terrible order chickien shish supposed to be large the kebab roll was bigger the pitta bread was crispy in places there was no box it was wrapped in paper and the paper was stuck to the pitta bread will not order again

Placed and paid for an order online, for collection. Refused to give my husband the chips because they “ wasn’t on the order”. Nameless manager, who doesn’t give her “name out to strangers” despite them having my phone number, email address, and home address, eventually took another look at order only to find it was there - right down the bottom! Suggested they could deliver the offending chips - despite us already eating and not wanting the food we had to get any greasier! Now waiting for a refund, or should I let them keep it and put it towards some customer service training for the one who shall remain nameless? Certainly won’t be buying anything from them again!

Smoky chicken Cajun rice & drink for under a fiver isn’t bad but the wooden fork mixed in rice makes it a bit messy. Still better than a BK. These EG Group services always have rank loos!

3A Newland StreetHadn't been here in while and I was surprised to see the negative reviews as we've always enjoyed it. Last night we got 3 portions of selects and mozzarella sticks to add to our dinner of wraps and salad. Obviously we could have made the chicken etc ourselves from supermarket produce but have loved the chicken tenders in the past so spent £20 on a treat. What a disappointment. They've completely changed their chicken, where it used to be actual chicken and tasty crispy breadcrumbs, it's now frozen reconstituted rubbish that we're mushy and flavourless. The mozzarella sticks were almost solid and undercooked. Such a shame to see a local business like this go so rapidly downhill but you've lost another customer sadly.
