FOR FUTURE HOSTESS!!!!!!! This is why they need new hostesses every 1-3 months…. I left this job in nov2024 when my friend joined I realised so much that they was attempting to pimp us out to get their sale target and push us to flirt with men when we clearly felt uncomfortable, even pulled my friend aside by the Manger and got told that she would have to be the only one to serve the owner downstairs and when I spoke up for her as she was too scared he didn’t even care and said it’s okay she can just check on him every 15 minutes when she wasn’t comfortable at ALL!! Customers would tip drinks on me swear at me insult me and the manger would blame me and apologise to them for their own behaviour they made us wear heels for 6-10 hours a day until I realised this is actually illegal to do so and started to wear flats, they want us to wear revealing clothes just for the men to lust over us and buy more, one previous worker used to sleep with customers which was known and not addressed to her, she was racist towards me and she was still allowed to work there, furthermore when it was busy and out of ciroc the AM would go into the back fill ciroc bottles with cheap vodka they usually use for bottomless brunch but would charge for a grey goose or ciroc , the manger is a bully and unprofessional, when me and my friend gave my notice he accused me of pushing my friend to make that decision too when really and truly they pimp out staffs and I was rarely allowed breaks especially when I was wearing heels so I would randomly just sit in the back of house due to the pain I was enduring in my back and legs, my manger eventually didn’t mind me wearing flats but suggested if the owner comes in to change into heels which I didn’t do.

Fab afternoon at Bonds! Matthew and the team looked after us so well! Great atmosphere and made the afternoon run so smoothly.

Great atmosphere and lovely place for cocktails . The bartenders were quick and were lovely to chat with . Recommend buying drinks from Anderrsen amazing bartender and very energetic

If your looking for a place to go for drinks or celebrate on the weekend this is personally the place I would go, staff are the best and it’s always lively on a weekend with DJs and so many friendly people to talk to.

Great place to go in Norwich. This venue has a lovely atmosphere and great staff to compliment the venue. The cocktails and food are excellent. Special mentions must go to the General Manager Matthew & his staff. Anderson is always very welcoming as well as Liberty and the rest of the amazing staff. Don’t pass this place without popping in for a great time!! 👍

coming to bond a few weeks back for cocktails which where amazing! Staff very friendly and attentive! Ended up in the whiskey bar with Andy, service was amazing really enjoyed the whiskey even though I’m not a big fan! Couldn’t fault what so ever would defo recommend ♥️

booked a bottomless brunch for friday the 7th march at 15:30pm , was told they don’t do a bottomless brunch on a friday yet i had confirmation . They also had an event on and after seeing my confirmation they offered for us to sit inside while there was a massive party going on or sit outside on coffee tablets? They was rude and unapologetic seemed like they just wanted us to go just so they could carry on with their event yet this was their fault.

Arrived at the restaurant and was warmly received by staff, very friendly helpful and attentive. We had the SUNDAY ROAST Beef, Chicken and myself a vegetarian had the mushroom wellington. All meals were served and presented beautifully, all looked delicious with roasted carrot, roast potatoes, cabbage stacked with meat on the top and a large delicious Yorkshire pudding. The mushroom wellington was excellent, very tasty with all the same veg with broccoli on the side. Extra veg such as cauliflower cheese could be ordered separately but there was really more than enough. The meals were delicious. We had no room for dessert but we opted for a 2 for 1 cocktail, we had the pecan martini, different and very nice, a desert in itself. The DJ started his set up at 5pm , so my recommendation if you don’t want the loud music then be ready to leave by 5pm

We have been using Bond to host our quarterly professionals network events for a few years now. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. The venue is modern and spacious and the food served is delicious and very well received. We will continue to use Bond for the foreseeable future.

