Absolutely Delicious – One of the Best Meals We Had in London! Antalya Turkish Restaurant in Russell Square was a standout during our time in London—truly one of the best meals we had! The food was incredibly flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was attentive. Whether you’re already a fan of Turkish cuisine or trying it for the first time, this place is a must-visit. We left full, happy, and already wanting to come back!

We visited London for 5 days and had dinner in a wonderful place. It is a very nice place where Turks can go with peace of mind. The employees are very friendly, everywhere is spotless and the food is very delicious.

We had a fantastic experience here from start to finish. Our cocktails were delicious. We had Acili Ezme and Icli Kofte for starters in addition to the complementary pita, hummus and olive plate. All the different flavors were great together. Husband had the mixed grill, son had the Lamb Lokkum; I had the lamb shank. All were cooked to perfection and seasonings were on point. Our server was Umit. He was very familiar with the menu and we appreciated his recommendations. Several members of staff stopped by (unobtrusively) to make sure we were enjoying our meal. It all added up to a wonderful dinner and evening. Thank you very much Umit.

My husband and I visited Antalya for dinner and had a lovely experience. We were warmly welcomed, and our server, Fatih, was absolutely brilliant—attentive and thoughtful throughout the evening. The food was excellent and truly enjoyable. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the bar being within the main dining area. While this is quite common in London and totally understandable, some guests might prefer a bit of separation from where alcohol is served. Given the space available, it might be something to consider for the future. Overall, a great place to dine and we'd be happy to return!

We were 4 people, they didn't care about us at all. We went there happily because it was a Turkish restaurant. Unfortunately, I felt excluded because I was wearing a headscarf there. The food was not good at all, the portions seemed to be for small children. It was definitely a restaurant well below our expectations.

This is a nice Turkish restaurant in London. The food is good and affordable. However, the atmosphere could have been more pleasant when I visited. There was a wedding reception in the middle of the restaurant and it was quite loud. It would be good to delineate future events and the dining room.

The appetizer (10/10), which I think came with a wonderful combination of samısak, capia pepper and yoghurt, served with freshly baked, soft pita bread, made a good start. Unfortunately, I still feel the bitterness of not having come to this place, which I came upon a strong recommendation, when I was hungry. The lamb shish kebab is wonderful, to say it was like a Turkish delight would be an insult to the meat, it was a really well marinated, juicy and enjoyable dish cooked to the consistency of ram (10/10) The kunefe (10/10), which came as dessert, was cooked to the right consistency, the syrup was delicious, it was still very enjoyable, and the pistachio wrap was fresh and light, a successful dessert (10/10). The ayran we had as a drink was also good (10/10) I think the tea is a bit light (8/10) Good luck :) Overall, it is a great meal. Thanks to all the staff who contributed. --- The meal started off strong with a mezze that I believe was brought together by the perfect combination of freshly baked, soft pita bread, garlic, roasted red pepper, and yogurt (10/10). Unfortunately, I still feel a bit regretful that I didn't come to this place hungry, especially after hearing such strong recommendations. The lamb shish was fantastic — to say the meat was like Turkish delight would honestly be an understatement. It was very well-marinated, cooked to tender perfection, juicy, and thoroughly enjoyable (10/10). Then came the dessert — the kunefe (10/10) was cooked just right, with a syrup that wasn't overwhelming. Again, very satisfying. The pistachio roll was fresh, light, and a delicious treat (10/10). The ayran we had with the meal was also very good (10/10). The tea was a little too light, I think (8/10), but let's call it a little charm against the evil eye :) Overall, it was a wonderful meal. It was the place to celebrate Eid with the big family around 24 members. Totally excellent experience with amazing Turkish food. Booking in advance made it enjoyable journey. Totally recommend this for everyone.

Ordered through deliveroo today and the food received was totally burnt and not in a eatable condition. Both deliveroo and the restaurant seems to have worst kind of customer support. Have to eventually throw away the burnt food. Total money waste.

We were welcomed very well, the staff extremely kind (the waiter Fatih served us, who was kind and thorough in explaining the courses) the environment was very nice, as for the food we ate meat and it was tender, spicy and cooked perfectly. We also ordered a mix of entrées and one was better than the other. To drink I recommend Turkish tea.

Overall, Antalya was a good experience. They have a decent wine list along with other alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Starters were pretty standard, but their mains were above average, especially their lamb lokkum, which was spectacular. The atmosphere is average, and so is their service. I recommend a visit if you're into Turkish, Arabic, or Mediterranean style food.

Really great food I come here every now and then when I’m around and it never disappoints, the chicken is always cooked perfectly and the bread is amazing. We were served by Fatih who was really nice and added to the great overall experience.

Selin was our server and she did great! We had a party of 17 and she handled it so well! Drinks were provided timely and the food was great! Definitely would come back!

We booked to eat a late lunch/early dinner, as we were going to the theatre. The staff were very welcoming. The service was excellent, efficient but not too intrusive. The food was delicous & plentiful. So much so that our 15 year old grandson couldn't eat all of his main!! We would highly recommend this restaurant.

Went for my birthday dinner. The food and service was decent. Got told to keep the noise down several times due to a complaint from an older couple. Bare in mind we were talking casually and had a group of 11 people, in another section of the restaurant. This spoiled the mood of the dinner and we definitely felt uncomfortable.
