Authentic Indian taste. Fast service. Nice and vibrant vibe. Very close to Mumbai taste. Must visit for curry lovers. Loved the variety of chaats with topped with sprouted moong beans.

We had a good experience having lunch from this restaurant. Good ambience, fast service, tasty food.

The street food here is so good! There are so many options to pick from. My favourite being the Shieka Lamb. The service was slow at first but after the first starter arrived it was very quick. The atmosphere was amazing there were decorations everywhere. It really made me feel like I was in India.

Great vegan options, definitely some highlight dishes. A place to bring visitors, and maybe scrap your next weeks Sunday roast as bombay and co has a really nice chill vibe for a Sunday afternoon/evening. Book I advance for Saturday and Friday. Try the Vangi Masala.

If you looking for Indian food in cotswolds then this is the place, Amazing Vada pav and other street food, nimbu soda was highlight in drinks, and creative interior.

Never thought I can find authentic dhokla and fresh jalebi in this part of the world ....all food is freshly cooked and not warmed from the freezer and as you step in you hear all 90s Bollywood songs ..... बस मुड़ बन ही जाता है।

Starters very good, was looking forward to main Oh what a disappointment, had goat curry my wife had the lamb gosht both very bland & couldn't really tell the difference between the 2 dishes.

1. Food came very late (main course and dessert) 2. Spice level too high 3. Dessert quality was mediocre

Fabulous authentic food. The spicy is exactly that. Really good variety with something for everyone

First time we've been to this establishment and we had driven a far distance to get there (a few hours). We ordered Punjabi samosa, crispy onion bhajis, masala chips, mixed uttapam, paneer harayali, pau bhaji and chilli paneer. Pros : crispy onion bhajis, mixed uttapam, masala chips, pau bhaji and paneer harayali were good. Cons: the chilli paneer had a temperature variation throughout the dish. It felt like uncooked paneer had been put in their sauce. Punjabi samosa weren't great in taste. Limca and thumbs up seem watered down and flat.

It was an amazing experience with this restaurant. And the nicest thing is Mr. Tanvir. Such a nice and attentive guy.

Enjoyed a really authentic and delicious meal at Bombay and co with our family. Chicken lollipops were super fresh and flavourful. Chat dishes were yummy and authentic. Chicken and mutton biryani was delish and the lassi was fresh too. The gentleman who waited on us was really honest about their portion sizes and was very good with helping us understand the menu and suggesting dishes to our taste. They even gave us a complimentary mango lassi! Toilets could be improved. Other than that, really enjoyed our meal!

I recently dined at Bombay&Co Indian restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The restaurant offers a delightful range of dishes that truly capture the essence of Indian cuisine. Really bad chai & paneer had too much food coloring

Overall good Experience as the ambience is very good (reminds you of Mumbai) and service is good but the food taste & quality has opportunity areas. Pros + location + very good ambience with posters etc + courteous staff + helpful team in explaining menu + good number of vegetarian options + chaat options are there Cons - there was no parking space of the restaurant but we could park closeby as there is nearby paid parking (1min walk) - food taste was not upto our expectations as compared to similar indian restaurants. - we ordered momos and those were cold (as if we're kept in refrigerator) we had to send that back for reheating, which they did

This place has the perfect chaat that will instantly remind you of home! I ended up ordering almost everything, and the fresh sugarcane juice was phenomenal! The staff is very sweet and welcoming with big smile on their faces at all times. I am in love with the place and I will keep visiting multiple times!

Update 20/04/2024:- Went last night with friends and the place was buzzing! Service was very good and our orders were filled in good time. We asked for a medley of starters and the kitchen's choices were all great. Apart from a mains order of lamb cutlets that were alittle tough, all our food was cooked well in fact and presented nicely. There was a birthday celebration upstairs on the balcony which added to the busy Mumbai ambience! Can't wait to return 🙂 New photos added! Update: Enjoyed a good meal here after Christmas shopping on 03/12/2023. The restaurant's moved and I felt it might have lost some of its previous buzz but put it down to being a late Sunday afternoon and quite empty. Portland St is much nicer tho' than its previous High St location. I got my bhel puri and pani puri mixed up 🙄 and they were very patient with me and changed the order! The new mutton curry is a great addition 😋 Update: enjoyed another scrummy meal here last night 26/07/2022 👌 Very nice modern take on a trad Indian restaurant which included afew Bombay/Mumbai classics. Welcoming and helpful staff. Good atmosphere.

A refreshing change from the usual Indian Restaurant approach. Wonderful food, very helpful staff and competitively priced , including the drinks. I would advise booking a table as it was busy and I could see why.

