Visité con un amigo para tomar cafés. Hermosa cafetería con personal encantador. Los cafés eran geniales y se sirven muy rápido. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo.

Coffee quite good.., Not the best but excellent.

Very friendly staff. The white chocolate millionaire shortbread was delicious.

It seems this place is under new management and, unfortunately, it is going down. Service was slower than it used to be, which wouldn’t be a problem if the food was worth the wait. Unfortunately that was not the case. I used to love the cheese on toast, which was a real treat for me. I ordered that a couple of days ago and was so disappointed with what I got. There was less cheese than before and the bread wasn’t sufficiently toasted leaving it soggy rather than crisp as it used to be. Very disappointing - I don’t think I’ll be going there again.

Estaba emocionado de probar la nueva ubicación de la puerta de fianza, ya que había pasado por ella un par de veces y el lugar en sí se ve genial, acogedor y justo lo que la puerta de fianza necesitaba. Pedimos una ensalada de pollo y sándwich, ya que se veían muy bien! El café en sí está ocupado, así que se puede apreciar esperar un poco de tiempo para su comida (25 minutos) y no teníamos prisa. Sin embargo, estaba un poco decepcionado con el sándwich ya que recibimos el final del pan, por un sándwich de £ 10 no me esperaba esto. La ensalada en sí estaba bien, pero la ensalada era pollo en rodajas precomprado, habría sido bueno tener un poco de pollo fresco allí por el precio. Estas son cosas simples que pueden marcar la diferencia y no me importaría pagar el costo. El café en sí es genial, esta fue la mejor parte - un montón de opciones de pastel también.

Estaba tomando una copa para mi esposa en la nueva ubicación cuesta arriba, yo era el único cliente que pedía en ese momento, así que no estaba ocupado en absoluto. Llegué a casa para descubrir que se había proporcionado una bebida equivocada. El personal que empuja a los clientes a revisar lo que entiendo ayuda al negocio, pero un poco exigente en pedir que incluyan fotos, dónde publicarlas, etc.

Had a latte, hot chocolate with cream and marshmallow bits on top with family. Generally a nice place to meet and have coffee etc.

Solo... Increíble. Después de haber visitado todas las cafeterías alrededor de Bailgate y Lincoln cuesta arriba, este lugar es increíble. Desde el menú, hasta el precio, pasando por el increíble equipo de personal, esta es una visita obligada si estás fuera para tomar un café... café y pastel... almuerzo... o simplemente una reunión con familiares y amigos. Nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos, la comida y bebida ordena un precio el doble de lo que pagamos y el personal era simplemente increíble. Si Michelin dio estrellas para cafeterías, acabamos de experimentar lo mejor que hay. Muchas gracias, volveremos!

Just..... Incredible. Having visited all of the coffee shops around Bailgate and uphill Lincoln, this place is incredible. From menu, to price, to the simply amazing staff team this is an absolute must visit if you are out for coffee...coffee and cake.... lunch...or simply a get together with family and friends. We were made to feel welcome, the food and drink commands a price twice what we paid and the staff were simply amazing. If Michelin gave stars for coffee shops, we've just experienced the finest there is. Thank you so much, we will be back!!! Whatever it is your team have...BOTTLE IT and sell that, it is rare the customer service meets the incredibly high standards of the menu, but you have nailed it, THANK YOU

Quite like the decor and what they've done . . but the coffee was not nice! No flavour. I asked for skinny decaf latte but somehow missed out on any coffee, or froth. It was watery and bland

I don't normally write reviews unless they are fab or awful. Sad to say this place was awful. Staff were unfriendly, pricing misinfo and non existent pricing on items. Slow service and very expensive all things considered. Avoid at all costs

Great people, excellent food and always a nice ambience...very friendly and now is my local coffee shop. Italian chicken wrap I just had was to die for. Cakes some of the best too, and I go a lot of coffee shops!

What a little gem. Incredibly friendly staff and ridiculously good value for money. We’ve seen the store front loads of times but have often been disappointed when going to independent coffee shops so never bothered to try it. We were passing yesterday and were desperate for a drink and a light snack so went in. Why have we never been before!! We were greeted by the friendliest staff and a very inspiring menu for brunch. Not only was the food delicious, it was incredibly good value. 2 hot drinks, two thick cut portions of cheese on toast (4 slices with dressed salad) and 2 delicious cakes for twenty quid!!! All of the staff were friendly, chatty and couldn’t do enough for the customers. It’s clearly very popular with a lot of regulars so always seems to be busy, but the welcome you receive as a new customer is second to none. Don’t do what we did in the past and walk past! Go in, eat and drink, you won’t be disappointed

Come here for coffee regularly with our baby group and the ladies who serve us are always so lovely and kind. The food is fresh and tasty, and the coffee is great too. We often stay a good few hours and are always well taken care of. The staff really do make this place what it is, a lovely, warm, welcoming coffee shop perfect for spending a few hours with friends at.

