Just had a very disappointing meal. My partner had the mushroom pizza, it was cold and tasteless. I had sea bass but they only had salad which was bland and I left hungry. Wine was excellent however it was not a good experience and we won't be returning.

The experience in the other bosco Restaurant was better. My Pizza was slightly burned on the bottom. The carbonara was Tasty but Small.

I sat at the bar, the chef was very friendly and the pizza was excellent.

Last night we had a round table for 7 people and ordered a mix of arancini, pizza, pasta and salad, washed down with a couple of bottles of house red. The food was excellent, the service also could not be faulted. Our only criticism was that we needed our phone torches to read the menu! More 4.5/5 I would say. Thank you for a lovely evening.

All ingredients at Bosco Pizzeria are shipped from Italy, including wine. So it has one of our favorite sweet white wines, Dindarello Maculan. They don't have many pizza choices, but the ventricina is good enough. In addition, their chill oil is very fragrant, dark green, with the aroma of roasted chili sauce, and spicy taste. ventricina has a spicy salami grilled until slightly crispy, a slightly sweet tomato sauce, and mellow cheese, which has an endless aftertaste; Bosco Carne is a red base pizza with Parma ham and cheese, which is salty and delicious; Amatriciana is a slightly spicy red base pizza Pizza, perfect for those who like spicy food; Among spaghetti, I have only tried Carbonara, which is a perfect combination of Guanciale (a kind of bacon), egg yolk (mayonnaise) and Parmesan cheese. It is an authentic Italian ingredient and method. Desserts are very traditional, Affogato, espresso and vanilla ice cream balls, the combination of sweetness and bitterness, refreshing after the meal.

Real quality pizza which stands out in a very competitive market in Bristol, but what really made it was just how accommodating and friendly the staff were to the two young children we had with us! Not many places can achieve being family friendly but also feel high end.

Great atmosphere and food in a very comfortable setting, lunch menu is very reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning!

We stopped here spontaneously just to get off the motorway for a bit. I have an irritating allergy and the staff were fantastic, they made a lot of effort to create a pizza that I could eat and were happy to do so. The staff were fabulous, highly recommended !!

Just returned from Italy…. The pizzas here are better than in Italy !! We had 2 Fresca pizzas with Parma ham perfecto , Parma ham to start a very generous portion . Well done and keep those standards.

Great artisan pizza. I left feeling that I should have ordered more , great service too and the restaurant is designed beautifully. It's cosy and relaxing. I would certainly come back again for pizza.

Bosco pizza is always amazing, the flavours are incredible and we always enjoy our experience here. That staff are welcoming and friendly.

Our Boscos experience was well worth it. You have to book in advance as it is busy and the seats are always filled. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The food was fantastic, my wife said it was the best carbonara she's ever had! I had a pizza and it was fantastic. On the booking they ask if there are any special occasions, which there was, it was my birthday. However, I didn't get any acknowledgement of that throughout the meal. But aside from that it was a fantastic dinner out.

We had take out pizza which was delicious and efficient taking only a few minutes before it was cooked by their wood fired pizza oven. The restraint was lively when we picked it up.

Beyond pizza, the menu offers a range of appetizers, salads, and desserts that complement the main dishes.

Outstanding! Great vibes in this place, has an art deco look. Food was as excellent, meal and salami pizzas both of which large. Courgette salad was very tasty too. Will return.

We ate here at their soft relaunch on a Saturday afternoon. The food was amazing and service great even though it was busy. One small piece of feedback was that we felt the music was just a touch too loud, we couldn't speak to each other properly, but everything else was great.

Had visited many times in the past and loved it - returned for a Saturday lunch but service seemed to break down, maybe lost our order, food took an hour to arrive but restaurant was only 20% full. Food not quite as good as what we remembered. Maybe just a bad day - hope so as was always a favourite when visiting Bristol.

Bosco Pizzeria is without doubt one of the best restaurant spots in Bristol. Across all food types! We bring all our guests who stay with us in Bristol to this place and everyone rightly raves about it. Last night we sat on the countertop and it was a super interactive experience. Shout out to one of the chefs Jason who took the time who talk us through some of the dishes despite servicing a stacked dinner service. We were super grateful!! Will be back very soon.

Amazing service and atmosphere, food was really nice! However, the Aglio was very salty neither me nor my partner could eat it. But the food was reasonably priced and our server was brilliant so would definitely visit again

We had a really nice experience here. The pizzas were very tasty and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I ordered from Bosco on uber eats and there was an issue with the app and my order was cancelled. I phoned up the restaurant and spoke with Saskia and she was absolutely lovely and sorted the issue out with urgency and care. You can tell this is a place where they really care about their customers and we will continue to support them!