It's absolutely amazing food that I haven't seen anywhere else. 2 of us dined, and we chose 7 different starters with the help of staff. We both left completely stuffed! I honestly can't describe how incredibly delicious it was and will definitely return. I rated the atmosphere as 3, only because it was lunchtime, so fairly quiet😋

BEWARE - They can serve you spoiled food. Ordered Pav bhaji and it was definitely spoiled (though other dishes weren't). When we mentioned about it, both the waiter and manager were unapologetic and defended it. Eat at your own risk!! Not coming back again!

Was looking for good indian food around and someone suggested this place. It was a relief to have the amazing “chatakedaar” food. Cannot had enough fill of the Dahi poori. Dal makhani and butter chicken was amazing. Would hv been awesome if they serve some sweets after such food as well. Hope they will do soon!!! Thanks for the yummy experience

I ordered food pav bhaji and samosa chaat and ragda petite. But the taste of food was worst at all, it was extremely spicy, just felt like it’s only chilli and garlic inside eventhough I am Indian and habituated to spicy. However, I would never recommend to anybody for food. Service was also okay not much friendly staff.completely disappointed by taste.

This is a very different experience of Indian cuisine. Very sociable and very enjoyable. And the décor has been beautifully done with bright murals - there seems to be a bit of an elephant theme. Ordering several small plates to share across the table means you can try many of the delicious dishes. The Ragda Patice and Lamb Keema Pav were big hits - as was the Railway Goat Curry. The service is excellent and the staff give you sufficient time to enjoy what's on the table before asking if you'd like more. Not too busy on a Wednesday evening, and it was only towards the end of the evening that we realised that there was a massive group upstairs! A very enjoyable evening - and we'll be back.

Went on Friday night as recommended by our apartment hosts in Cheltenham. WOW is all i can say - the mixed starter platter and main courses were delicious and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. we will return.

My family, friends and i have been travelling from Worcester to eat here since the first version opened. The food is consistently incredible and its always worth the trip.

The food was very tasty but we was a large table and didn’t seem to have the biggest portions. Railway curry is a must have price was what you would expect. Please upgrade from plastic plates and don’t just microwave the cheese on naan bread.

Have eaten here before at previous location but first time in the new one and still just as good as before. Food genuinely outstanding with a wide variety of options for vegetarians too, service very prompt and polite and overall a more than fair price too. Couldn't recommend more especially for groups like us with the shared dining concept, will hopefully return soon.

Attentive friendly staff . From the outside it does not suggest what a great place it is . My biryani was the best i have had for a long time . New years eve was super busy here but every dish was great. We are defo going back!

I'll be honest I expected much more from this place. The rest was mainly full which is normally a good sign but the food was extremely bland. All that was fried tasted exactly the same and the Masala dosa was dry bland and well boring. The 2 curries at the end saved the meal a bit, but they were pretty uninspiring aswell to be honest. I'd probably try again but there are other places to try first.

The food and service was amazing especially thanks to Tanvir Ahmed who helped us a lot and his behavior was nice.

First time I went in there. The place looked amazing. 5 out of 5. The food wow. 5 out of 5. Best Indian restaurant I ever been too. The staff is amazing. Do not miss your chance to eat there.

The waiter scrapped dirt off my plate whilst I was looking at him. I asked for the plate to be replaced which he did but this is basic expectation (food to be served on clean plates and not on request). Food served in plastic plates not a great touch. The restaurant could do so much better with decent location and good food but let down by service and quality.

We asked for help in what to choose & everything that was recommended - a varied selection - tasted full of flavour & delicious. We can’t wait to go again.

Despite requesting all the dishes together with starters as sides, our experience was quite the opposite. The sides arrived first, followed by the mains 20 minutes later, and we had to remind them about the rice not coming out with the meal after a 5-10 minute wait. While the food was delicious, the service may need improvement, although the staff was friendly.

It does not seem as good as it used to be. They served free poppadoms to start but they were some very very cheap snack thing. One item we ordered said it came with buns but we didn't expect the cheapest of the cheapest white english buns...come on guys you can do better

5th time I’ve eaten at Bombay and Co, 5th time I’ve really enjoyed it. First time in their new premises and glad to see they’ve kept the relaxed ambience and decor and high standards of hygiene. This is without doubt the best Asian food I’ve ever had. If you are looking for same old same old ‘Indian’ food (Vindaloo, madras, Jalfrezi, korma etc, etc), you’ll not find it here!!! Freshly prepared, traditional Indian street food, well presented but without pretension. Room for improvement? Of course. Some of the staff would benefit from a lighter, friendlier attitude towards customers. After all, we are your income and most customers visit you to enjoy themselves. Perhaps introduce some more front of house staff that can communicate to a more fluent standard. All the best, see you soon.

