Food was cold. Beef was super chewy. Food was 40 minutes late. Called for an update and nobody answered for 10 minutes. It just rung out. Usually this place is decent food wise but was super annoyed with the whole experience

Visited for Mother's Day. Food was delicious. Authentic Indo-Chineese and good size portions. The schezwan prawns starter was the highlight. Service was friendly and food arrived quickly. Wish we lived closer!

Where to start from - Amazing interior, great place to meet friends along with delicious food. The food was yummy n the potion size was just right. Attentive staff, great service, couldn't ask for much. A well spent evening at Bombay Wok. Will definitely return.

Delicious food, amazing service! Had been with friends and kids for lunch. Had pre-booked so the table was ready. Kids had a separate table where they could indulge in their own activities like colouring and hence remained engaged throughout. Food was delicious and service was quick even though we had a large order. Good suggestions made by the servers so we had a variety of tasty food. We were looked after well by Adrian and the team ensuring prompt refill of drinks and timely table clearance. Highly recommend the restaurant for good food, friendly and prompt service and overall a grand time! Thank you Bombay Wok team for a memorable afternoon. Will sure visit again.

The soup is hot and salty cant even have few spoons

The app showed the food delivered on time but after calling the restaurant 4 times, the food was delivered 35 minutes later. Food was cold when delivered.

Great spot, fantastic chilled atmosphere, lovely staff with zaid and co. working tirelessly to maintain a smooth experience. Loved the Kung Pao Chicken especially among the superb spicy food all reasonably priced! Love a place like this once in a while and we will certainly return for more!

Didn’t have a great experience as a group. We booked to have their unlimited meal menu. We were outrightly denied that as (rule 1) it isn’t offered to group bookings. Ok, we were given a choice between a la carte or set menu. We went ahead with the set menu. No written set menu anywhere but the manager’s mouth. The menu consisted of two veg and two non-veg starters, two veg and one non-veg main with rice and noodles all for £25. Sounded great! The problem (rule 2) was though our group had 4 vegetarians and we were informed no replacements for the non-veg items given for the vegetarians and will be charged the same £25. That seemed quite unfair but the manager was stuck to it. The fun (rule 3, 4, 5, …….) began once we started to choose the menu to let us know a lot of items that can’t be done. Food started to arrive quite quickly and it tasted good. There were a lot of leftovers which when we asked to pack was told that’s not possible (another rule). One of the staffs told us it would be a food for the staff. We left wondering - if we wouldn’t have arrived as a group and ordered the set menu, would the staff go hungry 🤔 - the manchurians were harder than normal felt like fried more than twice! Were there more group bookings in the day or day before and staff couldn’t finish that all? The moment this thought appeared, we couldn’t relish the food anymore - even if the left over food was binned, that didn’t sound right too Sadly, not a place I would recommend. They didn’t try their best to give us a good experience instead tried their best to indicate we were meant to accept what they give us. It was too late for us to find another place. So we carried on. We went there a few years ago before the refurbishment and had a very good experience. We didn’t have the same this time. The mains weren’t as good either. The overall experience wasn’t nice!

Lunch time visit on a Friday. Restaurant was clean and had a welcoming feeling. Adrian explained the unlimited menu and gave us time to decide if we wanted lunch there without any hard sell. The food was good and the portions plentiful. There is no need to order a table full at one time. Take your time and order as and when needed. The wait time was a little on the long side but bear in mind the food is cooked to order and I’d rather it cooked fresh than batch cooked so the wait wasn’t an issue. It was my husband’s birthday and Adrian made a lovely gesture of a piece of cake with a candle. Definitely worth a visit and for the cost for unlimited food you can’t go wrong. I waited an hour for the most tasteless and disappointing food. Very disappointed.

Absolutely appalling service. We came with my family.Just 2 members of staff to be seen. Waiting times after ordering food was 35 min plus as they were busy preparing for takeaway orders. Had to pay for parking twice. Soup wasn't accompanied with soy sauce or vinegar..we had to keep asking for things. Had to ask for water 3 times before we were given a jug. Just wondering if the management has changed cause the service was absolutely poor and not like what it used to be. Definitely not returning.

Lovely food and generous size portions too. Service was great with the staff being brilliant on advising on the food. There was also a magician on hand. We were asked if we wanted him to come over, he is paid by the restaurant to entertain while you wait for your food. He was brilliant, and seeing the magic close up was pretty impressive.

Most definitely its the ultimate experience. Even though it was very busy the quality of the food and the service was tops.I have been going there for soooooo long, even before the "eat as much as you like "offer was introduced.I can categorically say that they have maintained the standards of service and the quality of the food all along .Well done Bombay Wok .

Horrible Terrible. A unique blend of bland and spicy food which will leave you completely high and dry.It was so bad that we left everything there without eating.Tap water was good though.

Kudos to the staff for putting up such an amazing and efficient service. Food quality and taste was taken utmost care of. Would recommend to add some reward or membership programme for frequent visitors.

Firstly food is well overpriced. The soups were lovely but the rest was just standard. Delivered 2 hours after order was placed, restaurant excuse was that the kitchen is busy and they had several orders at the same time - why accept more than you can handle?? Also poor communication in letting us know. When I called the restaurant they said would be delivered by 8.35 and still took a further 20mins. No gesture of goodwill at all, just an apology. Won't be ordering from here again.

I went for dinner on January 1 with my girlfriend & I had the worst experience . starters took more than 25 mins . Then we waited for more than 40mins for the main course. when we asked the waitress how long it will take for the food to arrive she said seven mins .we waited more than 15 mins & still the food didn’t been served. then we need to leave without having our dinner .

We ordered a takeaway for our family lunch. The Kolkata chilli chicken was the standout dish and highly recommended. Would also recommend the salt ‘n pepper fish. The flavours were well rounded and diverse and very authentic. The place to go if you are looking for Indo-Chinese food.

Took over an hour and half for the food to be delivered. When we called the restaurant they said that food would be with us any minute but only arrived after another 20 minutes. Terribly slow delivery service.

Starters were good. Chilli chicken was off, chef and manager argued saying they served 60 customers with same chicken and no complaint. Staff in particular manager and chef needs more training towards professionalism. Won’t be visiting or recommending.

Order took over an hour and forty minutes for the food to be delivered. When I called the restaurant they said they have staffing issues and issues with drivers and hence the food hasn’t left yet. I asked why they couldn’t have called to let me know that my food is going to be delayed for which I only got an apology for the miscommunication.
