This is the most friendly restaurant in Chichester. The staff are always pleasant and cheerful and brilliant with children! The food is delicious too! Especially the pancakes!

The coffee and breakfast was presented and taste amazing. The vibe was lovely, great music and great service. Especially Bella, she provided excellent customer service and was there whenever we needed anything. Thank you.

Horrible! Do not waste your money! Cooked breakfast was barely cooked. Think the sausage was microwaved! Advertise smoked streaky bacon! 2 horrible normal bits come out full of fat & barely cooked . Staff rude.

Not very visible from the street, but very busy inside, this place serves very good buttermilk pancakes and nice tea.

What a gem of a place! Bank holiday Friday ... It was very busy. Still happiest floor staff I've ever seen. 😊 They had it all under control. I had the Smoked salmon Hash. I can recommend it, it was so so good! Toilets were clean. Some cafes can be abit claustrophobic, Not this one! The restaurant here has higher ceilings and is very spacious. Giving it an airy feel. Thank you especially to the lovely guy who shimmied our food over to us 😅

Great place etc etc but poor venue if you are disabled. I have said this many times on feedback yet nothing happens. I therefore ask what’s the point if feedback!?!

The friendliest cafe to visit in Chichester! Ideal for families and young children and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. The food is also delicious and it’s great to have kids’ versions of the meals that aren’t just chicken nuggets!

Huge, airy, dog friendly cafe in Chichester. Loved the decor and low pressure, no rush atmosphere. Enough space and tables to feel really comfortable. Great vegan options too (the big vegan breakfast was brilliant, my only criticism was the scrambled tofu was a bit underseasoned and over-turmeric’d). My parents loved their bacon sandwich and salmon/avocado/scrambled egg. Great drinks too.

Wow, Just wow. My family and I Visited for mothers day. Everywhere else in town was booked so we thought we chance it, boy, did we make the right choice! Albeit a wait to come in(expected considering how busy it was!!) We were sat as a group of 6 at a lovely booth. The team made my mum feel very special and even had a little gift surprise for her, unexpected but welcome! We had a good mix of things off the menu, all of it was of top quality and delivered to us with a smile. Team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and looked after. Special shout out to Amelia, Dean, Becca & Danny, im sorry I didn't get everyone else name! You've made 6 new regulars from today!

Unfortunately first and last visit. 30 minutes wait for drinks 55 for food. I know it was busy but I was by myself with my kids and was not offered any colouring when sat, I wasn’t told how to order (it was my first time so didn’t know) or where I could get water from. Also think it would’ve been nice to have been told the wait times. Because I was sat on such a small table when the waitress brought our food out she put the pancakes right in front of my 1 year who of course went straight it with his hands- it was steaming hot (microwaved) my food was ok, I’ve had better veggie breakfasts else where though, we had to wolf it down because of how long it took and I was running out of time. My daughter didn’t enjoy her milkshake and half of it was left. Shame.

We had breakfast at Boston Tea Party which is conveniently located in the centre of Chichester. The restaurant itself is spacious and modern and we decided to order online instead of queueing. Overall we were pretty impressed with the speed of service and quality of food - homemade hash browns were great. Kids breakfast good however the hot chocolate got a thumbs down from my son. Tasted like the powdered version. Would return if in the area.

We came for brunch and were NOT disappointed. My daughter ordered sweetcorn hash which she has had before and said is lovely. I was torn between that and the new addition to the menu - brunch bowl. Bobby,the member of staff serving us suggested that it is really food. I chose it. It is! 😋 A fabulous meal served by friendly, knowledgeable staff in warm attractive surroundings. Perfect 👌.

I came in for brunch this morning and ordered the sweet corn hash. It comes with Sriracha maple syrup and I asked the staff member on the bar (bobby) if they could possibly change it for the Siracha hollandaise that was also on the menu. Bobby explained that the till would not allow them to do this, but then came over and explained that they had spoken to the chefs who agreed to make the swap! My lunch was lovely and I really appreciated the extra effort that was made ☺️

Cal did an amazing job, so patient with my gluten and dairy free requirements. He did everything he could to put a plate together for me! Portions are small for the price you pay hence the 3 star for food and not 5. Delicious food but more of it would be great. Also dairy free milks without sugar and gluten free, healthie alternatives. I enjoyed me smoothie which I put together. Very accomodating and friendly staff. Also attentive and regularly walking around which is great.

Love this place BUT it is still disabled unfriendly. I have said on numerous occasions that my wheel chair friend cannot get in due to the doors and congested entrance. It really is unsatisfactory.

As first time visitors we were looking forward to a nice brunch here, the food was very tasty but a tiny bit on the pricey side. The egg was a little watery but other than that a good plate of grub.

No single use cups for coffee, which is fair enough. However, the lady got a reusable cup of the shelf, put my coffee in it, and when I got 10 minutes down the road and wanted to take a sip, I realised it was totally covered in dust and dirt, Which is not very appealing or hygienic. I don’t think I would go back the coffee again.
