I had an amazing breakfast at Boswells Cafe! The food was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and everything was served piping hot. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to start the day. I highly recommend Boswells for anyone looking for a great breakfast experience!

Wednesday afternoons at Boswells Trowbridge are great, fantastic staff, very welcoming, helpful, Elliot is a pleasure, always willing to carry your coffee out to your table. Sheryl is so friendly and Christmassy with her Christmas clothes, they all cheer up.

We go to Boswells every weekend. The Trowbridge cafe is the best. Wide choice of culinary delights to suit every pallette (even mine and I'm a fusspot) . The staff are great particularly Sheryl, nicky, Egle, Andre and Abbey. It always seems busy but there aren't interminable queues like some other coffee shops in Trowbridge . Food is excellent and the setting in an old woollen mill is beautiful. I'd thoroughly recommend 👌

We live locally and visit the cafe 2-3 times every week with different friends We cannot fault anything about this cafe. The staff are always helpful and very polite to everyone. The food is hot and tasty with plenty of choices and staff are always happy to amend the menus to suit my Grandchildren! The management are always helpful if I ever need to speak to them for any reason. Sheryl, Laura,Nicola and Abbey are a credit to your company. Boswells is a lovely place with a lovely atmosphere. Food is always quick with no delays and the service is brilliant. Everyone is so friendly and can’t do enough for you. I was served by Issy who welcomed me with a smile and got me extra ketchup for my tuna melt panini which was lovely. Everyone in there is a credit to Boswells and I certainly recommend to everyone.

Very friendly staff. Always helpful in cooking food the way you as a customer like it if you are a fussy eater like me. Abbey is always smiling and a great manager will always go the extra mile. We really cannot fault Boswells in Trowbridge. The whole team are great, nothing is too much trouble. The management who interview and subsequently employ the staff should receive awards. They are lovely people, very rarely do you get service like this now. We cannot rate them all highly enough. Food is second to none and choice/variety is excellent. Well done all.

Love visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Children food was lovely and large portions, take away boxes offered for leftovers. Our food was delicious and fresh. Excellent price for a pot of tea.

Been going in 5 or 6 days a week usually for coffee and enjoy the company but sometimes a meal. Good is good and the staff are great some of the staff Cheryl Nic Laura & Abbie to name a few have been there a long time and got to know them well and all the staff are friendly and helpful even when under pressure. If I could rate Boswell’s higher than a 5 stars I would. They provide delicious food and drinks, I especially love their seasonal selection. The staff are all so lovely and kind, they always go above and beyond to help. The ramp into Boswells makes it accessible for everyone.

Food is okay but nothing special for those prices. Service workers are nice and polite. Just fine to make a quit stop for a coffee.

I love going into Boswells For me, my latte is always how l like it and always hot Cakes always tempting to buy. The staff are always pleasant n helpful. At times it's hard finding a table because of these situations re: this virus n distancing Apart from that Its All well organised for this purpose. Can l say whilst sitting on sofa, 11.20 A middle aged couple one carrying a full tray couldn't find anywhere to sit and were walking around looking. The assistant with dark hair noticed this and walked up to them as she found an empty table, as a couple had left from it. I used to waitress years ago l would have done the same thing. As l always used to look out for my customers if struggling etc. WELL DONE to you p.s. always lovely atmosphere at Boswell

Never had a bad meal in this place!, always fresh cooked food!. I hope with Greg’s opening next door that these guys don’t end up losing staff and pushing prices up. Please support them… been past recently and lots of empty tables now..

Every single lady working here is hard working and work as a great team. You can just tell with the extreme work load on a full on Saturday and they are friendly and helpful despite the amount of orders coming through. The food was fantastic and came very quickly. The organization of it all is testament to the way it's all managed also with everyone working hard to provide a fantastic service. Best service and breakfast for a long time for me. Had my 3rd breakfast here and it doesn’t disappoint! Tasty sausage, Runny eggs even the toast is proper farm house. The coffee is proper tasty and hot! It puts a lot of other cafes / restaurants to shame! Will be my regular from now on.

Really nice food if a little pricey. Usually nice enough staff and service. I would go in here for a lunch and to use their plugs so I could work on my laptop and get signal to hotspot off my phone. I lived in a village down the road and could never work at home due to signal. I tried to keep my visits down due to price but when I first found it, it was a bit of a winner. The picture here was a piri piri chicken Panini and was delicious.

We had an absolutely lovely experience at Boswells cafe today, when we went for an all day breakfast. The waitress who took our order was very efficient and friendly and was happy to swap my baked beans for salad. The young lass at the till was also very warm and friendly. Our tea and latte were perfect. Despite being quite busy, the food came out fast and was cooked to perfection. When the waitress served it she had a lovely manner and smile. It was such a pleasure to have such wonderful service. Even the young girl who was clearing and wiping the tables was doing a fantastic job. I've worked in hospitality for many years, and it was amazing to see such teamwork in action. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have. Awesome job!

I go quite often but this time I was a bit disappointed as the egg mayo and cress sandwich was OK but not very much cress and the salad was OK but no dressing. Also the frappe used to be ice blitzed. This time it was cold but like and liquid milkshake. I know they where busy .

The best Boswells in Wilts for sure 👌 Speedy friendly service with plenty of seating indoors or out front in the covered shopping centre. Good range of choices to suit most needs... Bacon butty was good for me 😁

Friendly staff, quick service, great prices, what is not to like about Boswells! It’s so difficult to find a variety of gluten free options for breakfasts but Boswells always have a huge range and are happy to accommodate any changes for you. Today I had the GF vegetarian breakfast and my partner had a sausage sandwich, both of which were delicious and served quickly. The staff are always so friendly and attentive every time we go and give all their customers a smile!

Come here occasionally and everything is always consistent- the only thing I would say that is a little frustrating is the 'wobbly' tables - it would be nice if this was addressed as its difficult to eat and drink when you're trying to stop the table constantly wobbling.

Called in for breakfast, chose a bacon bap . Although it was tasty I thought it was a bit expensive at £5+ . I ordered a cup of tea and waited for a while before a staff member told me mine was waiting to be taken on the end!

Just having soup and a roll and the service has been outstanding, considering they're busy.

I wish i could give this a higher rating but various factors left a sour taste in my mouth. Servers , although i understand the busy times and how hard it is, seemed very reluctant to serve people, the lady we saw with a sour face, whom i assume is the manager or supervisor, is very rude and judgmental. Paid £30+ for 3 toasties that not only took a while to get , but the tuna melt had more onion than tuna and cheese, as well as served on dirty plates , the drinks are awful, ordered fizzy drinks only to get watery and syrupy liquid in dirty glasses as well as finding specks of black. (Sent back) Wont be going back. Would rather go have breakfast at one of the restuarants nearby for the same price but much better service. Appalling.

A very busy place, if you prefer the quiet then this isn't for you, the food was lovely and the staff were polite and very helpful, there wasn't a disabled toilet otherwise I'd have given 5 stars.
