Boost Juice Bar in Leicester

This short small young girl with glasses was just standing there doing nothing. I waited like 10 minutes after calling her a few times but she kept saying she was busy but she wasn’t even doing anything. Finally she came to the front desk and said “what do you want” rudely and “hurry up and order I’m busy”. I didn’t order because of how rude she was and then asked for the manager. She said she is the manager so I asked for the head offices number and then she said that I can “shove it up yours”. A horrible first and last experience and I’ll never go back again. She still works there as I see her often when I walk through the Highcross. I will be complaining to head office with a formal complaint.

Visited Boost today and was served by Lexi. She was so friendly, professional and helped me to choose the perfect drink! Would definitely come back!

I’m impressed with the quality and variety of the smoothies and juices. The staff is friendly, especially Alex who made my day with his positive attitude. The drinks are consistently fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

I ordered a mango tang for me which was lovely and a protein smoothie for my son - when he told the server Jacob he didn’t like banana he suggested a change which we appreciated. Really friendly staff in there and fun music too!

Came to boost juice today and ordered a tropical storm smoothie, my server Lexi was fantastic, she made sure I knew all about the drink and all the ingredients! Thank you Lexi! 10/10 would come back

The mango tang crush is the best summer drink and is the definition of refreshing in the summer and in some cases after a long shop around town.

I ordered three smoothie via uber eats. They all arrived tipped over in the bag, not wrapped up at all like they should’ve been because it would’ve been obvious that they were going to spill.

A little bit expensive but very tasty.

The chubby sloppy scruffy English/Irish guy with a beard and moustache is very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional, he always gives customers dirty looks and tries to drive the customers away from the business, he also tries his best to make the juice taste as nasty and tasteless as he possibly can, literally tastes like ice and water when he makes it, when you ask him to remake it due to no flavour being there, he argues back with the customers, but the worst is the rude nasty stares he gives you which gives you the feeling that he doesn't want to serve you. All the rest of the staff are amazing and are great at their jobs, I request that Boost immediately give him some training in customer service as he is making you lose many good loyal customers, he is driving away customers as apose to attracting them to your business.

Been Coming Here For A Few Years Now But Gosh Lately There Getting Tight With The Fruit And That's With An Extra 60p Added You Just End Up With Blended Ice Cream! Sorry But The Staff Bar One Girl Are All Just Miserable And You Need Some New Smoothies As People Just Get Bored And Go To Detox Shack Up Town And I Do Think That For A Regular The Price Is Too Expensive For What You Get And There's Just No Enthusiasm From The Miserable Staff Towards The Customers. It Needs Improvement And Fast!

Absolutely loved my drink! I got the tropical juice and my 21 month old loved it as well! Definitely worth the money! People who say it's expensive have clearly never purchased fruits in stores before! £4.99 for a regular tropical drink (which is quite a lot actually) is Definitely NOT expensive! I'm looking forward to going again and trying the different blends! 5/5

Probably the highest price anyone dare charge. £6.15 with the luxury of double ginger and even then you can’t taste it. You can’t get between a fool and his money. The drink won’t kill you but the price will.

The after taste on the penut butter milkshake reminds me of gone-off bananas with the mix of cheap myprotein powder. Terrible decision.

Amazing juices, the All Berry Bang is to die for! Staff were very friendly, but very distracted. Nevertheless, I love the fact that they blend it in front of you, I think it's a very nice touch. The juices actually taste like real fruit (Because they are!), Unlike than the usual juices that taste artificial and are not very good for you. Would definitely recommend!

What makes this place special is the passion and good energy of those that work there. The juices have a fresh taste and are a great fix for those that need... well, a boost!

Absolutely 100% recommend this place. Everytime I go, I have to get a banana buzz! They are sooooooo good. Prices are fair. 50p for double the fruit. How can you go wrong. There is such a big selection of smoothies and juices. Staff are very polite and friendly.

Can be pricey - working out about £5 for a normal drink with extra fruit. However, you can see your order being prepared and know what's going into it - only fresh fruit and fresh ingredients, and no nasties. The company seems ethical and I was very happy with the service and the menu choices.

This place is a total con. How can one be charged £5.45 for fresh juice. Its even watered down. Brought fresh water Melon juice did not taste anything like my Nutri Bullet. This is day light robbery. Now some might say its what you pay for for going healthy. Well those who think that well your more than welcome to get robbed legally. To pay £5.45 for any juice is beyond a joke. All healthy people need to acknowledge this and use there common sense so they don’t get robbed and feel like how I feel. Boost Juice should feel ashamed for there prices. You should be encouraging people to be healthy and get healthy not ripping them off. This place don’t even deserve 1 star either.
