The worst food and service ever! When me and my friend received our food it was the wrong food and the wrap tasted like a tandoori/Indian flavour. When we called the restaurant they didn’t help at all; they asked what we want and when we asked for our food to be rectified and they said nope, we then asked for a refund but we couldn’t have that either. It was an absolute joke

Food arrived an hour late, the salad was warmer than the meat, overpriced mediocre food at best. restaurant staff keen to blame the driver for delays and hanging up without even asking which order we were calling about.absolute joke, won’t be buying here again.

Ruined our evening ! Ordered a pizza and a Plain kebab with just burger sauce and cucumber the order was completely wrong when we got it home and no one answers the phone so we could get it corrected was all food we couldn’t eat ! An absolute waste of time and money we waited over 40 mins for it to be cooked too !

Stopped for a takeaway while passing through, honestly nice guys and generous portions, but something not right with the doner meat quality. Lots of tiny hard grisly bits, I’m afraid I couldn’t finish and that’s a first! Salad was fine and all nicely packaged, but overpriced compared to some places. Never like to be over critical for no reason but I seriously recommend the owners need to try their doner meat, hopefully just a bad batch.

Shocking service! nearly 2 hours late and when food arrived it was cold!

Best take away food I have eaten in a long time 5**. Fresh and flavours were amazing. Great sizes to we got combination x2 we only would have needed one there was so much but tasted amazing so glad there was more than enough:) Can’t wait to order again.

ordered for the 1st time having been to the restaurant in the high st, so thought we would try Bogaz Kitchen, not dissapointed at all!! food was hot and well presented and very tasty.

I ordered for delivery at 19.45 it came one hour late

Ordered lame shish and chicken shish but the rice is gone off and smells so bad, as well as the sauce. Make a complaint and ask for a new rice and the rice is not cooked. Wouldn’t go back again and would recommend it to anyone.

Great choice of pizza toppings, but proccessed small cubes of chicken, mass produced pizza bases that lack somewhat. Having said that, toppings flavour was rather tasty!

My 16yr old ASD daughter, ordered online not knowing it was closed on a Tues. Next day the refunded the money no problem. Then on to the food we then had last night, BEAUTIFUL succulent *& juicy. No fatty bits inside x They get 5stard for excellent refunds, for understanding. Grat bloody food. Love the rice * cooked to perfection x

Bough a Lamb Donner drom here . And is very very dry. Just waisted my money. When I called them they said they sell 100 a day but it doesn't seem like they bc. Don't waste your money please. Rubbish customer service. The worst kebab i've eaten.

We ordered two lamb donor kebabs to take away. Served up promptly and taken home. Upon opening the carrier bag we saw a box with a very dry and likely to snap pitta bread on top. Opened the box which appeared well filled with meat although the meat was very dry and unpleasant to eat. Halfway through the box we discovered that the box was half filled with rice. We have used these premises for over twenty five years under various owners and never had a bad meal until today but the present people "Bogaz" seem to have ruined a once lovely experience. Shame but it will be worth the drive to the next town from now on as it wasn't a experience we wish to repeat.

Food is always delicious and large amounts provided as well! Well worth the money.

First time using Bogaz Kitchen was very impressed, the food was fresh, hot and they took care when packing the food it all tasted really good, plus a nice touch to find free flavoured Turkish delight in the bottom of the bag. Will100% order again.

Normally get from Bogaz in Rayleigh, tried this, same price but nowhere near the quality and delivered literally cold

New manager!!!! They no longer have chicken doner on the menu, portion sizes have got much smaller and turkish flat bread has doubled in price. Won't be coming back and we're fairly regular customers.

Unfortunately have had the same experience as someone else mentioned a month ago. I hadn't ordered from Shishbbqpizza for a while and remembered we enjoyed the food previously. We have just waited over 2 hours for our order, and my food wasn't a lamb shish it was a lamb doner. When my partner called after waiting 1hr 30 mins, the guy on the end of the phone said " just cooking it now should be 15 / 20 mins " It finally arrived at nearly 9pm. The driver was very apologetic and said that it is now under new management, they have lost a few drivers since, and the place isn't the same. So unsure whether to consider again in the future now... disappointing

Placed an order via the website. It took 2 hours to arrive and when it didn't was cold and items were missing.

spot on now my favourite kebab shop was sad when the place looked closed after using the old place for so long but the food tonight was amazing 12/10

It took an hour and 50 mins to deliver. Food was burnt and stone cold, chicken shish wrap was chicken Doner instead. Used this place for years but this was the worst experience we have ever had.

