Very let down by this kebab shop that also trades as manor place. We placed an order via uber eats with a delivery time of 40/60 mins after an hour and a quarter I rang to find they had forgot to make up the order up and couldn’t give me a delivery time so I agreed to collect myself as I explained I’m diabetic and needed to eat. I collected the order no apology and no delivery charge refund. When I got home the portions were tiny and the rice was missing. I rang and was told that they’d run out of rice and forgot to tell me no apology received. Went don’t go here often as it’s not cheap and usually a treat but will never go again or recommend.

My favourite place for a lamb kebab. Very tasty and juicy meat. Can recommend for anyone who's looking for a tasty kebab with good meat

I honestly was shocked by the amount of chips we got. We had a chicken doner kebab, lamb shish kebab, portion of chips (size large), can of orange tango and cherry coke. Food was fresh, big portions and homemade garlic sauce was a dream

terrible order chickien shish supposed to be large the kebab roll was bigger the pitta bread was crispy in places there was no box it was wrapped in paper and the paper was stuck to the pitta bread will not order again

Placed and paid for an order online, for collection. Refused to give my husband the chips because they “ wasn’t on the order”. Nameless manager, who doesn’t give her “name out to strangers” despite them having my phone number, email address, and home address, eventually took another look at order only to find it was there - right down the bottom! Suggested they could deliver the offending chips - despite us already eating and not wanting the food we had to get any greasier! Now waiting for a refund, or should I let them keep it and put it towards some customer service training for the one who shall remain nameless? Certainly won’t be buying anything from them again!