Booked a private group Whisky Tasting in the downstairs bar as part of a stag do, Morgan was fantastic from the off and couldn’t be more attentive in arranging the booking and catering to what we were after to make it feel special (even for what is quite a generic booking), and followed up afterwards which was a lovely touch! Really cosy settings downstairs for the private function and the bar staff were good fun and very accommodating on the day - would definitely return to Bond in general

Slap bang wallop in one of Norwich's most historic areas, this is a fine bar that is fit for a fine city. 5* experience.

I visited here with a few friends, and we unanimously agreed afterwards that this is in our top 3 stops in the city.

This is the place that will always be my first choice in norwich. Amazing staff, Incredible service, and even better food and drink. All round fantastic experience every time.

We booked a table for sunday lunch (luckily didn’t pay in advance as is an option) - we turned up and the doors were shut, no way to get in and no one answering the phone. It says it’s open online, and is taking bookings AND a credit card hold incase I AM a no show. I hope i’m not going to be charged because we were most definitely there and no one else was.

Our Sunday roast was enjoyed by both of us yesterday. We arrived a bit early, just as they were setting up in fact. No worries we had a drink at the bar and took a seat for a while. Ordered one beef, and one turkey. Requested medium rare but wasn't really bothered unless it was well done. Received well done. Didn't complain not much point. Was still very good. The cauliflower cheese was excellent and Wife loved her turkey so all good. Wine list was good so had a lovely Malbec. Wasn't particularly busy which was a shame but we are coming out of roast season I guess and this is a new venture for them. We hadn't been here before but we had been to Reeds a few years back. Looks great have to say. Good service by Ellie and Kyle. Credit to the company. We shall return. For drinks maybe, but definitely for food. (As an aside only one keg beer was on out of three, perhaps a heavy Saturday night?!).

Went for the launch of the Sunday lunch and what an amazing lunch ! Roast beef was tender and plenty of perfectly cooked vegetables, service was second to none, the staff were very friendly and so attentive ! Definitely good value for money! Great atmosphere in lovely surroundings, would highly recommend, will definitely go again, Well done Bond No28

I recently visited for the first time as part of a large private party and left feeling quite annoyed by the randomly increasing prices and stealth charges. As an example, a pint at the start of the night was £6.50, by the middle of the night it was £7, at the end it was £8.50 because of an extra £1.50 "service charge". The staff weren't even bringing drinks to the tables, it was all bar service! The venue itself is ok, the staff were pleasant enough, but the "dynamic pricing" is incredibly shady.

Delicious cocktail and nice environment. Comfortable seating, nice lighting. The music was an odd choice on a Saturday early evening, Unchained Melody and similar. Also added a service charge very discreetly, paid without seeing the actual bill. Polite and efficient dealing with the query by who I assume was the manager. With these things in mind, I would go in again.

We had bottomless brunch at Bond yesterday for my hen do. It was absolutely amazing, private room, the staff got involved, coming round topping drinks up. Thank you for an awesome start to my hen do! ☺️🥂

First visit, recommended by my daughter. We were welcomed by a lovely young lady, Nadia, who more than looked after us throughout our two hour bottomless brunch. The cocktails were awesome, we had each one on the menu, there was no wait, the food was tasty and hot, I had the chicken waffle and my daughter had the avocado on sourdough whilst great music was playing. This has to be worth a visit when in Norwich and I can't wait to return. The staff and Manager were friendly and chatted with us. Thank you Bond for a perfect birthday celebration. We had a great afternoon. See you again.

Held a private party downstairs in Whisky & Rum - lovely atmospheric room. Staff were hugely helpful and friendly, and the food was great.

Somewhere without the groups of lads (maybe I'm getting old). It's a nice bar, a bit small for when it gets busy but still, worth a visit

Upon arrival we thought brilliant? There’s a dj a bit of atmosphere at a brunch for a change. But our opinions quickly changed. The food selection was minimal all much of the same with a different variation not to my liking? And when it did arrive it was pretty tasteless! The drinks selection was also lacking variety, one of the girls in our group doesn’t like sweet tasting drinks, but everything on the menu is sweet, on top of that not once did a member of staff come up to ask if we wanted another drink, we constantly had to keep looking over to catch their eyes to ask! We had 4 drinks in 2 hours, not what you want for a “bottomless brunch” There were only 3 staff on and they would all circulate around the bar chatting not offering top ups to the table! Well we won’t be returning that’s for sure

Great place to hang and chill out. DJ was great with a mix of old and new. The bar offered an extensive range of cocktails and drinks. One of our favourite places in Norwich.

