bp in Leicester

Filled up two to three times a week at this fuel station. However last time I filled up, my payment was declined, which I was unaware of as I walked of after the cashier said “thank you have a good day”. A Month later I receive a letter of fine for driving off without paying. They station manager was not helpfull, did not care for loyal customers, contacted BP but not a single response. Clearly BP is not bothered if they loose customers. I was happy to pay for fuel purchased, but at end I had to pay a fine for a genuine mistake.

Worst customer service ever had telling people to get out for just buying a coffee worst customer service not good people working in there. Not happy at all with night staff workers

Just went to get my self some Cadbury fingers and the night staff man was so rude I said hello and he was ignorant! I then ask for some items didn’t listen or get anything I asked for he picked random items asking if I want it. At one point he picked a crisp packet with his middle finger in front of it!…. Finally when I showed him pictures on Google of items I wanted he picked the most expensive items when I could clearly see multi packs that were cheaper! He gives such a rude stare! He had both hands behind his back stomping one foot as if he needed the toilet… I really don’t understand why he’s like this I work nights and stop by for snacks I’m polite to him never been rude! There’s no improvement… some angry cashier… grab and squished all my item while scanning them then tells me if I don’t like it take another one ???

Prices are very high for Petrol and Diesel. The government has implemented cuts to fuel duty but these savings are not being passed to the customers. BP needs to review this. Other than this the staff are polite and helpful as always.

Very bad service customer toilet always close for customer.

Diesel always at least 3p more than any other nearby BP garages per litre. Price fixing at its best. Avoid unless an absolute emergency.

Warning do not use this garage I want there this morning to fill up and they have changed me for someone else fuel as well as mine you can see it on the recipients they have changed me for fuel on two separate pumps. I only put in £50 and this is what they said at the counter but they have changed me £66.50. I called them and they said they would call back and put the phone down, now they will not answer the phone. I didn't expect this kind of behaviour from BP garage.

I have just been here at BP I did fill up and went to pay and I didn't k ew that the old £50 note are no longer legal, so I was just trying to explain the staff I did had money and have to for some of my own to come and help or transfer but the staff was very ruse he started shouting at me , I also said to calm down but he didn't listen and talking loud again, and said I don't want to listen to anything that you have to explain ( this is not the nice way of treating customers) he must me shouting at his wife at home but atleast behave professionally at work and have kind customer service. I asked for manager and he angrily asked why . It was nothing like I was not going to pay... bur the customer service like this talking to customer loud rude and angry is not right

They are selling fake elf and geek bars DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I bought a vape from them and it didn’t work. They didn’t give me a refund or a replacement.

Nice friendly staff and well stacked shelves lots of choice.

Been going here for decades obviously. Staff are very friendly and polite. Even the subway staff are nice.👍🏼

Go to petrol station to fuel your car and yourself.

It was so helpfull store in emergency at night 2.30 am i was running out with my privacy stuff couldnt find anywhere in pharmacy as at that time all pharmacy and superstores was closed as it was saturday night. Thanks to BP melton road it was like heaven store for me

Quick service and fuel lasts long, good place to stop by because they have a spar for your shopping needs. They also have a greggs which is great when you want to get a snack on the go or a nice coffee on the go, there is also a subway.

Great location and opening times. Friendly helpful staff. Carpark is small and sometimes people park at the pumps to go inside to shop which can be a problem
