What a gem - we looked for the top ice-cream outlets in Brighton and this came top, it did not disappoint. We had mango, ginger and peanut butter with salted caramel, all were enjoyed, so much so that I bought my husband a tub of the peanut butter and salted caramel to bring home. The two members of staff that we saw were lovely and friendly- we would definitely go back!

Best Ice Cream in Brighton ... Never visit Brighton without a Visit to Boho and always recommend it! They always have a good range on flavours including sorbet and Vegan friendly offerings!

Some ice-cream locations constantly serve the same flavours but not here. Whenever I get the chance to come to Brighton there are always new flavours to try. It may be December, a chill is in the air and nearly Christmas but who could resist Chocolate Yule Log and Mince Pie flavours. 10 out of 10!

A good range of choice, including several dairy free options. Not the cheapest Gelato but top quality comes is wll worth the small extra price. Don't miss this shop, just off the sea front behind the Pier Nine casino.

Delicious! My family’s favourite flavour is lychee and rose. We loved it so much we bought a litre for my kid’s birthday. Team there is SUPER friendly!

Extremely rude young lady behind the counter. I politely asked if ‘pure milk’ tasted similar to vanilla or if you have an ice cream that tastes like vanilla. And she immediately got cocky with me. Ice cream was stunning however, on Sunday 25th when I went into the shop near Brighton sea front I was disgusted with the way I was spoken too. 2 friends were going to order ice cream after me but they refused after the way I was spoken too. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else as coming as a tourist doesn’t make this an appealing place to go.

It was so hard to choose which flavour to have as just the sound and look of them all looked amazing, so I decided to be cheeky and ask for a mixture of two! I was not disappointed nor indeed were my friends. We all had different flavours from banana split to cherry gelato and a few in between. Could not have been more flavoursome and the gentleman serving was so friendly and patient which one cannot take for granted these days. Could not recommend highly enough.

Three of us went to Boho Gelato for ice cream. The ice cream was excellent. The only negative was the lack of variety.

We had to wait for service as the staff was on the lower floor of the establishment. There is a camera in the facility, but unfortunately, no one noticed us. When I tried to call the phone, it kept ringing but no one picked up the phone. After only twenty minutes of long waiting, an employee appeared. I don't understand how you can ignore customer service. Poor service 25.06.22

My Mum, who they watched me guide in as she stepped out of a wheelchair very unsteady, sat down on the seating at window but was made to put the table back by the counter as the girl serving said “it must stay here” very abruptly. She then said “you can sit at table outside”. I said it was too cold so mum ended up balancing her ice cream in her hand. I’m sure an exception could have been made. The ice cream can’t be faulted.

This is by far the best ice cream in brighten. The flavours are great, lots of vegan and dairy free options too.

Visited today and so glad I managed to find Boho Gelato. Lady serving was very helpful and patient. The selection of ice creams made it difficult to choose but plumped for strawberry and so glad I did. Tasted like real ice cream so much better than the stuff sold in kiosks along the seafront. If you are in Brighton, do yourself and your mouth a favour and make a beeline for this lovely shop.

Always visit when we are in Brighton

Absolutely unreal! Went for the first time today and had the white chocolate and passionfruit, rasberry and elderflower and sour cherry. All flavours were absolutely spectacular, as good if not better than the gelatto you get in Italy. The service is also fantastic. The person who served me was very charming and friendly, which was the cherry on top. Cannot wait to go again!

We had to queue for about 30min but it was worth it. I ordered a 2 scoops cone of Mango & Lemon and it was delicious.

So much to choose from. Even for a vegans! I am vegetarian and really like a good ice cream, however, vegan option really nicely surprised me. It was delicious even on a cold windy day!

Ordered two tubs of 3 scoops. I asked for an additional paper tub so I could decant some off for someone just to try. Server would not let me have one without paying the cost of a scoop. For some cardboard that costs 20p at the most I thought it was terrible service given I was a paying customer. I will never return and all for a couple of pence, terrible business model

As good an ice cream as I have eaten anywhere, including by comparison to a continental gelateria or the concoctions of a Vegas sundae parlor. I'm not going to make flavour recommendations because I reckon all will be wonderful, based on our experience. Huge helpings (it's a meal), good VFM, good service, rigorous Covid precautions, I really can't think of anything that wasn't to the highest standard. Recommended.

They always have loads of lovely flavours and have delicious vegan options aswell.

Our first time visiting and we will absolutely be returning whenever we're back in the area! The lady behind the counter was wonderful, great service. We picked a 'take home tub' and she recommended choosing six flavours to fill it, so we went with rhubarb and custard, cookies and cream, banana chocolate, stout cake, cherry pie, and Alfonso mango. All of these were absolutely excellent and we finished the whole tub in one sitting! Absolutely recommend, try it if you can :)

We always stop here for gelato when in Brighton, yesterday I had the key lime pie flavour, it was absolutely amazing as are all the other flavours and the crispy cornets with logo on. Can't wait to go back!

