We’ve eaten here several times since they started doing food again this year. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, a good selection of beer and really good pub food - plenty to choose from the main menu plus varying specials. A perfect village pub.

What a great little pub. Friendly welcome from the start. Good selection of ale, lager, cider, wine, fruit shoots. Food was Fantatsic!! Stilton Stuffed Chicken with Black Pudding Mash, YES PLEASE!!!!! Children also well catered for, and the specials boards keeps things nice and fresh. Overall just a great experience, proper Lincolnshire Local at its best.

Awful food. Had high hopes since the new takeover but it was worse than before. Not a patch on the crown just up the road. Or the Aston arms at market rasen. Avoid this place at all costs

After a long walk in the sunshine, we stopped at the Bottle and Glass for a well earned drink and lunchtime meal. Larger very cold and a welcome treat following a long hot walk. Very friendly service and food amazing wish I could do chips like that…we sat in the beer garden at the front of the pub under the shade an umbrella just watching the world go by. What more do you need. I would recommend this pub to anyone.

This is for The G&B in Harby.Lincs 5 of us went for a work Christmas lunch here, quickly greeted and seated and drinks order taken. Lovely setting and attentive staff. We ordered our food which included steak and ale pie, Christmas burger, sea bass and a lamb shank. The food was absolutely superb, my pie was huge and surrounded by the best gravy I’ve ever had, accompanied by mashed potatoes, swede mash and broccoli. All other meals were equally as delicious (the burger was massive) We finished our meals with various desserts and coffee, all big and scrumptious. There was no rush even though it was busy. Will hopefully go there again

Poor service, order was not taken until we had been sat for 1hr 30. When food was served, potatoes and veg were cold except where gravy was poured. Starter was not as ordered. Altogether a great disappointment for a Fathers day meal.

Four of us visited the Bottle and Glass last evening and I can thoroughly recommend it. All staff members were very friendly and efficient, our food was very tasty and all topped off with an excellent Lincoln Imperial guest ale, who could ask for more? Our steaks were done to perfection and the barbeque pork and mushroom pie delicious all accompanied by a good portion of tasty chips and accomplishments. Portion sizes were good and we all agreed that we'd had good value for our money. I like the idea that you can select a smaller main or sweet if you wish (which I didn't). We will be going back.

This was our first time at The Bottle & Glass and it certainly won't be our last. The offerings on the menus were varied and appealing; we both chose the haddock, chips and peas and thought it was excellent. The chef certainly knows how to cook the perfect chip! The portion size was just right for us - I hate 'agricultural' sized dinners - and the fish too, was beautifully cooked. My wife chose the cheesecake while I opted for the Baileys bread and butter pudding. Sadly, this was a let-down - no taste of Baileys and completely tasteless custard served at a mouth burning temperature. The overall value for money was incredible; two main courses and two desserts for £24 and then 10% weekday discount off that! I must also mention how hard it was to choose between the Lincoln Red and the Doom Bar, two very fine ales. The whole pub is immaculately clean and well presented and the lady running the place was friendly, polite and helpful. We'll definitely be back..soon.

We had a great meal here last week - food was served promptly and my burger was incredible! Presentation could've been better but it's the taste that matters most. Unfortunately the price of starters have increased by around £2 per dish and the mains have increased by around £4-5 per dish compared to when the last owners had it so we just would not be able to afford to eat here again on a weekend. I see that they do offers on weekdays so this may be an option in the future but would have to eat elsewhere on a weekend.

Visited with family who live locally and treasure this local amenity. Interesting starter of 'battered hamlet' got me thinking about times past, so it was a no-brainer for me to sample this delicacy as a starter. Loved it. Crunchy, tasty and served with a delicious little sauce it hit the spot dead centre. Followed with Rib Eye steak, blue cheese sauce and a simple green salad. Over the years I have had my rare steak arrive either mooing or cremated, so to find the perfect article glistening with deliciousness set down was a 'rare' treat indeed. Needless to say it disappeared in a flash. Others in the group had a range of options from the menu which is not extensive but is all home cooked to order. Everyone was delighted, none more so than brother-in-law who has been singing its praises for some time. A bit out of the way, but, if you fancy some of the best pub grub you will ever taste, try this little beauty.

We visited two weeks running. First ate indoors which was fairly quiet. The service was good and the food excellent including a gluten free lasagne which pleased mother-in-law. Meals plentiful, in fact fish and chips too filling for me. A week later we ate outside having brought our dog from the local campsite Lincolnshire Lanes (pub not allowing dogs in). I had a starter and asked for a side salad to be made up which they did. Again my parents enjoyed their food too. Limited menu but no complaints.

Visited Sunday Sept. 06, 2020. Waited to be served but ignored by male waiter/barman. When I asked if we should sit down he said that I could see he was serving someone else and I should wait. Might be a good pub for locals but otherwise avoid it

Very disappointing. Probably the worst pub in Lincoln by a mile. Owners (especially the women if that's what you want to call her) very rude and narcissistic, looks like she's on something all the time as her attitude is up and down like a yo-yo, I'm not sure if that's just her or what ever she's into clearly... her boyfriend (the actual owner) is brainwashed by her so he lets her run the pub into the ground. Pub is dirty, toilets disgusting (dead flies the lot) beer is chemically tasting, don't even go near the Guinness unless you want bits in your teeth unless you're hungry. Rear door is held open with a 30 year old broken speaker and garden hoses. Bar maids don't even collect glasses as they're too busy leaving the bar unoccupied and smoking it up outside like it's Hyde park. All this adding up to a dead pub with hardly any customers. It's like they're running this place into the ground, it could have good potential however due to the owners this place is barely afloat. Pool table takes your money and doesn't even give you a game. Friday night must consist of 10 people if that. All I can say is that it's such a shame, unfortunately the owners cannot manage a pub and it's customer base. I even heard the bar workers asking for narcotics. Stay away, there's 100 more better pubs in Lincoln then here.

Amazing food. I was very very pleased with my visit. I was served by a woman called Emma with blonde shoulder length hair and glasses. She was so lovely and welcoming! Gave me exactly what I wanted unlike last time when I was served by Sharon who I found to be quite rude. There was a good selection of food that was reasonably priced. I’m very happy with this service. Thank you. Also love your cream cake!

Akways una buena taza de café. Tenía queso en tostadas que también venía con una buena ensalada. Este es un lugar agradable con muchos clientes habituales y puede sentarse y disfrutar de su bebida o comida en el ocio sin prisas.
