Came in late when they were closing and they still served us. Food is great and i think the lamb kebab was lovely. Recommend people come here they were lovely.

Don’t accept contactless payments obviously trying to avoid the tax man… there’s other kebab places like the German kebab shop that accept card payments and not expect you to walk to the bank to get a kebab when ordered.

the food was awful. both burgers were chewy and the buns were soggy. the chips were inedible and appeared over cooked.. as did the onion rings..not good and now in the bin.

We ordered 2 pizzas and garlic pizza they were overcooked /burnt on underside, we also ordered a large chips which was a regular portion. Very dissapointed as when I've used this takeaway in person it's always been lovely.

Ridiculously good. Authentic and genuine. Cannot fault it - lamb and chicken are both seasoned to the gods and extremely tender. Salad was fresh, rice was fluffy and the bread was delicious - l suspect sauces are homemade too! 👏👏👏

I ordered for collection by mistake and the staff went out of their way to deliver to my house even after they had closed.

The environment is clean. everything is fresh and delicious. Portions are large and full filling. Menu prices are normal. Turkisch dessert "Baklava" was served and it was excellent.

Average kebab restaurant very overpriced for the food type the people that where working there where sat eating what looked like good quality food really tried to get the same experience but failed. dog belonging to one of the staff running into the food establishment made it worst not ideal. this isn't a bad review just more from our experience the food tasted ok. I think the rice could do with saffron and the lamb was tough and chewy. All in all average grill place take out seems like the popular choice here.

Very polite & friendly staff. Service with a smile. A large food order, very efficient & all food was kept warm. Delicious & fresh.. gentlemen, staff member kindly provided a free portion of meat for my very hungry dogs.. my children’s eye lite up when they seen the homemade Baklava. Again this was gifted to them. Family of 6 enjoyed are good & service and we will be back again..

Just eaten two beautiful chicken and lamb shish kebabs with rice salad and bread. Amazing flavour and cooked to perfection on real charcoal bbq. Amazing value and excellent flavour. The chilli sauce is more like chilli stock or gravy with wonderful flavour. Everyone should be eating here XX

Nearly 2 hours late still no food just want my money back

Delivery driver called to say he couldn’t find our house. Even though we’ve never had a problem with this. The order was incorrect also as we ordered 2 shish, and 1 doner and we got 3 shish. Food was freezing cold by the time it arrived. £30 wasted!

I would like the start with the food was amazing when it finally turned up! Our order was over one hour late, took two hours from ordering to receiving our food. Couldn’t get through to the restaurant and when the food turned up we was missing two lots of chips!

Decent mixed kebab. Missed our garlic pizza bread off the delivery. Came back quickly with it and have us some free baklava. Was delicious

I think they hang about a bit too long with your food before heading out to deliver it, it was not too hot when it arrived and I am litterally 3 roads up from them. Still great food, good staff, love this place!

Usually our favourite takeaway, very disappointed tonight. Food was 30 mins late, cold and smelling of cigarette smoke. The cold food was also burnt so unable to eat. Baklava which is normally the best part was dry and hard. Putting me off from ordering again which is a shame.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Horrendous customer service. Ordered our food at 2 and they said half an hour wait it got to 50 mins so I asked and they said it would be a further hour to an hour 30. So I waited about 45 mins and they said they can’t cook our order so they cancelled it. By then it had been over 2 hours and they said there is nothing they could do and the staff were laughing. They couldn’t care less for their customers. Please avoid

The chicken Kabab was £10.99, only come with 4 bits of chicken!. If I wanted rice i would have order a rice dish! More rice than anything else, was not worth £10.99, want be ordering from them again!

Asked for several items, all were bland and tasteless 'salad' consists of white cabbage, white onion and red onion. Was not asked about sauce options everything just bagged up and given to us. Asked for cheesy chips got given a cheesy chip wrap instead, literally consisted of cold, hard chips and grated cheese in an unwarmed wrap, again no option of sauce or any salad on this, it was disgusting. First and definitely the last time I will use this place

The bread/ wraps very poor quality. The wrap was so thin it all just fell apart and was difficult to eat. The kebab pitta was like cardboard. Supermarkets own brands would have been better. This is not the usual quality, very disappointing. The bread used previously is why we ordered from Botanik BBQ. Why the change??

The food arrived earlier than we expected and the delivery driver was really friendly. The food all tasted really fresh and really good portions. We had pizza, grilled chicken, humus and tzatiki which were all really good, the baklava was really nice amd fresh too!

Lovely tasty burger and properly cooked chips - nice and crisp. Treated myself to pistachio baclava which was really gooey and delish. Always good service from these guys.

I couldn’t even rate this disgusting takeaway even 1 star. Ordered from here last night the woman on the phone was rude and had a disgusting attitude, I asked for cheese on my chips they turned up dry and no cheese and she knew there was none on the chips because she admitted it on the phone. The pizza was disgusting the beef was in small chunks didn’t look cooked and both kebab wraps filled with grease and all wet when it arrived I paid nearly £50 and I want my money back or I’ll be taking this

Still best burger in Weston! Charcoal grill produces yummy food. Service is excellent and very friendly people. Chips were lovely and crisp tonight. The home made Turkish Pistaccio Baklava is to die for. Definitely one of my absolute favourite home delivery places.

Ordered through just eat was over the time arriving, called and the guy had no clue, turned up but missing items rang back said would sort waited a further 45mins and nothing bad service won't be ordering again or recommending, 17 year old paid disappointing as he lost out

I personally found out this place a few months ago, from that moment every time im starving after a hard day of work i know where to go. Tasty food, a good range of product, amazing service (the owner is always with a smile on his face) and a nice atmosphere. I definately raccomend

Came in the tonight. Ordered a mix shish kebab. And chicken wings with rice. Very nice excellent food. Excellent staff very polite gave me some Turkish sweet treats to try which were very tasty. Look forward to comming in again. If you want top service with beautiful home made food come here.

We've had takeaway here three times and the food is consistently really good! The chicken and lamb are really tender and the salads are fresh. The bread is also home made which you can tell the difference between store bought. We also enjoyed the pistachio/seaweed baklava! The only reason giving 4 stars is because the bread was handled with bare hands, I would suggest using gloves 😊
