Best chicken in southend!Very tasty and has lots of taste! Fills you up soo muchh , its AMAZING!! Hygiene is also very well managed, unlike other chicken shops in Southend. My personal favorite is the Mozzarella Chicken Burger. They can also add whatever sauce and flavor you like, which is even more FANTASTIC!

Amazing chicken burgers cooked to order. Their special seasoning on the fries is delicious and all the sauces are homemade and fresh. Would highly recommend. I sat and ate my meal in, the staff are very friendly. Very clean and hygienic looking

The fact I have to give it a star rating disgusts me, the chicken was rotten, black and stunk. We have been regular customers for five years but this place has severely gone downhill over the past year and now we will never be returning. Absolutely shocking.

Delicious food. I've been coming here since I was young and the management has more than likely changed over the years but the chicken still tastes as great as ever. Good prices too for what you are given. Generous portions and very filling. My favourite chicken shop in the area ❤️

Rude useless , no food turned up

The oil is never drained properly and give dried out meat, burnt chips resulting me to get spots all over if ive eaten there food, and not to forget they try avoiding giving correct change. Dont get me wrong i been going to the shop many years and now its the worse its ever been and finally ive lost interest due to lack of quality in food and services.

Civilian friend inside the kitchen with no face cover, also the employee wearing mask on his chin. Price going up when you go and get cash because you can not pay card for tax purposes. Shouting with customer when I asked why the price became higher than 10 minutes before. Also taking cash in front of me from other customer and no hand-wash went to kitchen and touch food with bare hand. Disgusting even normal times but nowadays with covid virus this hygiene standard is not acceptable. The food was tasty until I saw how they do, very dirty environment.

Can see that it's been recently refurbished and does look better than most southend takeaways, lovely clean and tidy, baring in mine when me and me other half went in there at 1am, the staff were polite, reason for the 3 stars is because the quality of food wasn't 100% (can't blame them at 1am in the morning lol) would go back again tho. My other half have started calling it it dripping spot cause the burger was dripping

Newly refurbished inside, looks nice clean and fresh. A revamped menu where the prices and set meals have changed! Still cheap for a takeaway and good quality! The chickens not too greasy but enough so it's not dry. Staff are friendly and helpful. I use them all the time

Ordered a bucket and some wings, was told the wait would be 20 minutes because they had to fry a fresh batch of chicken but it actually took about 35! Longest I've ever waited for a takeaway. We watched about a dozen delivery orders go out the door while we sat and waited. No apology or explanation offered for the extra wait and when I asked was told 2 minutes which turned out to be wrong again. Once we got the food it was fantastic, really fresh, delicious chicken.

Me and my daughter went and the was a man standing right at the end and was doing something i coudnt see after 5 minutes of standing there waiting to get served that same man said give me 2 min another 5 mins went and i was still standing there at the end i was leaving the man just ignored

I ordered from here via just eat... Order arrived begin eating the chicken burger, then I find that the chicken is pink and full of blood. I contact just eat, restaurant refuse to refund. I contact the restaurant they laugh down the phone and hang up. I have reported these shop to the council and FSA. I am taking this complaint all the way, as I have received food poisoning.

If I could give this place a zero I would! My partner and I have had the worse 24 hours of our life after ordering from here, vomiting all night, going to the toilet all night, stomach cramps! Will never ever be eating from here again. This place needs to be closed down asap! Since being taken over by this place is filthy, there's always items missing and is just disgusting in general! If this was a child or an elderly person they could have died. DO NOT PUT YOURE HEALTH AT RISK BY ORDERING FROM THIS DUMP!

I only put 1 star because I have in order to leave a review. This place is wrong in more ways than one. We ordered the BONELESS DEAL and we received RAW UNDER COOKED chicken strips along with 2 burger meals. If you think poisoning your customers is good for business then please go back to your food hygiene course as I think this is absolutely disgraceful. The man told me at the door he was the new owner so I have some advise for you. Sell the shop, do not bother cooking anything else ever again and learn what non spicy chicken strips are, and do not talk to customers rudely when we have corrected you on the mistakes you made. !!!!!! STAFF IS UNBELIVEABLY RUDE!!!!!

It's a typical low-cost chicken shop in a run down area. It's cheap so you get what you pay for... if I could give them some advice I would say the place needs a clean up, and it wouldn't hurt to try and be polite and friendly to customers once in a while. Neither of these things cost anything. Food-wise, the fillet burgers are OK and the chips are good, I would avoid the BBQ ribs like the plague though, they were completely inedible.

I bought a veggie wrap. After taken a few bites, realized that the paper with silver covering for the wrap would leave silvery powders on the wrap itself. Not sure how much of the unhealthy silver powder I have taken. If I have develop gastrointestinal tract cancer few years down the years, I will reserved the right to take legal action later.

ribs was over cooked not real bbq sauce some kind of sticky sauce.there so called king size burger meal is not that all its double cheese burger.burgers was deep fried not grilled the said the the grill was not working. i think they are lazy to put it on. baked beans was stone cold.the chicken looked liked it was cooked twice would not recommended it