First visit to this venue, very nice will definitely return again.

Called in after a long 2 hour dog walk, ordered hot chocolate and a scone. The ladies were busy, but service was never the less prompt. The hot chocolate was good but not the same can be said for the scone. When i started buttering the scone it just crumbled to nothing, i returned it and was told maybe it was the last one from yesterday… i was given a replacement and told they were fresh in that morning. The replacement was equally crumbly and poor quality. I seriously suggest a change of supplier or start making them yourself.

Really tasty wrap and sausage roll. Was pleasantly surprised by the syrup coffees. Such a lovely independent coffee shop. We’ll definitely be back!

No vegan food so just had coffee.

First time popping in, just for a latte to go. Service was 10/10 greeted so beautifully. The ladies are so sweet and nice. Atmosphere is wonderful definitely will come and try more when u have more time.

This coffee shop has so much potential and there isn't any competition in the area. The seating was extremely poor. The settee was so low and only fit for a skip and the furniture was dirty. The chair I sat on was rock hard. It really needs a complete refresh, new comfortable furniture and better lighting. This is not rude feedback but constructive feedback to give a better customer experience

Excellent Panini, well served apart from Tortilla chips, would prefer plain crisps than these. Very, very busy so a wait for drink and then food. Staff were very polite and helpful. Food was tasty as was the coffee. Very noisy in there at busy lunch time, but food was very good.

Nice coffee but just too noisy for me. I prefer to talk to my friends than shout above the staff, the music and the awful banging of the coffee grinder. Definitely not a relaxing experience , sorry.

Love coming here with my disabled husband for a coffee and a break. Everyone is very friendly and helpful there is always a warm welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. Coffee and food are delicious too.

Lovely food and coffee and lovely staff but they are always playing Adele 'Hello' everytime I go in and it comes on more than once. Needs updated playlist

After a very tasty sandwich I almost don't need to eat for a week!

This was a lovely coffee shop, very nice coffee and panini with a large choice of lunch food They even let me take my little dog in with me Well worth a visit

Love this cafe, staff are amazing, so friendly and efficient. Food is delicious, value for money. Great atmoshere, highly recommend.

Love this little gem of a coffee shop

I’ve heard good things so thought I would give the place a try. The food and coffee are nothing special compared to most coffee shops and cafes. The staff are just a bit rude as well to be honest.

Bacon sarnie, well presented and quick but bacon did not have a bacon taste, not sure why. The coffee was the best I have had for a while

Stopped off here during a motorcycle ride great coffee and bacon sandwich the lady behind the counter was so friendly and full of smiles which made for a wonderful experience and I would give more stars if I could. Clean tidy well kept again food was so good really good so pop in for a visit if you are passing by you won't be disappointed 👍☕🥪

Absolutely fantastic , great food, cakes, coffee.....

Have a nice range of vegan food and milks, served by a lovely lady. Loved their white chocolate vegan flapjack, since the chocolate was super creamy and ‘milky’- lacking that synthetic taste/ mouthfeel vegan chocolate gives. Would go back for the friendly service and lovely ambience again but the food is amazing aswell.

First time visit it was very nice just a bit to long waiting for coffee would go back again

Nipped in for a coffee and some cake for the youngest daughter. Great friendly service and staff. Ordered drinks and cake and took a seat. Didn’t take long for drinks and cake to be brought to us. Daughter lives the cake which was orange chocolate tiffin cake. Good sized slice. The mocha was excellent and really enjoyed it. Reasonably priced and comfy sofas to sit on. Overall enjoyed the coffee, cake and great friendly quick service of the staff.

Met friends for brunch. Nice place, friendly staff and quite busy. We all had bacon panini/bap/toasties and a drink. Bacon was cremated, rock hard and not enjoyable, but we ate it as none of us had had any breakfast. The extra hot cappuccino I ordered was not hot enough, didn't even go halfway up the cup, and it was just filled up with foam. We meet at lots of different places usually once a month and this is the first time we have been here. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.......Disappointed

Food here is delicious, the staff are lovely and show genuine care for their customers. It's very much a local cafe, knowing most customers by name yet very welcoming to anyone new. Went above and beyond to serve customers as even went out to buy Worcester sauce to top someone's cheese on toast!

Wasn't too impressed by the one toilet, the walls could do with a lick of paint and a good clean. Everything else is 5 star !

