Thank you to Rifat and Santana for taking the time to explain the different juices to me. They both went above and beyond to help me. Feedback for marketing, could you have a vegan protein shake please.

£7.40 for a fresh juice drink, sure it was frozen though. Order taken by the moody store manager, served by a guy with an attitude. Drinks tasted like crap too, binned half of it.

Quick and easy service, drink tastes great. Staff member with blonde hair was friendly and efficient, 10/10 will recommend

Not usually one for fruity drinks but was recommended the strawberry squeeze by Santana (?). Really enjoyed it. Will definitely be coming back

first time at boost and i was surprised with the great service and friendly attitude from the staff especially Santana who made us all feel very welcome, the drinks were delicious, will be coming back for more

Love the Eldon Square Boost shop. The staff are so friendly and always know my regular drink without me asking. Fab!!!

Absolutely disgraceful. Been 3 times now to give them 3 chances to get it right but they are just really a bad cheap rip off company who use 4 INGREDIENTS ONLY for EVERY SINGLE THING : 1. JUICE 2. FAT FREE YOGURT 3. OVER RIPE/ OFF BANANAS OH AND ICE! LOTS OF ICE TO BULK UP THE DRINK. THERE IS NO REAL FRUIT ( FRESH OR FROZEN) IN YOUR SMOOTHIES. OPTED FOR " DOUBLE THE FRUIT" AND THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE IN THE CONSISTENCY OR THE TASTE .. LIKE HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE STOPPED. MAKING PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE BEING HEALTHY WHERE INFACT YOU ARE FEEDING THEM FULL OF SUGAR JUICE AND SOME FROZEN YOGURT AND ICE BLENDED TOGETHER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I was served by a lovely team leader (unsure on name but had blonde hair) she made our first experience of boost juice amazing! and we will definitely be back she’s a credit to your team.

Just purchased a mint condition… £7.05 what a rip off. There’s hardly any mint in the juice and I watched her put yellow celery into the juicer… basically, soft, out of date celery. It should be the freshest of vegetables for the price. Very disappointed.

My carrot-ginger juice for over 7£ tasted old and awful, definitely not fresh (was prepared in the back where you can't see what they do). So disappointed :(

My favorite drink, Mango mg, is very different from its quality in Australia. The taste is not worth the price. Thank you

I went today for my lunch, got made to hurry my order, was spoken to so rudely, when i told her i had eldon square discount she didn’t accept it, was made to feel so uncomfortable i left with no drink. I didn’t manage to get the girls name however she was younger with bunches. Will not be coming back.

Juice was nice but £7 a pop seems a bit too much for what you get.

I was served awful smelly juice which was not fresh and when i did complained the assistant manager and the team member argued with me. not worth for the amount you charge and 0 for service. such people should be jobless and more deserving people should be employed

It has a wide variety of juices, smoothies etc. and well crafted. We all liked the juices and will visit again.

Tepid, watery juice full of fibres. Totally not what I was expecting for 6 quid.

So disappointing my younger sister who is very shy got rudely spoken to even though they made the mistake so disappointed made a comment to make her feel embarrassed never again should if went Starbucks

Juice is nice, customer servise 0 and negative. Whatever you want they just say we don’t have it, we can’t do it!!!! I have had a juice in the Manchester branch and they supposed to do the same in Newcastle but it is totally different as Manchester is 100% better than Newcastle. Staff are so rude and they do not know how tp talk to customers👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Had some great juices in a big variety. However, the saleswoman seemed a bit confused with a few persons showing up at the same time. Even though the queue wasn't long, we had to wait for quite a bit.

Ordered the Banana Buzz that day, it was tasteless.

I like the booster as its keep my body more energetic

Amazing quality. Good range of products with some very tasty and what i want to believe is also healthy items on the menu. Picing could be better but still pretty fair.

Gorgeous juices and all freshly made. Pricey but a healthier option.

Have to admit boost has delisious smoothies, I personally love the tropical storm, when I'm not waiting for it for 15 minutes. To be honest that's not their only problem, they have rude staff, prices are so high and u can barely see what u can order because its under a huge block of wood. Biggest problem is defiantly the staff, I have never met a cashier as rude as the one working there. Fire her!

The energy lift supersmoothie with double fruit does exactly what the name suggests and is absolutely delicious! With the loyalty card you get every tenth smoothie free and a free one the week of your birthday which is great. I just wish there were more Boost bars in the North East!

Delicious smoothies with a wide range of options, and their discount card scheme isn't half bad (receive a free drink if your name is randomly selected). However, it can be pricey for a drink, and you probably won't have a chance to sit.

Good place for smoothies on the go. There is however nowhere to sit
