I just went to the new branch in Finchley Central and the lentil salad and aubergine salad were divine. Even better than the ones at Ottolenghi!!!The ladies who served me were friendly and super helpful. Cannot wait for my cakes later. Had a lovely buzz inside as well and was packed. Highly recommend :)

A lovely find off the one of the main roads. Service was fast and the food was delicious. Food was well presented, portioned and a pleasure to eat. The eggs were cooked perfectly and accompanied by fabulous sauces.

If you want a good coffee, I’d highly recommend coming to Boulangerine Bon Matin a French bakery in the heart of Hampstead. I would also like to give extra praise to the staff who were just incredible during our visit, I’ll definitely be back and recommend it to more members of my family

Local pequeno e acolhedor na primeira quadra da Flask Walk. Além de patisserie francesa, serve pequenas refeições. Saladas maravilhosas, quiches, salgados bem feitos. Serviço muito simpático. Poucas mesas, pois o local é pequenininho. Oferece take away. Vale muito a pena!

Great lemon tart one of the best I've tasted. I had a good cup of coffee as well. Such pretty plates and outdoor seats. Just lovely,

There are probably a dozen of bakeries within 5 minutes radius in this part of Hampstead. This is one of the independent, non-chain ones. Cozy, friendly, nice savoury food - salads etc (not changing much). Scones need some work.

Ideal little place to stop off during a romantic Hampstead stroll...Flask walk itself is a delightful short and narrow street just off the main High Street featuring the famous Flask pub at the far end and, if you continue down the street you will end up at a local museum less than 5 minutes walk away. This little cake shop is situated next to a very picturesque florist, which really adds to the charm. There is also a kitsch second hand clothing and bric-a-brac shop with a salesman who appears to have stepped right out of the set of the ‘60s era movie Blow-Up. There are 3 sets of tables with chairs outside, and all have overhead heaters, and the window contains a very pretty array of cakes and tartlets. Dare I say, it is all rather instagrammable, if you are into that sort of thing. I think there were some more tables and chairs inside too, however it is a very small place. We were rather predictable in our ordering, opting for a chocolate brownie and an orange and chocolate sponge cake. The brownie was perfectly executed - simultaneously unctuous and gooey, crisp and light - clearly made with the best quality high cocoa chocolate. The orange and chocolate cake was deliciously citrussey, buttery, and melted in the mouth - the chocolate the same high quality as the brownie. They were heavenly. Coffee was very good indeed. Clientele consisted of the odd tourist and nannies on a break with their charges, but it wasn’t packed and easy to get a seat outside at just before midday. Visit here if you are in the Hampstead area, then pop along to the free museum nearby (it isn’t open on Mondays and Tuesdays though), then take an amble along the High Street and browse the shops until you hit Hampstead Heath. There is a wonderful looking restaurant nearby called Le Cage Imaginaire too - we plan to visit this soon, but I expect that would be a perfect day/evening out for people wishing to explore the area.

Went for breakfast Waitress took order and eggs done exactly as I had requested! ! Incredible that a cafe actually listens to customers requests and does it !! And the eggs sauce muffin were all perfect And a tiny garnish of basil oil circled the plate Pure pure pleasure to look at and eat This place cares about its customers Wow this tiny place is a great joy to eat at! ! Love it and thank you for your care !! And coffee was just as good

...we had to pop in. The cakes were being put into the window which attracted us inside. We only bought a couple which looked delicious but the salads etc on display looked totally wonderful and the staff serving were very pleasant We will ceratinly return (to buy more than just two cakes!)

Didn’t get a chance to try in Paris, but these were amazing. We tried 6 different flavours and loved them all. I’m not even really a chocolate person but the chocolate ones were perfection. Service was lovely, too.

I unfortunately can’t recommend this restaurant. We went for the midday 3-course menu. There was nothing special about it. For starters we had the fish carpaccio and spaghetti, fish was nice, spaghetti had nothing special that you could not get anywhere else. For mains we had the gnocchi and pork shoulder. Half the pork serving was fat, and the meat was tough, had a nice flavour, but nothing making it special. Gnocchi was the best meal, they were toasted o. The outside and soft on the inside, very nice sauce. Dessert we had the French toast, very nice caramelisation and soft core. The disappointment comes from being a Michelin restaurant, the dishes did not seem elevated or innovative. Service was very kind and attentive.

Food poisoning from a Michelin quality restaurant?! Attended with my partner for our anniversary and had the 10 course tasting menu. The food was nice but not at the same quality as other Michelin restaurants we had attended. Only after we returned home did the trouble start. My partner and I both had food poisoning and spent most of the night and following day in the toilet. This was my first time having oysters and I will ensure it was the last. The service was okay however the sommelier seemed quite rude and abrupt. Cosy atmosphere but can get quite loud at times. The last thing we expected from a restaurant of this quality.

I was walking around the center and then suddenly found myself in this little yet quiet and adorable street full of little shops and restaurants. Needless to say that as soon as I saw this little gem of a wine house, I fell in love with it; a bit rustic and cosy, lovely wines at a great price (especially for being central London), friendly and efficient service. Cannot wait to try the brunch next Saturday!