Use this place on a regular basis with special needs young adults, always a warm welcome. Food is absolutely lush especially their cheese on toast, great coffee too.

Thought it about time I reviewed Coffee Culture again as last time I did it wasn’t up to scratch but I’m pleased to say it’s back to its best again, cakes delicious and as sweet as they’re supposed to be. Manager as helpful and friendly as always, would definitely recommend.

Great bacon and brie panini and an americano served by friendly staff. Will definitely visit again. UPDATE: I have visited again and had a huge plate of toast. Just as friendly staff and an obvious great relationship with regular customers. Thanks again.

Friendly staff, bit over priced for a little coffee shop. The cake and milkshake I ordered weren't the best, but might have just been my choices.

Used to come here quite a lot however visited just before Christmas and ordered a panini with salad. Salad hadn't been washed and there was soil still in this. This has put me off eating there as I don't want to get unwell, which is a shame as their panini's were lovely

Great coffee and food here served in a lovely setting, on a small parade of shops with free parking. Friendly staff and clean toilets, go on treat yourself

My friend and I and my dog George was passing through the forum on a walk, we decided on coffee and sat outside the shop, Linda the waitress brought our coffee out to us and said we were welcome inside with George, which was very welcoming on a cold afternoon, Linda also gave George a pupochino which he loves. Thank you for great service we will call again 🐶

Over priced & very weak coffees

Used to go here back when I was at sixth form (over 10 years ago) and it's only gotten better since then, friendly staff, lovely food (massive slices of bread!), and brilliant coffee. Can't recommend it enough!

Went here for lunch yesterday for my birthday as a party 4 and a little one. We had 2 of the grazing platters to share between my sisters and I and my partner had a toasted bacon sarnie. All really nice food and the coffee was yummy too. The platter included some salad, breadsticks, chutney, brie, cheese, grapes hummus and a few more other bits. The cakes looked appealing but we were full from the platters. It was busy when we went around lunchtime and the wait was too long either

Nice place. Was waiting a while to be served as the lady was busy chatting away to the person in front of us. We was going to leave, as she kept looking at us as if to say, will be serving you shortly!

My daughter, grandson and I visited this afternoon. When we put in our order the only member of staff, a young lady was perfectly nice and friendly. I ordered cheese on toast and specifically asked for it to be done enough to be brown and bubbling on top. When I received the dish it was barely melted so my daughter asked for it to be done more. Wow what a change in attitude. “Well I’ll have to start it all again” your member of staff snapped. She proceeded to march to the kitchen and for fifteen minutes, in between serving, stood staring at me challengingly. As a pensioner I felt very intimidated. When the cheese on toast came it was no better than the first dish - was it perhaps the same ? We will never know. I have been to the shop quite a few times over the years but if I return and see this particular member of staff again I won’t be staying. I would be embarrassed if I thought my children would treat a customer in this way.

Great selection of wraps, panninis and cakes. Helpful staff. What's not to like?

Haven't been in for a while obviously due to covid. Its been decorated new furniture. Tables well apart. Coffee as good as ever. Lovely staff n plenty of choice. Will definitely be back soon.

Nice little coffee shop. Coffee is nice although sometimes it can be a little too hot and I have scalded my tongue. There’s quite a few staff and it depends who makes it. One of the girls makes a brilliant coffee so I’m glad when she is working. Premises are nicely decorated with a few outside tables. Friendly staff. Would recommend for a visit but just be careful to check the temperature of your drink! 😳

Comfy friendly atmosphere, very good service.

Nice coffee, nice layout keeping space between tables.

Nicely decorated but the coffee is too hot. You have to let it cool down for ages before you drink it. Cheese on toast is nice but the salad dressing was awful. Service was friendly.

I gave 5 stars because of hospitality and quality very friendly and welcoming .treated everyone fairly as an individual

we have been coming here for years, coffee is always hot, cakes are amazing! loyalty scheme offered, staff are warm and welcoming! take away also offered but not a patch on sitting inside

Newly refurbished Coffee Culture retains it's great atmosphere, good menu and always friendly staff

Food is great. Toasties etc are brilliant. Coffee average, excellent for North Hykeham. Lovely to sit outside. Great service.

Polite staff. Clean and tidy. Oh and beautiful food and coffee.

Cosy little place in an area where a typical coffee shop atmosphere is nowhere else to be found. Staff is always friendly and helpful. A place that contrary to many other coffee shops or breakfast restaurant invites you to spend more than 5 minutes with enjoying your coffee and chatting with friends.

I go every week to meet friends. although I don’t drink coffee they do a great cup of tea and my friends who drink coffee believe it to be the best place for coffee.
