Had a really great experience at Bounce Farringdon! We booked for 40 people for a corporate event and it was super easy booking experience. We chose a package with food, drink and games guru and it worked perfectly for our group and everyone had a great time. Rachel helped us with the booking and arrival and then Alex was super helpful at keeping everyone happy and creating a seamless experience. Would recommend!

Rushi who works at Bounce was so helpful and accommodating, we were late to our booking and yet staff amended it for us and we stayed and played and then stayed an extra hour playing more. Great date night…..thanks Bounce and Rushi 👌

It was a fun experience. We tried the digital ping pong table and it had some interesting version of games on it.we played King of the hill which was a blast.did not eat anything so can't comment on that. But they had extremely friendly staff and there were food and drinks available.

A promotion offer took us to this Venue . So had no idea what to expect ! Must say we were pleasantly surprised of the experience . Right from the start at check in reception to our booked activity we were received with a smile and full attention . The staff were all keyed-in and looked like they were prepared and wanted to serve the best service . Nothing was too much and very adaptable, professional service . As far as the activity is concerned , the ordinary game of Table Tennis has been taken a few up a few notches and the offering is interactive now with many options to suit all levels of play and enjoyment Worth a go , for anyone ! The food and drinks that are part of the ticket price are very good value and selection. Because we preferred to have non-alcoholic drinks , a good selection of alternatives were served and as a complimentary we were given a delicious serving of well cooked and spiced portion of Chips , WOW delicious !! All together we spent a couple of hours here and felt very refreshed and entertained and satisfied on exit with a plan to return soon ! Well Done to this team and hope they will offer more activities in the future .

Super cool venue But the lady manager seemed so aggressive even though we were so polite and the bottomless pizza which is in the ACE package was really confusing. We got served 5 pizzas between 9 people and there was no top up not sure how that is bottomless and no one came over to check if we finished the pizza.

I am gluten and dairy free so eating out is a struggle for me but the manager here was amazing. She was soo helpful with meeting my dietary requirements and super helpful and also the gluten free pizza is really good, exceeded my expectations. I will be back. Very fun and the staff is great☺️☺️

Had a great time at Bounce, staff were helpful and the vibe is fun for an activity night out. However, I will say that I really didn’t enjoy the AI ping pong table that we had (chosen as the only option since we booked last min and the normal tables were sold out). The points weren’t always accurate, but that aside, it didn’t add anything to the game but instead the bright flashing lights made it harder to see the ball and I didn’t enjoy that it made me feel like I was watching a screen the whole time (something that I’d rather avoid while playing a “sport”!). But perhaps I am just an old soul. What’s wrong with a good old fashioned game of ping pong? The world’s gone mad.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our time was special. One of the highlights was how accommodating they were with having my two young children there before 6pm. It can be tricky finding places that balance family-friendly vibes with a great party atmosphere, but Bounce nailed it. The team made sure the kids felt included and had a wonderful time, which meant we could all relax and enjoy the celebration. A huge shoutout to our incredible server, **Bhavik**! He was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead of what we needed. Bhavik went out of his way to make sure Mum felt celebrated. His professionalism and positive energy really made the day extra special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique, fun, and family-friendly experience. Thank you, Bounce, and an extra thank you to Bhavik and Colvin - you both are stars! 🌟

Booked here for our Xmas work do. Got the £59 package which I don't think was good value for money. However, the staff made up for it as they were super friendly. I was injured and using crutches so the security guard carried me up and down the stairs. Decent night out.
