Fantastic hospitality! Battal was amazing. Great guy that does great food! We had the falafel burger meal.. which was amazing. Was quite busy when we went in which was really good, great atmosphere!

Absolutely appalling service from this place, I ordered 2 kebabs, both orders where completely wrong and when I rang to enquire I was spoken to like a dog, the restaurant said they would send a driver to pick up the order who never turned up and then the restaurant ignored my calls. Dreadful service. I'd advise against ordering from here

The shish kebabs are great 😋 and the orders come home quickly.

We regulary travel 36 miles to come here and it is well worth it as the food is awesome what ever you choose. There is the option to either eat in or take away and either way the service is second to none as the staff are friendly and and attentive. We are already looking forward to our next visit and we highly recommend Botanik BBQ so give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Certainly wasn't very impressed paid for a large chicken Donna very salty wouldn't even say it was small half bread cut in half and just one part plus also a customer didn't want salad together insisting on pain free pound for the privilege like the man said I've paid for it together why charge free pound extra for it separate I'm in the food industry myself I'd like to give an honest review.

I had a large chicken shish . My friend had a mixed shish kebab . It was perfectly marinated very tasty meat comes with tasty rice , fresh salad and home made Turkish bread . Lovely atmosphere we will definitely be back again . Thank you

The only thing that was warm were the chips. We asked for full fat coke and we received Diet Coke. The wrap was freezing cold and the onion rings weren’t very nice at all I couldn’t eat them. It was such a disappointment of a takeaway. I’ll never be ordering from here again

Sauces had leaked over every bag and caused huge mess - general presentation of food was poor and not very hot… was disappointed :-(

Delivery man was very lovely, and the food was tasty and still warm even though we live quite a distance away and there are traffic delays at the moment on the roads. Was a little late on delivery, but was advised of this and it turned up during the new estimated time :)

This is a great family run business offering honest food. I’ve ordered and consumed many large chicken shish kebabs. I’m always amazed by the flavour and succulence of the chicken and consistency of the food. There quick to deliver too.

Omg my worst experience. Unfortunately we waited hour for our order and we need to cancel it. A terrible place, frozen fries not in the freezer, no salads. They were serving kebabs with salads that had only two pieces of cucumber. I could say a lot, but unfortunately, nothing good. I do not recommend it.

I have been last night with friends and had to cancel our orders after 40 minutes of waiting and watching what's going. Absolutely mess around, they were low with salads in bowls and they were served kebabs with TWO pieces of cucumber for customers. Meet lefts in boxes for long time, then served for customers as absolutely cold. Burnt pizza for another customer. Bags of frozen chips left outside freezer. Chicken kebab cutted from spindle and fried in oven to make it faster. Food dropping everywhere and putting back as food. They took orders for food what are actually out of stock. We were extremely disgusted and finally cancelled our orders. Will never step there again. I am fully aware that kebab bars are not restaurant, there is lower level of customer service, higiene and everything, but what I have seen yesterday absolutely shocked me.

The service was okay but there was a lot of people and I waited over 1 hour for my food and when they called me they said they ran out of stuff !! They got my order completely wrong I asked for large paid 12 pound for a kebab and they gave me small 😂 I said with fries and they gave me with rice!! this place is HIGHLY OVERPRICED!!! In Tenby I had a large for 9 pound and it seemed like it was xxl however this place is bad the food is cold and you will wait long

I had an amazing experience at Botanik BBQ. The kebabs were incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection, with fresh ingredients that made every bite delicious. Halal food so good for Muslims. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Great portions, great value—definitely a place I’ll visit again!

Don’t accept contactless payments obviously trying to avoid the tax man… there’s other kebab places like the German kebab shop that accept card payments and not expect you to walk to the bank to get a kebab when ordered.

the food was awful. both burgers were chewy and the buns were soggy. the chips were inedible and appeared over cooked.. as did the onion rings..not good and now in the bin.

Ridiculously good. Authentic and genuine. Cannot fault it - lamb and chicken are both seasoned to the gods and extremely tender. Salad was fresh, rice was fluffy and the bread was delicious - l suspect sauces are homemade too! 👏👏👏

We ordered 2 pizzas and garlic pizza they were overcooked /burnt on underside, we also ordered a large chips which was a regular portion. Very dissapointed as when I've used this takeaway in person it's always been lovely.

kebab & wings were good, salad was fresh. Pizza was very dry. The cheesy garlic bread, which was supposed to be a free item for sending a certain amount didn't arrive 😒

I ordered for collection by mistake and the staff went out of their way to deliver to my house even after they had closed.

The environment is clean. everything is fresh and delicious. Portions are large and full filling. Menu prices are normal. Turkisch dessert "Baklava" was served and it was excellent.

Average kebab restaurant very overpriced for the food type the people that where working there where sat eating what looked like good quality food really tried to get the same experience but failed. dog belonging to one of the staff running into the food establishment made it worst not ideal. this isn't a bad review just more from our experience the food tasted ok. I think the rice could do with saffron and the lamb was tough and chewy. All in all average grill place take out seems like the popular choice here.