Didn't realise there is a dress code? Host let me in and then another bouncer grabbed me by the arm and made me leave saying I was dressed inappropriately for wearing converse shoes. Awful way to humiliate someone Should never grab someone without threat from them, could've approached me gently regards my attire

Beware of incorrect prices on the drinks menu. A £4.8 Corona turned into a £5.5 among other drinks. To their credit, the manager was quick to refund me the difference. The Pina Colada tasted devoid of any alcohol. On the positive side, the ambiance was quite good and the staff were friendly.

I pre-booked Bond No.28 three months ago for a group booking after reading the reviews. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. I was initially shared images of the area I had pre-booked which looked great, and I also asked to pre-order some bubbly as a surprise for the guests I was with. Whilst email communication was okay to begin with, I then had to follow up with a call 4 times to double check my booking was definitely confirmed and to ask to pay for the pre-ordered bubbly. When arriving on the evening, we were shown to a high table in the middle of the bar, with about 5 chairs, not ideal for a group of 13! I had to show the email and images I had been sent in advance to the team and they then agreed to move those that were sat in our area and allow us to sit there. Not the most ideal situation particularly after booking so far in advance and having to call up numerous times beforehand to double check everything was okay.

Been to Bonds a few times recently, great cocktails (if a little pricey), good service and music. Makes a good venue if you're looking for a relaxed chat (outside) or want a couple drinks before heading elsewhere later. Also good for a coffee during the day for a meeting.

I used to love love love this place on a staurday night with Dj, loads of people chatting and drinking amazing cocktails from the lovely barmaids. Unfortunetly this Saturday night I was 1 of 3 people in there at 8pm , no DJ and £28 for 2 drinks. There's a reason it's empty and I hate to say it won't be long before this place closes

First time visiting and I am highly impressed, although the bar was extremely quiet, presumably due to the weather, the atmosphere was lovely. Very classy bar with incredible cocktails, the premium espresso martini is one to try, possibly even the best in Norwich. Bar tenders were lovely and incredibly knowledgeable, recommending some amazing sounding drinks that I'll definitely be returning to try.

First time here and went downstairs to the whisky & rum bar with friends after a wedding reception. Very relaxed vibe and the bartender was top notch. Would happily return next time I'm in the city centre.

We used to love Bonds...table service in a lovely atmosphere....attention to detail... Went yesterday 12th March...table service was non existing... we had to queue for drinks and wait ages ...music was so loud you could not hear people talk...and £49 for x4 cocktails is seriously over priced... We won't be going back...

The waitress was really nice, but the speed of service from the bar was terrible - we waited more 50 mins for cocktails that had been preordered a week in advance. The availability of things from the menu was also very poor, with most of the whiskeys unavailable.

Lively place with an extensive drinks list. The Whisky and Rum bar in the cellar was just perfect for an enjoyable drink in a very comfortable atmosphere. Excellent service.

Went to Drink here after being out in Norwich with the Lunch Club, 23 Degree day on a Friday late September, refused entry because we had Shorts, seriously !!!!!!!! Visited this venue over the last 20 years and it's always struggled. But refusing Six Business guys wanting to drink whiskey in their basement bar seems crazy when they had 5 people in the bar !!!! Lovely place, brilliant cocktails, great atmosphere and above all, amazing staff and service. My friend became quite ill during our visit and the staff were so understanding and helpful, went above and beyond normal customer service to help us out. Can't thank them enough. Would give 10 stars if I could.
