After ordering food for my daughter’s as I was visiting a friend in hospital, I received a call to ask if I could come down to collect it as he didn’t know where I was. The point of this was to be delivered to save the girls hassle and myself. I explained that I wasn’t there to come down stairs and my daughters wasn’t dressed to go and find the delivery guy either as they we’re having a movie night and I’m n pjs. I live on the top floor flat and obviously they couldn’t be bothered to go up. I directed the guy on the phone where to go and rang my daughter saying food would be there any second…this wasn’t the case as I got a call from my daughter saying still no food has been delivered so again I tried to ring the guy back getting no answer. After 20 minutes, my daughter said it just arrived. They said the food was cold so didn’t eat much of it so after getting home late after a stressful visit at the hospital they were still hungry so I wished I never bothered and got them something on my way home. I will never be ordering from here again and that’s mainly due to the delivery service and food being cold again due the the delivery. The food may have been amazing if it wasn’t cold but unfortunately that wasn’t the experience I’ve heard this evening

food was abysmal it wasn't nice atall was cold and soggy chicken looked like it had been left out all night and just reserved won't be going again

This is the best chicken shop in this area, the chicken wrap meal is the best I’ve had a bit more expensive than most but worth the extra! Always friendly to me and will always be a regular customer here!! Love it!

The cheeseburgers were tiny. Everything tasted way too vinegary. And wait, did I eat halal? I couldn't see anywhere on the website saying that this was halal. Not happy.

made a mistake and ordered for collection, when I called and asked for it to be delivered the person in the shop charged me £10 for delivery . I had to call back and complain to get £5 of that back. really cheeky and unprofessional. we order from here all the time and are pretty disappointed

Apologies for late feedback. Food was really nice on this occasion. Customer service very helpful and down to earth. There was initially a glitch in the app where it said my food had been delivered when it wasn't, so I rang the Spot themselves. The guy who answered was so nice and friendly and apologized then reassured me that it would be here within the next few minutes and it came. Thanks so much. Local Heroes for a reason!

Always order from here. Usually get my delivery within 20mins, occasionally it will be longer on their busier days.

Order arrived around 25mins late! Despite providing clear delivery instructions, initially I checked online via Just Eat, which showed that the Delivery Time had been altered. I then called the Outlet to chase the Order, I mentioned that the Delivery Time had been changed as was now 20mins later than requested. The response that I was given was that they merely blamed issues with the Just Eat system. I was told that the Driver was outside, a further 10mins passed before I had received a delivery of Cold Food.

Shockingly bad! Dry chicken that taste weird... Also received a chicken burger with no chicken in it, so just a bun with lettuce and mayo, which I thought was hilarious!!🤣🤣🤣

This is the best chicken shop around and I am mega fussy. The chicken is NOT greasy and the portions are generous. Lovely staff. They always remember us even when it’s been months.

Food is always good from this place I always enjoy it a lot. Unfortunately let down by the delivery driver who was atrocious, didn’t knock or ring bell just left the food hanging on my front door handle to get cold in the bad weather. not to mention it fell off the door handle after I opened the door obviously as the handle went down luckily not too much food fell on the floor but still furious with this incompetent delivery driver.

Best chicken in southend!Very tasty and has lots of taste! Fills you up soo muchh , its AMAZING!! Hygiene is also very well managed, unlike other chicken shops in Southend. My personal favorite is the Mozzarella Chicken Burger. They can also add whatever sauce and flavor you like, which is even more FANTASTIC!

Went to the chicken spot with my family, we had great service, the food was good and fresh, my kids love going over there after football it’s their favourite shop.

Not safe place for women there is one man in staff he’s very rude using a abuse language and he’s try to physical with me ,I did complain suddenly I hope it will work and some take action on that because he’s shop worker there is a many women will visitng for food I don’t want they also suffer like me 🤕🙏🏻 I’m given zero start just because of they hire staff like this who don’t have manners how human can talk 🙏🏻
