The food came spicy when I asked for it not to be.

I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed by the decline in food quality and hygiene. The food was not up to standard, and I had concerns about cleanliness. When I reached out to provide friendly feedback, the manager was dismissive and aggressive, insisting their food was of the best quality rather than listening to a loyal customer. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place based on my recent experience.

Items missing and shop was very unhelpful of resolving this issue

Not everything was delivered item missing. I rang restaurant they said not there problem even though I'm a regular customer. Just eat said they would sort it still not head anything back from them

Chicken burger was so tough and dry I couldn’t bite into it. Had to throw it away. Chips were ok though

please check before you deliver..the chips are half boiled and the restaurant won't even look into this...2nd time complaining.

gave me an orange tango instead of a mirinda. kept pushing the delivery time back and the chips were cold. onion rings and the burger was really nice tho

Your delivery driver did not read the address properly, niether did he read my directions. I had to go out and collect my food on another road. Just isn't acceptable. If i was charged delivery i would of asked for a refund. If this poor delivery service continues I will just swap to a competitor of yours.

Items often missed in order, and when you call to complain you are greeted with a rude and arrogant worker that will blame the delivery driver every time and refuse to correct mistake. Saying "Call Just Eat". They have no customer care at all.

Missing items AGAIN. atleast half the time I order the Ice slush drinks and they fail to deliver them. Why such an issue with that perticular item?? If it runs out then take it off the menu, or call me to let me know instead of just not sending it.

Order late and half of it was missing, called the restaurant and they blamed the just eat driver

Not a bad pizza but some of the chicken was gristly 🤢 and for £2.90 portion of chips was too small, waste of £. Overall for just under £17 too expensive and not quality. Could buy a better pizza from Co-op 👍🏻 only positive was the quick delivery

The delivery was fast but the food wasn’t nice, the chips were hard and not hot enough and the two pieces of chicken tested old and cold and didn’t smell nice. Am very disappointed because the food is supposed to be my ifter which is my food after fasting.

Very salty chicken to point I couldn't eat it. The chicken wrap was burnt and hardly any filling. Nothing like it usually is and only thing enjoyed was the chips although was not many. I've ordered for some time but last 2 have been disappointing and will use somewhere else next time.

Disappointing pizza. Lacked flavour, don’t think there was any tomato sauce on the base! The crust was dry and hard. Lukewarm on delivery too 👎🏻 waste of £16 plus delivery fee! Too expensive for what it’s worth. Keep putting it up and we might aswell go back to pizza hut n dominoes to be ripped off
