Bombay Express in Highland

I love it it tasted so lovely and the staff was really nice also it only took 5 minutes for my meal to get done no wonder why every time I walk by there packed with customers I will go back next time

yummy pizza and vegetable biryani both delicious .service was quick and good .I will recommend the place and will visit it again .

Went to order a takeaway, didn’t even venture in to the shop, there was about 10 - 12 children sitting around in the takeaway, they had their food and were throwing it around the shop and at each other, the member of staff stood at the counter watching this taking place, would never go back.

I nipped in and ordered a chicken vindaloo and naan bread and a burger roll and chips. I was the only person in there, waited about 45 minutes for it. The man behind the counter was very rude and condescending. I took it home and the curry was actually inedible it was so disgusting I binned it straight away. I would avoid this place like the plague

So, after a long journey north to wick we ordered a takeaway- nobody else in there, no distractions! Waited the best part of an hour to pick up takeaway... one main course and two side dishes missing. Qualify of food was awful. Suggest you avoid this place like the plague.

Went for a pizza after the pubs waited a ridiculous amount of time nearly 40 minutes when it wasn’t busy and got the wrong pizza!! When I told the man the pizza was wrong he shouted at me it was right and was very rude. Wouldn’t suggest going here as it is so bad.

I’m disappointed that I couldn’t give this place minus five stars, as the service is terrible!! Asked where my kebab was and the managers response was “you can’t get a kebab at this time” after already ordering one over the phone and being told to come and collect it. When confronted his response was “what do you want me to do? Undigest the kebab I eat earlier and give it to you?” Absolutely horrific customer service. Waited over an hour for a pizza, and when asked for a refund and the pizza he said, that he had already called us forward for the pizza which was taken by someone else, which was wrong and his response was “it’s your word against mine”. Would not waste your time going to this absolute dive! When the pizza was finally received it was far from worth the wait. I’d rather eat a mouldy flip flop than but that vulgar pizza in my mouth again!!