An absolute must when visiting Brighton. It's a short walk from the beachfront and so worth it. A choice of waffle cones or tubs. Flavour choice is out of this world. We tried: carrot cake, espresso, chocolate, Nutell-ish and salted caramel. Would recommend them all. Friendly staff too. Not too busy for a quick chat while serving. Contactless payments. Also noticed a good choice for vegan and those with allergies. Exceptional knowledge of ingredients by both staff members we encountered. Visit Boho Gelato - you won't regret it.

While on holiday in Brighton, we visited this lovely ice cream place when by the seaside. My mum and I, were very impressed with all the flavours and the flavours we choose did not disappoint. Would 100% recommend!

Amazing wee gelateria. Strawberry, basil and black pepper sorbet is to die for!

Long queue on a busy weekend. Interesting choice of flavours and friendly staff. Ice cream was pretty good but not spectacular. Apart from the mango sorbet (which was delicious), other flavours were all a little indistinguishable and very, very sweet (kids couldn't finish theirs which is pretty unusual!)

We were so looking forward to this ice cream. There was a very limited selection.There was hardly any taste other than ordinary ice cream - a nice ice cream but certainly nothing special. We were both disappointed. We live in Hove and have had some great ice creamst. Such a shame.

If you want great I've cream in Brighton then this is the place to go! The products are delicious and if I could I would have had all of them! As it was I had the pain au raisin and my wife had the mint chocolate chip and said it was up there with the best she has ever had. Treat yourself and have a scoop or two

If you’re in Brighton and want ice cream, you MUST visit Boho Gelato!!!!!!! I am lactose intolerant, and the selection of vegan ice creams / sorbets was second to none; over the space of 2 days I tried the lychee sorbet, the peanut butter caramel ice cream, and choco banana ice cream - and they each blew my mind away!!!!!! I will 100% be visiting every time I am in Brighton, and the best part is there are different flavours each time so the excitement is endless. Please expand and open a shop in London!!!!!!

So friendly, so fun, and SO delicious! We were offered tastes if we weren't sure about a flavour, but decided on the white chocolate and raspberry quite quickly. Hope to come back here soon for another tub!

This place serves the best ice cream ever! From a quick chat with the very passionate owner we learned he even designs ice creams for restaurants! Look no further, this will be your new ice cream spot!

I bought two scoops of vegan gelato, opting for a scoop each of mint oreo and a rich chocolate one (can't recall the exact names and understand the varieties change in any case). Very impressed with both the variety - there were 7 vegan options available as well as all the dairy ones - and the authentic creaminess of the gelato, it was so good! Only comment I would make for improvement is that it would be better to have wooden spoons or similar rather than plastic (although you can of course avoid both by getting a cone instead).

Brighton is swamped with people and shops trying to sell you what they call "the best ice cream in town..." But most of them sadly leave you wanting for more - enter Boho Gelato! We found it whilst we were casually strolling the Lanes and tbh we've never noticed this place in all the years we've known Brighton. The ice cream is absolutely lush, incredibly creamy, full of texture and mouth bursting flavours. I chose the 'Sour Cherry' flavour and it was truly sublime, it even had chunks of 'real' sour cherry pieces 🤤 My son on the other hand had the 'Alphonso Mango' which tasted incredibly true to the actual Alphonso mango itself, whereas most taste artificial (take it from me, I'm a Mango expert!) Highly, highly recommended and incredible value for money, given the ultra premium quality of the ice cream. My only advice would be to offer more of a variety on the selection of cones available.

Went in both stores in Brighton and the gelato was amazing would 100% recommend to anyone going to Brighton. All made on site and the flavours are amazing. Carrot cake and custard cream were something else. Go and get and ice cream from them. It's the best.

Al ver todas esas excelentes opiniones en Trip Advisor, hemos decidido visitar este lugar para disfrutar de un pequeño capricho. El lugar se ve encantador, la chica que trabaja allí fue muy amable y servicial, pero el helado en sí fue realmente decepcionante. Entre tres de nosotros hemos pedido cinco sabores diferentes (vegano y no vegano) y estos simplemente no estaban bien. Eran suaves y muy acuosos. Esperaría esta consistencia de los sabores veganos, pero a los lácteos también les faltaba la cremosidad. No fue una buena visita.

I had gluten and lactose free gelato and was average (I’ve had way better). My boyfriend had normal gelato which he enjoyed but still nothing special. I rate it 4 stars just because the service was good and that there was lactose and gluten free options. RECOMMEND
