Boodles Cafe in North Tyneside

The quality has changed at last! the food is fresher and tastes even better! and is defiantly worth paying extra for. The portion sizes are great, ideal for sharing between two!

ive never been there but I walk past ithough why not the atmosphere was ace the staff were realy frendly and I had the most devine chiken wings ever

We have been going to Beaches & Cream for years and always love it. Today was really disappointing. We arrived at 2.30, nobody greeted us, we had to ask if we could sit down, there were several tables dirty despite 5 staff and lots of empty tables. When we approached the counter to order, we were told the kitchen was closed. You’d think they’d tell customers this before they sat down. One girl was taking orders and having to prepare the order and take it out, whilst 3 other visible staff were chatting, this caused unnecessary wait times. One waiter was hovering around tables, too close, making conversation uncomfortable. It was a really disappointing experience and not what we have come to expect from past experience, we travel over half an hour to go there and wish we hadn’t made the effort. I’m not sure why the kitchen closed so early, if we had known, we could’ve gone elsewhere, but more importantly, we should’ve been told as soon as we came in.

Food was nice driver a bit of a pain

We came in here to just have a quick drink while we catch up with my girlfriend. We got in 2hrs before closing last Sunday so it was really nice and quiet. It was my puppies first time being in a place like this, everyone was really nice and respectful. Good service, Really nice place, we'll be back
