Very convenient and okay in the past, but on this occasion I asked for a honeycomb/tiffin cake with my latte at around 10am, and it was stale. Quite inedible and clearly a left-over from the previous day. I would have complained but was in a hurry. Avoid! - there are lots of other cafes in the area.

Love the vegetarian sausages here! Overall a good vegan breakfast, beans could have been hotter and it took a while for our food. Service is basic as you queue yourself and order but overall staff friendly enough. Enjoyed my food and will definitely be back

Here we are again at Boswells, lovely food, great staff, super premises, either sit inside or out in the open concourse. Cheesy chips are our favourite, plus super refreshing tea! Lovely place. Pristine toilets! Highly recommended!

We waited ages for our two but toasties took o er twe ty minutes and the toast cooked but bacon Amost raw. Plenty of other places to eat. Such a shame as it was very cosy but not enough staff.

Terrific eggs, bacon and sausages and good coffee too. Pleasant, quiet and spacious indoor seating. One of the surprisingly few places that do a traditional English breakfast in the central Bristol shopping area.

Met my sister and daughter here for lunch today. My sister and I chose to have cheesy chips, and my daughter had toasted cheese panini with salad. All excellent, very nice indeed! We decided to sit outside on the seating provided although there is likewise plenty of seating inside, too. The baristas are very friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea are very good. Toilets pristine! We'll be back!

What looked to be a clean well presented cafe was let down when we tried our drink the deluxe hot chocolate well disappointing was a under standment it was like dish water well presented with cream and marshmallow on top but I think they need to taste the drinks on a ready basis to ensure they taste good and the wife also didn’t drink her latte as it was to bitter

Would have received four stars but did think it a little expensive - probably being in Broadmead rates and rents are that much higher so not their fault. However, other than that, the meal was freshly cooked - 2 sausages/2 eggs/ bacon,beans/chips & toast. All was very nice and more than ample. Nice large mug of tea to go with it. Service was generally pretty good - the staff being more than pleasant and the establishment itself was bright and clean.

Back in the Galleries browsing and shopping - we couldn't resist Boswell's cheesy chips, so here we are again! I guess it depends on the chef on duty, but today we seemed to have more cheesy chips than usual. My sister couldn't finish hers. We could, though! I had a very nice large black coffee, too. Boswells is really nice, clean and comfortable, with inside and outside seating. Baristas are jolly. Toilets are clean.

I met my sister and daughter after months apart and we chose Boswell's in The Galleries for our reunion. There is inside seating and outside-the-cafe seating and we chose to sit under the glass roof outside the actual cafe. It was a lovely, lively meeting. We had the most refreshing tea, and then to eat we had cheesy chips with loads of sauces. We must have sat there for a couple of hours, long after we'd finished eating. No-one minded. The tea and food were excellent and, of course, the ambience is very comfy and comforting. The toilets are pristine - always a bonus! We love Boswell's!

Quite a large cafe - with extra seating available "outside" - which is still under cover of the shopping centre roof. Only had coffee, but with an extra shot of espresso, the Americano was delicious.

Really shocked by such poor service people standing around poor systems to collects orders and an in ability to listen to the customers. Ordered a breakfast, eggs uncooked and food given was not what was on menu. Make sure you have plenty of time and keep orders simple

Came here again with my sister and ordered cheesy chips - the chips were well-cooked and loaded with lots of tasty cheese. Tea perfect, coffee invigorating! We always have a good time here. There's inside and outside seating, although the outside seating is still under cover in the Galleries, so you're comfortable wherever you choose to perch! Toilets clean and fresh! What more do you want??

Came here for the first time the staff was brilliant carrot cake was perfect and the mocha was very nice but a little strong me and my girlfriend will definitely come here again sometime maybe when another gig is on. Many thanks for your service😁

Didn’t fancy the usual fast food for lunch so thought we would stop in here. Plenty of seating inside and outside (still inside the galleries,shopping mall) you order at the counter and wait for your drinks once you have paid, they give you a table number to take to your table and wait. We didn’t wait long and our food arrived. We had a grilled chicken salad and jacket potato with chilli, both were very good. We enjoyed our drinks too. It was a little expensive but we would still return.