Excellent service and delicious food

Pizza dough is delicious and high quality ingredients, but this may be the only place in Bristol with almost no vegan options- no vegan mozzarella, no dietary choices indicated on the menu, limited overall selection. In 2024 they could do much better! It didn’t feel friendly from this point of view.

We visited on a lunchtime for my birthday. It was our second visit and on both occasions we were treated by a beautifully light tasty pizza, attentive staff and a good selection of food and wine (something for everyone). Wasn't blown away, have had better food here previously. Found my calamari to be a bit chewy and not crisped up that much, and my pizza base was so thin it was barely there. The sausage on my pizza wasn't as expected, very pink and processed looking, but not claiming to be a sausage expert. Arancini was excellent though, highly recommend.

Genuine 5* experience. Staff second to none, Lisa (I think) was class. Pizza, Mussels, Arancini and Lasagne all top notch. Would be going here regularly if I lived in Bristol

Best pizza in bristol it’s not even up for debate. The vibes are immaculate.

We are regular customers, we used to come every weekend with our kids. This time we were not very well welcomed and placed on the counter with a freezing air coming from the kitchen, which was not very comfortable . Having seen two tables available (10-15 min) we asked to be moved to one of these but were told No. I am so sad about this strict No and that we had an awful experience!

Came here for a complimentary meal following a larger gathering at the cheltenham Bosco, and was blown away by the difference in food, hospitality and general atmosphere of the place. Luke our server oversaw every aspect of our experience and couldn't have been better. Finally understood the raving reviews about the pizza, flavoursome dough and tasty toppings. Highly recommend. Went on a Friday night too

The food is unreal - fresh, full of flavour and using high quality ingredients - which you can see for yourself as it’s prepared in their beautiful open kitchen. The food at Bosco is on the same level (if not better) than some of the top Italian restaurants in the city but at a far more reasonable price. The atmosphere is lovely, decor sophisticated, service was fantastic and much quicker than we expected considering that the restaurant was full (on a Monday night, which speaks for itself.) We’re converted and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you 😊

I never leave reviews but think this is important for people to know. I went for lunch with a work colleague, had a pizza and it gave me food poisoning. I’m not sure if it was the undercooked dough or the cheese but I was unwell all night. Definitely won’t be going back.

Went here for Christmas with a large group of friends, excellent service and the amount of food you get for the price was insane! We had so much food left we asked to take it home but there was so much we couldn’t even carry it.

Cracking arancini, great pizza and good service. I also ordered the cannoli but there was only one connolo. It was delicious but slightly disappointing.

One of my fav restaurants in bristol. Lovely food. However, I always have pizza so can’t speak for any other mains on the menu. The arancini and salads are nice too! If you sit at the bar by the pizza oven you can watch them make the pizzas and sides which is fun.

We enjoyed our dinner at Bosco a lot, especially the Zeppole.

Music is too loud and it's a wait for the service, but the food is good, authentic and not too expensive, although I noticed portions of small plates got smaller

Just amazing pizza, hard to get a table but book in advance to save disappointment , we had a pizza bar table so could watch them all being made.

Although it's a chain albeit a small one, it has that independant feel to it. The food is great and the staff were very friendly with great service.

Food excellent. Knocked a star off as I asked for my pizza to take away and mentioned I would be eating it on the drive home. This was made impossible by the simple fact that it wasnt sliced. I'm all for not slicing pizza normally but my request was specific

Favourite restaurant in Bristol. I’m a student and it is great value for money. I’ve been there many many many times and it never disappoints. Would recommend the Arancini, meatballs (polpete) and Tagliata con Rucula. And any pizza is incredible. My favourite is the Emilia romagna

This may be the best pizzeria I’ve been to in the UK. We went on a Monday night expecting it to be quiet, however every table and counter was full. Glad we booked! Great atmosphere, really friendly staff and the Pizza was just amazing. Don’t be put off if you can only book a counter when all the tables are full, there’s plenty of room and it didn’t stop my colleague and I nattering away all evening. They have a wood fired pizza oven that’s at one end of the restaurant, so you can see them making the food. What a great place. Just make sure you book! I will definitely be returning here when I’m up next.

First time going here. I didn't know what to expect but the staff were lovely and the was food really good! Definatly recomend the conoli dessert! They are quite small but delicious! Will definitely be going back!

Reliable. Have been coming here for nearly 7 years, and the food is always great. Nice spot for lunch, but definitely book for dinner and wear layers - it can get pretty hot. Fresh tiramisu - first piece from the tray. 😋

I find Bosco to be consistently fantastic! Recently went with a party of 10. The food was delicious and came out at the same time, all this achieved in an already packed restaurant! Really high quality ingredients.

Favourite place for pizza in Bristol. Tables are a bit too small for the pizza sizes and it's a bit too crowded. Overall a really good experience.