Excellent food, probably the best Indian food I've had in many years , fresh ,hot and super tasty. My wife found the food fantastic and beyond expectation. It's amazing value for quality food. We will eat there again for sure infact on my wives birthday! we live in tewkesbury and will happily travel there for our next take away

We had booked a table for 7 people and we were told that they would be a delay with the food because they were busy. This wasn’t a problem but what was a problem was the food was being brought out in drips and drabs. When going to the WC i noticed that the hand wash was diluted with water, this is as pointed out to who I believed was the manager, he said he would replace it !! but this never happened and had to be told again!!!

That’s really extremely bad food and disgusting places. Price is really higher Especially fatty manager he’s really rude and arrogant. If you’re starving and you really want to eat curry food and this is last option for you. Even in this case don’t thinking to go. Because after ate food i had really bad stomach and sickness.

Four of us had dinner here on Friday 13th October. We asked them to bring a selection of starters and they were varied and delicious. However the mains took for ever and unfortunately one was almost cold, one of the naans was very cold. The server was not the most cheerful chap, a smile goes a long way in a service industry. Overall, could do better!

I am so very delighted with the food and service. I gave a very short notice for catering, Kamal being obliged and suggested best combination of menu at a reasonable price. Collected food hot in the containers ready to serve and very comfortable. Punjabi Samosa with fried chilli, Khadai Panner, veg Kholapur and Rasmalai was so delicious and rich. Food makes the party successful and i had all my friends giving 100% good reviews. I wish the team a very successful time a head👏👍👌🎉

Horrible stale food we tried few things idly vada and chicken Tikka. I sent it back chicken Tikka as it was smelt and tasted stale they gave me another one it was still stale all food tasted stale first and last visit to this place

They are specialised in food from Maharashtra. The taste is authentic. It's is one of the good places to eat Indian food. Their Madras thambi foods are not that great. Other foods are delicious.

Nice Indian restaurant in Cheltenham. I tried their chicken lollipops and they were really good. Pulao and dal fry were also good. Staff is friendly and loved the customer service as well.

Starters were ok. Pani puri was decent but in the kachori chaat, the kachori had been reheated in the microwave and was impossible to cut with our spoon. Mains were terrible. Kadhai paneer tasted bad and was full of artificial food colouring and stained our fingers. The daal makhni was surprisingly bad as most restaurants do a good job of it but it really lacked flavour here.

Was a 5 ⭐ before, but this time it was very mediocre. Didn't get the engagement with staff and my curry was very salty, poor seasoning. Lemonade came in small bottles, which made it very expensive, my son asked for a pint and he got 200ml without any conversation.

A disappointment. I just lost my appetite. Couldn't even finish whats on my plate. One more experience that says don't try Indian restaurants in abroad. Ordered chicken biryani , very expensive but tried anyway considering i was craving for it. But this place was nothing but a disappointment. First it's not biryani 😭. It colored flavour less rice with chicken from a curry(not marinated for biryani). More like chicken curry fired with rice 😔. If you are from India, don't even think about this place. Lol.

Called the restaurant to book a table for 4 for 7pm, person who answered the phone said come now we have table for 2, not apologetic at all ,I said I need table for 4 , can we come later than 7pm , he said we have 2 slots 7pm and 8pm and we are fully booked no empthathy no apologies. Very bad customer service.

Been to this restaurant today and ordered the below: Mango lassi : was really good had to struggle with my little one to get a few sips.🙄 Aam Panna: Was really good and tasted sweet and tangy. Bhel Puri: loved it, had lots of sev and the sauces were blended well. Samosa chat: the samosa was not fresh at all, so this was a flopper. Chole Bhature: the Bhature was sponjy rather than crisp as how the authentic one should taste and the Chile was below average. Paani Puri: the potato mix for the Puri was good but the paani had soda in it and was not sweet and had a bitter taste, I had to use my aam Panna instead of the paani that was served. Roomali roti: was good but expected the roti to be a bit softer. Kadai paneer: tasted good but had a lot of red colour added to it. I actually do not prefer food colours in food and feel that just the Kashmiri red chilli would give it it's desired colour. I eat my food with my fingers rather than the spoon so the colour was still on my fingers even after a wash. Altogether there were good and bad parts to the food and feel a bit more effort on the food side will make this restaurant really a nice place to visit. The ambience and service was really good. They also have a small sweet outlet at the end of the road and I tried a jalebi and some milk cake . I feel Jalebis taste great when fried in ghee and do not like it otherwise if when fried it with other type of oil as it gives out the state of the oil rather than the flavour of jalebi, so jalebi was a "No,no". Milk cake was just ok.

Whenever I have visitors, this is the first place I take them. The food is spectacular, the service is great, and the atmosphere is lively yet you can hear yourself think and talk. I just love this place. And did I mention its OUTRAGEOUSLY cheap?