The best Turkish me and my partner have had for a very long time! We ordered the ‘bogaz special’ deal and all the meat was cooked to perfection! The lamb shish was so tender! We received salad, bread and rice all part of the deal, very generous portions. Thank you will definitely order again!

Very tasty and better than local competitors. The calamari was crispy, the kebab and pizza were very tasty. This is a new favourite!

Not great hubby just ordered kebabs loads of chilli sauce in the kebabs we never asked for chilli sauce should come in a little pot sauce was hot kebab was oily

Late , cold ,meat very chewy no where near the normal quality , had this dish many times before but this was disappointing.

Always a cracking take away from here. The Chicken shish is amazing! Comes with super tasty rice and a fresh and flavourful salad. Chips are great too and travel well in the cardboard boxes. Was having trouble paying via the web this evening. Called the shop and the staff were extremely helpful despite being busy. Highly recommend this take away.

Gave me the wrong food got home and realised the mistake, called the shop who admitted the mistake and said they would deliver replacement in 20 mins… 1 hour later nothing… AVOID

Best Kebab shop I've been to in Leigh or Southend. This is proper kebabs with flat breads rice and salad. We had a lamb and chicken shish and is the best I've had outside of London, costs more but you definitely get what you pay for!

Ordered Hellim kebab which we've had several times. all that came was 5 small pieces of Hellim on some lettuce. Usually you get big pieces of Hellim on good vegetables in a thick sauce, rice.couscous and turkish bread. Obvs a mistake. Called the restaurant to me met by a rude man who insisted he made it right and too busy to discuss. Terrible - the order was £75 and we'd been to the restaurant the week before and had Hellim Kebabs delivered properly twice before. £16 for 5 small pieces of Hellim on lettuce and no apology/replacement spoilled the evening. I left 5 starts last time but the man was so unprofessional.

Quality of food from the takeaway is almost as good as it is from the restaurant, huge portions freshly cooked to order. Staff are a bit rude but they were very busy, definitely going to order again.

I’m really sad/sorry to see Shish BBQ go as it was much better value for money and also the chicken Shish itself had a nicer tasting seasoning as well as the option of grilled mushrooms and peppers. The large chicken Shish from Bogaz comes like a small compared to what you got with Shish bbq and it’s £2/£3 more. The price for cheesy chips is a joke £6.50. Way over priced for what it is and much preferred Shish BBQ which was there before

I had the best chicken shish kebab I've ever had! It had mushrooms and peppers! The salad was fresh and the chicken lovely, it all tasted like it had just come off a bbq. Delivery was fast and the staff really nice. My son gave me the number and said they are the best and I will definitely be ordering again.

Outstanding pizza for how cheap it is. Definitely the best kabab shop pizza around. Definitely recommend. Their kebabs are really good and massive portions. You would think a small doner kebab is a large.

Food was really good ordered pizza and kebab, apon delivery we received the pizza and chicken but no salad for the kebab called up the restaurant. And was told they would send out a new kebab. Turned up about 30mins after! Will definitely order here again.

This place is amazing. We are from London on holiday and ordered a takeaway. I wish I was not so greedy I would have taken better pics. The cheese chips where so cheesy. The best I have ever had from a takeaway. Maybe London is tight on the cheese. The pizza, oh my the pizza. I added kebab meat to the spicy pizza. Pizza heaven. 🍕

Had the mixed grill and it was very tasty. Tender meat and you could taste the barbecue/grill effect. Massive salad and the meat serving would have fed at least 3 very hungry adults.

Didn’t turn up! And lied saying they couldn’t find the address after looking for a hour. FUNNY THAT seeing as it was ordered less than a hour !! Disappointed! I would add a photo of the food if it turnt up.

Didn't bother to deliver food. Called at delivery time and said they couldn't find the address and still charged me. 2 children with no food. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered online, order was accepted, they took the money for our order, nearly £50. 5 minutes later they have cancelled the order, no phone call, just an email, saying they don’t deliver to our address, the one we put into their website when we ordered. To top this off the refund will take 3-5 days to be refunded. Happy to take your money then not fulfil the order.
