brazilian food. We had two different burgers - both utterly delicious. One (Ela Ela Pào de Beringela) was juicy aubergine and pepper on ciabatta and the other their famous Feijoda black bean burger (to which they kindly customised for me as I had a craving for some added avocado!) The sauces, pickles, fresh salads etc in the burgers were sublime. I loved my ice cold (and bright pink) Pitaya juice drink (dragon fruit with pumpkin syrup) and we took away a pistachio iced latte and rich hot chocolate with coconut for ‘dessert’. Cannot wait to return soon.

Wow! What a gem of a place! Delicious food, amazing drinks and run by such warm friendly people who obviously take such pride in what they are doing. Lovely interior plus outside seating too. We tried the feijoada burger with wedges which had amazing flavour! You have to try this! And my son raved as the best pancake ever - ‘Paz’ a sweet tapioca pancake with chocolate banana and coconut! The juices and milkshake were also amazing! Thank you so much! Xxx

To be honest not many cafes exceed my expectations. More often then not i leave feeling like i could have done so much better myself. Living 40 miles away we don't go that often but i think maybe we should. Food is excellent authenic brazillian and tasty great if you are vegan or not. Cafe is warm and welcoming like the service, left feeling happy relaxed and full.

Popped in with the kids today for a takeaway lunch while we were visiting Guildford. Really impressed all round, lovely people, food was excellent and served quickly. The cafe has a lovely friendly colourful l vibe. We all loved it and we'll be back. :o)

I love this place so much. Brilliant, smiley staff and the cutest little dog. The food is amazing and specifically the magic combination of their hot chocolate alongside a slice of cake, just unbeatable. In all honesty, the best cafe I have ever been to. I love it.

We had vegan burgers and wedges. Really tasty. Extra barbecue sauce didn't cost extra but they were delighted about a tip. Certainly very delicious! And very friendly service!

Wow! I cannot believe that I discovered this place. Having returned to the UK after many years in Brazil, it was a joy today to find this place. Delicious food (feijoada burger and wedges), drink (try the Capuacu and Orange juice!), dessert (bowl of açaí with paçoca - sweet peanut - and coconut milk!) and a strong Brazilian coffee to finish! Very clean, very relaxed, beautiful Brazilian music, excellent service, and wonderfully friendly staff - of course, they are Brazilian! I definitely want to bring my family next time, and maybe sample the other dishes available, such as the tapioca (crepe-folded pancakes from North-East Brazil). Que delícia!!

Perfect location to catch up with friends. Had a delicious pizza and coffee, and all of the staff were really lovely. A great addition to Guildford!
